Wow!! What a great choice for our lunch during our visit to Gettysburg! A delicious menu with something for everyone! The Cuban sandwich had perfectly roasted pork and a yummy crust to the bread. The Nicoise salad was amazing! Every bite was delicious! The marinated tomatoes, roasted potatoes, the tangy vinaigrette dressing and the perfectly seared tuna! YUM!! Our waiter was cheerful and entertaining and the art deco decor was cool and fun 🤩

Absolutely delicious food and super friendly staff. They have lovely outdoor steating with music. My friends and I purchased the split pea with potato soup, an apple burger with bacon and apple slices, macaroni and cheese, fries, truffle fries, chips and a la Cubana sandwich. Needless to say, we all enjoyed the food as it is the best food we have all tasted in a long time. The split pea soup was on point. The burgers were cooked perfectly on a toasted brioche bun. The macaroni and cheese was so yummy, its definitely worth trying. The truffle fries had the perfect amount of truffle taste and were not greasy. The chips were honestly the best chips I have ever had. The Cubana was pleasant and on a soft ciabatta roll. Overall, I love this place and my friends agree, we will be coming here again. (The menu does tend to change)

I'd been told this was the best restaurant in town and now I'm convinced. What an amazing meal! They even have a Kid's Menu. We had some appetizers (Cauliflower and the Brussels sprouts), a Mushroom Flatbread and Curried Salmon Sandwich. Everything and I mean everything was cooked perfectly. Great place for Vegetarians, Omnivores, and Kids. I left with leftovers and a very happy family.

I have eaten here in the past. My daughter and grandson love the pizza and I love the powerhouse veggie sandwich. As a vegan it would be nice if you could offer non dairy cheeses. I could then try the pizza myself. I suggest at least another one or two vegan options. Thanks, keep up the great work!

Let's start with the server who seemed bothered we walked into the empty restaurant. No smile, no friendliness, flat and to the point. The French fries and grilled cheese were the best part of the meal. My husband liked the Cubana, the tomato soup tasted like a can of tomatoes pureed. Overall just was not impressed.

Excellent food but small restaurant (they do have outdoor seating) The prices were good. I went to lunch here with friends and had a variety of foods. Grill cheese with Tomato bisque (comfort food) , cous cous salad (YUM) Shrimp (YUM), humus with pita bread slices (if you love humus you can't go wrong with this appetizer) and parmesan fries. All the food was excellent.

Corey, dude....the food was amazing! You were very very busy and handled the crowd well. I highly recommend the Israeli couscous and Brussel sprouts. Five stars all the way around.

Our dinner last night was absolutely delicious!! Everything was prepared perfectly and displayed beautifully on the plate-- and could not have tasted better! The chef came out and asked us how we were enjoying things, which we thought was super nice of him! The tempura cauliflower, the salmon with pasta and the pork ribeye were all to die for!! And the huge slice of caramel toffee pie capped off a great meal! The ambiance is more of a '50s diner vibe but the food more than makes up for any lack of atmosphere--and the prices are very reasonable also! Our server was also extremely nice!

Hollis was killing it solo during a super busy lunch hour on a holiday. The food was A-mazing. The tempura cauliflower was light and flavorful. My wife had the vegetable powerhouse and she said it was the best sandwich she’s ever had. I got a pizza and it was perfect. 10 stars!

A quirky, fun small restaurant with great food. My wife and I enjoyed dinner here after strolling around downtown Gettysburg deciding on where to eat and stopped here almost on a whim. We were greeted cheerfully upon entering and given our choice of available tables. Waitstaff stopped by after a few minutes with menus and returned promptly for our order. Restaurant decor is funky retro, including our chrome and boomerang design table. We wanted vegetarian options. My wife ordered a vegetable powerhouse sandwich and I ordered the Nicoise salad. The wait was slightly long, it seemed, but we were not disappointed when it arrived. Portions were generous. Her sandwich was huge and included a large side of house made chips. My salad was absolutely fresh, beautifully plated and delicious. Each component of this classic dinner salad was perfect. We will certainly return to this restaurant on our next trip to Gettysburg.

My wife and I had a salad and pizza for dinner. Food was good and pricing was more than fair. Service was OK (service needed to loosen up a little). But overall would recommend and I would go back again.

The waiter we had was awesome!!! We looked at the menu and wasn’t to sure about the menu items because this was outside of our eating box, but the fried cauliflower and the home cut chips was AMAZING!!! We was from out of town and asked him where stuff was and he was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here to eat. Then we talked to the chef and he was so nice as well. The Ham and Turkey was carved and not sliced. Definitely 5 stars from us.

My significant other and I went here because we were in the area. The food was absolutely excellent and tasted fresh. It was during a busy time of day, so it was a bit of a wait to be seated and receive our food, and our waitress seemed overwhelmed. The portions were respectable. I would recommend this place if you have time to sit and enjoy a meal and during a less busy time of day, because the atmosphere and food was worth the wait.

We tried Food 101 by recommendation of a local person. WOW! We had wonderful sandwiches (just wanted a sandwich type meal). The tuna sandwich was outstanding. The chicken sandwich with applebutter was excellent. The workers were very friendly and we loved chatting with them. The food was prepared perfectly, fresh and quickly. We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. We highly recommend this place.

Intimate space, service was kind, but a little slow, and prices were slightly above average. Couscous was tasty and unique. Cuban was tender and delicious. Club 101 was a little bland. Overall a good experience but not enough to want to go back.

The food was amazing! I recommend the Brussel sprouts and cauliflower for an appetizer, we had trouble deciding which one was more delicious and ultimately concluded that they complimented each other perfectly. I had the strawberry fennel salad with salmon added, and I enjoyed every bite. The waiter was the absolute best. He graciously and enthusiastically answered all our questions about the surrounding area. He even recommended a historic hike for us to do! The view from the table at the window was beautiful. We were able to look at the historic downtown buildings and had fun looking up a few on Google to see when they were built. They also have gluten-free bread, which was important to us. Every aspect of this meal was fantastic.

Food 101 has taken the guesswork out of plant based dining by offering an exclusive Vegan Menu! I had a good overall impression. Staff was friendly. Vegetable Powerhouse sandwich was delicious and my BF salad portion was adequate. Loved the hot tea selection. The only drawback was the French fries. They were crispy, oily and had a stale taste.

Byob. The food speaks for itself without the "b". Great corner location with limited parking. Outside seating speaks volumes while enjoying fresh artesinal food. Housemade chips are a must.

Cute restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating options. We enjoyed our lunch which consisted of a homemade margarita pizza and lamb burger (which was cooked to perfection)! They do have gluten free buns for their sandwiches too! Would definitely come back.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we inquired about the menu choices. Food was amazing. (Best burger I’ve had in a long time!!) Highly recommend!

Delicious! I don't remember the last time I had a meal this good. I came in for lunch (get their early because they fill up fast) and had the Apple Turkey Panni with the Amazing Parmesan Truffle Fries. I could have eaten those fries all day! Everyone was super friendly. The food came out quickly. It was a great dining experience. I look forward to visiting again for the fries alone.

We stopped here for dinner on a saturday evening. We were very pleased with the all-American fare. There were 4 of us, and we each had something different. Everyone was very pleased with their food. From the ahi tu a sandwiche to the beat salad, the turkey sandwich to the truffle french fries... all of it was delicious. My apple cheddar chicken sandwich was so good! Competitive pricing. Friendly and helpful staff.
