Pues el día siguiente igual que el anterior, esperando todo el día (de 9 a.m a 5 p.m) para... ¡Mensaje de que no estoy en casa! (Creo que les da miedo llegar hasta mi casa y no saben como decírmelo) Al menos que me den la opción de dejarlo en alguna tienda de cerca o algo así, aunque dudo que sepan llegar. Conclusión: si voy a comprar algo en internet y pone que me lo trae DHL, no lo compro. Un saludo desde casa... o no (ya que nunca estoy en ella) ;)

    So my neighbour claims she saw a courier try and deliver something to my apartment in central Madrid the previous day but she didn't get their company name. So I call up all the usual delivery firms (the one's I don't use often who I don't think are good with leaving 'you were not in' notification notes) and when I get to DHL to my surprise the tell me over the phone something for me but if I leave it a day it will be sent back to Germany meaning that the delivery attempt that the neighbour saw was not DHL, DHL Packets had an attempted delivery 10 days ago, (this was unknown to me before). It was just complete luck that I called them up, they left no calling card. So I ask them if they could arrange for a re-delivery to central Madrid... no was the answer, I asked if I could pick it up at a center, they said yes but it meant me having to go to DHL Packets Getafe and that was all they could offer. So I got a taxi to Getafe (it was a 40Km round trip in taxi as it was a very remote place), the nearest train station Getafe Industrial looked rough and was 1 hour walk away anyway and it would have taken me the good part of a day by train to get there and back. So the taxi cost me 60 Euros there and back, stuff in traffic jams etc almost the cost of the item I was picking up. To add insult to injury when I was queuing to pick up my parcel at DHL Packets Getafe (which is like a military base for entry / security), I was told by staff that I could have had it arranged to have it deposited more locally at a DHL drop off point in central Madrid, this is not what I was told over the phone. Rubbish service basically and I suffer because of it.

    I will never ship anything with DHI again. Neither my family nor my friends. People, use another company. They lost my parcel valued in 1000 euros. It's been 5 months and they haven't give me any refund or news, I have call them endless times and emailed them but they do the same without resolution worst service ever.     Llevo esperando un paquete, que se supone que está “en reparto” desde el lunes. Hoy es jueves y aún no ha llegado. He llamado al número de teléfono de seguimiento de envíos desde el martes y lo único que dicen es que el paquete no ha llegado porque el destinatario está ausente. En mi caso he puesto la dirección de recogida en un centro empresarial donde están mis oficinas y donde hay un conserje 24 horas al día y 7 días a la semana, por lo que es imposible que no se reciba el paquete en 4 días consecutivos. La señorita me cuelga el teléfono cuando le pido que me dé explicaciones después de este tiempo en el que no tengo mi paquete y no sé dónde está. Al centro empresarial llega cada día sobre las 14:00 horas una furgoneta con paquetes de DHL exprés, que siempre hace sus entregas puntualmente. Es una pena que DHL Parcel no trabaje igual de bien.

    De verdad que la persona que dirija esta empresa se plantee la situación porque es vergonzoso este nivel de engaño. Todas las reseñas son negativas y todas coinciden en lo mismo a lo cual me sumo. Los repartidores NO REPARTEN!!! pagas un envío que no realizan. En mi caso después de llevar dos días en casa esperando el paquete el cual nunca llega, me pone en el seguimiento que se ha concertado una cita con el destinatario lo cual es FALSO. Por favor señores dejen de engañar a la gente, que vergüenza que hoy en día haya empresas así. El problema es que las tiendas les contraten para hacer sus envíos.     Actually zero starts!! NO notification was ever sent for a package that I was expecting. The item was finally trackable through their website, and stated "ready to be collected" but no location was given. It is mandatory to first recieve a notifaction from DHL with the location of the pick up point, it is not possible to find the location on the site. I went to all my local pick up points and no one had my package. Hours later, in the status of my package, was 'collected". When I requested the information on who collected my package (from a location that I had actually been to that day where the employee told me that my package was not there) I learned that it was DHL employee who had collected my package, to return it to the sender. Even though it had been collected only hours before I contacted DHL, they said it was impossible to reverse this process. When I asked for an hoja de reclamacion I was told I had to do it in person at one of their 'parcel' offices... an hour away from where I live.
