I came do health examination for PR application. In summary, fast and easy. No appointment required, just walk in. I came at 630pm. Nurse will ask you what are you there for and tell you what to do, and wait outside. 1. Scan for health declaration and safe entry. 2. Nurse will call for your name and ask you to provide the necessary documents and registration. 3. Once registered, you'll be given queue number to wait inside. They'll call for your number to verify details and make payment. 4. Once paid, proceed for x-ray taking. 5. Wait to be called for blood test. Remember to walk through the curtain by the aisle (not easily visible) instead of the nurse/doctor's back. 6. Doctor will return ID along with receipt. Return the following day (doctor will advice time) to collect report. Was fast probably not many people. In front of me only 2 others. Nurses were nice and friendly. Cheers.

It’s honestly not that bad. I was there for medical check up. Fast service. Be sure to fill in the declaration form for registration before entering (Scan the QR code at the clinic’s door beforehand). Then proceed to the first counter for detailed registration. Wait to be seated inside, given number and being called by the dr for xray and more. And you’re done. Didn’t get the result on the same day but that’s fine. Pro tips: be attentive & fast. Edited: Bring the receipt to claim your medical report. Put it at the tray inside & they’ll give it to you.

0 Star! Very unprofessional place. After blood test the nurse went to eat instead of doing x-ray. In fact still waiting for the x-ray. 30 minutes already. Best part. There are no other patients around. It's literally empty! With so many staff around! They were also just laughing out loud at a foreign worker at the counter initially just because he didn't understand what's going on. Very very unprofessional. Don't be health care workers with this kind of attitude.

Should have read all the bad review before visiting this clinic! The husband had a bad case of stomachache (suspected appendicitis). We came at 4.30pm and was told to come back at 5pm cos the doctor was not in. Waited till 5.30pm before was called to go in. The guy at the dispensary even told us there was a patient came much earlier so we are told to wait and the receptionist have the cheek to say why didn't you go to the hospital? So disappointed with the service 😞. IS THIS how clinic operating? We came here because it is near to the house and secondly it is an "emergency" since the husband was in so much pain. Have we know that we need wait for 1 hour from the VIP doctor, yes we definitely already visiting a hospital!!

The lady who answer the phone is super rude!! seriously stay away from this clinic! Dont even deserve a freaking star. Called just to ask if they are able to email the result as it is needed urgently. Before I even complete asking, she just said no and no. She should go back to Primary 1 and learn civic and moral. Plus it's only a freaking blood test result! I think because alot of foreigners go to the clinic for checkup, she can treat everyone however she like. Seriously, u put a really bad name to Ansari Family Clinic. Should lodge a complaint direct to MOH better.

I am not a type of person who will leave comments nor reviews. But I was so upset so I have to write it down. The old lady who answered the phone was really RUDE! No wonder all reviews were bad. How can people respect you when you talk disrespectfully. 👎🏻 Learn how to have enough patience!

The worst experience ever. Waiting time is so long cos they everything manual not by system. Take 1 hour to done. Patient is sick and already have medicine but must buy medicine from them then can rest at home. Ask them why never ask whether patient want medicine or not then the STAFF screaming on patient say we do not sell MC? If they ask me first (like other clinic) i don't mind but at the end bring out i feel like i got cheated Somemore the clinic is very messy and not clean.

Most of the staff seem impatient here. The lady handling payments and manning the phone was polite. They however, delivered my reports for same day service within 3 hours and there were no issues with it.

Don't come to this clinic! They have no responsibility. They did it 3 times. (1) I did blood test and they never called when they said they will call when results are out. (2) Doctor availability don't follow schedule. (3) I called to ask when should I come, they said 2:30pm. And when I came they said 5pm. Absolutely silly!

It’s actually a very good clinic, affordable and has the services you will need. The doctors truly care about your wellbeing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Do practice self-hygiene as it is after all a clinic, wear your mask properly and respect the people there. I promise that they will hold the same respect for you back.

How come can't say probably the report time ！go there half and hours and wait so long. After that say no report. I go medical check so early, also can't take🤬

Not professional at all . Last Friday I was see doctor very bad attitude this doctor. $51 take from me they no accept nest or visa. Only cash. After paid also no give recipient at all.

Went here for my HPV vaccine with my sister. The doctor here is very friendly and gave us good advice.

This clinic does alot of FWMI everything in one house so you do not have to go to many places. They are efficient, queues can be long at times. But the price they charge are very reasonable. Doctor is a very nice person.

Dr Asha and Dr Ansari are 2 of the kindest doctors and human beings you will ever meet. They have been my family doctors since I was a child. Dr Asha goes above and beyond the call of duty for her patients and for that reason I will always recommend them to anyone who seeks care from truly compassionate and caring family physicians.
