my
words
are
not
going
to
help
bring
about
a
change
of
attitude
on
the
part
of
the
Mutua
Universal
staff.
I
hope,

that
they
at
least
serve
to
express
my
helplessness,
anger
and
frustration
at
the
humiliating
treatment
received
a
few
hours
ago
when
I
had
the
misfortune
of
being
forced
to
deal
with
receptionists
and
a
medical
team
totally
lacking
in
empathy,
respect
and
humanity,

bordering
on
the
lack
of
education,

that
I

with

for
their
company.

of

leaving
