Very rude! After 8 hr drive to this hotel we were greeted by very rude front desk “lady”. Unprofessional, rude, unpleasant, no customer service etiquette at all! Sanja this is for you and your uneducated staff! To reply to your comment, ms Meri Did NOT greet me or my husband nicely. And Sanja called us later on to apologize and offer a bottle of vino, because Driver License is a LEGAL document! All and all, worst experience! Unprofessional! Oh and I forgot after we checked out, we were chased down the hallway if we used any drinks from the mini bar after we said NO. You treat your guests like criminals!

Facility: New modern design, fancy restaurant, and big terrace for coffee break. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. Service: Kind, efficient and professional. Breakfast: Fresh and well prepared food. Conclusion: Value for money, highly recommended.

Perfect place to dine! On different occasions bands come to play and the atmosphere is fantastic!

So happy some friends recommended this to us. We booked one night on our way to Greece, used to stay at Ramada but this offers the same comfort and great service for half the price. The staff is amazing! The restaurant has very good food, including seafood. Breakfast was good. The rooms are decent in size and clean, you get shower gel and other stuff. Parking is safe, clean and easy to get in and out off. The surroundings are nothing special, but that is irrelevant as you won't spend an actual vacation here. Has a Spa, gym and Casino (if you're into that kind of stuff) All in all, I would recommend this with no hesitation.

It was a perfect choice! I can not complain on a single thing. Everything is clean and new. Food is good. Gym is awesome. I booked a massage as well and that was relaxing. Stuff is available for any question or help you need.

Great hotel to stop for a sleepover on your way to Greece.

I use only one pqrt of the facility which is the gym and for my usage it is definitely fine. Just one star less than max because they have only one type of protein powder available which is subpar.

It s my first day with my girlfriend I the paint it black hotel. I am already so satisfied! The room is awesome and comfortable! The location of the hotel is so convinient! Excellent food and very professional service.

My wife and I regularly stay here, either in passing or specifically for Paint It Black. The decor is modern and elegant. The service, from the front desk to the security, is exceptional. The facilities, including spa and gym are first class. The rooms are comfortable. The owners have taken no shortcuts in the details. And the highlight, is the restaurant, which serves delicious traditional and foreign dishes.

There is no similar hotel with such an offer in the region. Besides the great hotel, there is a wonderful restaurant, high level fitness center with an equipment not seen in our country, a high end spa and sauna, and a casino. Definitely a highly recommended place.
