The hotel is an old motel. It looks nice. The problems are the distance you have to walk from the reception to the rooms and the 15 steps to reach the every proper room. The staff, most of them, is not friendly, it looks like they are doing a favor by let you staying there. The food is tasty but with few options. The waiters are good. It is far from Madrid.

Absolutely terrible and dodgy hotel management. Had a booking of 36 people which was booked several months ago, every single person had a confirmation email for our hotel and the dates and they “lost” our booking when we rocked up at 8pm. Then they said they were all booked out, then 10 minutes later they said they had 8 rooms or so spare but everyone would have to be in a room with 4 people, just not good enough my partner and I didn’t pay to share a room with 2 other people. Interestingly it’s the Europe soccer final in Madrid tonight so rooms are now priced as being more expensive than when we booked them, they “miraculously” had 8 rooms available however 10 minutes earlier said they were all booked out. Very, very dodgy and if I could give 0 stars I would. Worst hotel management I’ve ever seen.

Location not ideal as it is on a very noisy highway but reasonably close to Madrid City Centre, reception just OK, not too friendly. Rooms and the whole hotel dated and stuck in the 90's , urgently need refurbishment. Breakfast sadly not desirable.

Rubbish. Don't go...next door room plumbing very noisy...bath water luke warm, reception staff grumpy, room service poor, bed hard and inside of room looks like borstal...don't do it

If I could give zero stars, I would... Such a terrible experience with our group of 35. Wifi was on and off, not working. Most of the staff is very rude and unfriendly, also unhelpful (although 1 or 2 try). Lots of stairs (2 up, then 2 down, then up and down again etc - plus the rooms are duplex, so guests had to carry suitcases up the stairs). There is no aircon at the end of April (even though already more than 30°C). Showers are not working in some rooms. Electricity is not working in some rooms. Rooms smelling like mold. Hot water takes forever to warm up. Diner style dinner in a cafeteria - not at all 4 stars. But they have a nice dining room, which they just don't let you use unless you beg. And then the location... right next to a very busy highway... Also, general upkeep is lacking (grass needs a mow, random chairs stacked in hallways, paint needed). It is definitely not a 4-star hotel. It's more like a 1 star.

The staff was really nice with my group , the breakfast it’s really complete and good . They also have a pool 🙂 The unique “negative” point , is his location , close to the highway , and you can hear the cars going by.

For Asians, this should be in the “Motel” category. Not clear the “rating” criteria in Europe/Spain. There would exist a “expectation” gap if you regard this is a “4” stars “hotel”.

Good option if you are driving and need a convenient place for the night. Rooms are spacious and staff is pleasant. It is close to the freeway but you cannot hear the noise of the cars, so you can get a nice rest.

The blanket was not thick enough, we slept in our jumpers. The breakfest seriously lacked variety, there were no vegetables or fruits. The recepcionist was friendly, and a shop is just 200 metres away from the hotel.

the hotel concept is cool, every room has a private entrance and parking therefore it makes it kinda private. i recommend it more for families and couples. rooms are spacious, tidy and clean but old.

Individual parking and entrance to bedrooms. Staff on the reception were extremely helpful and polite. Whole experience fantastic. Will definetly come back

Great stop for a break as right on the motorway. Stopped for just a short break whilst travelling, but ended up staying for an excellent quality, well priced menu del dia. Had a good look around and will definitely stay at this hotel in future.

The hotel is amazing. It seems like an apartment with the best things of an hotel.

Rooms were good! The shower was great. The breakfast was also good. It was a 15min drive to the Warner Bros park so it was very convenient.

This place is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down. It was a great place to stay. Despite it's location, it was actually quite comforting and nice. Each group has their own little "house" in which they stay in, with convenient parking included. There is also free WiFi which is appreciated. Would recommend.

Friendly reception staff, clean hotel. Basic but adequate for requirements. Sadly breakfast let it down, as it was stone cold.

Just 20 minutes drive to get to the airport. The hotel is just by the highway. Each room has its own parking place. Large bathroom. Receptionist speaks English.

Dodgy place , next to a gas station with only one entrance from the highway , a great spot for burgulers , and black market deals , all the faces there were suspicious looking . Worst then the worst motel in the USA , the only clean thing about this hotel is the wonderful reception staff ,the toilet , and the bed sheets . Nothing else in the hotel will reflect decent service or executable quality , nothing is within walking distance . If there was an option for 0 stars it would be my rating . DO NOT GO THERE
