Doc is very friendly and took time to listen to my illness. She will also joke to make me at ease. Gave advise and ensure all is good. Staff are professional. Glad I came to know this clinic while googled for reviews. Indeed it deserve the 5 stars from me.

Terrible Experience. Walked in on a 15 october 2022, Saturday at 11am, with chest pains. Clinic assistant explicitly refused to assist, saying that they are not taking any more walk in even though closing was at 12noon, and DESPITE my complains of chest pains. Fortunately for me, i managed to cross over to Eunos Polyclinic, who rushed me through an emergency consult, ECG & medical attention, and an ambulance was immediately called to transport me to the nearest hospital. I could have had a heart attack or died, and this TERRIBLE clinic did not even bother to render any medical assistance despute my appeals. I hope the staff concerned will be disciplined and spoken tonon how to handle a potential medical emergency.

Doctor is very friendly, listens to patient and provides her advice accordingly. During my follow-up visit, doctor prioritised the patient’s wellbeing. The best GP I have seen so far in my eight years here in Singapore.

Saudara Clinic is our family clinic already, Dr. Sarina is the best doctor I’ve ever met and she really take care of her patients. Very cheerful, friendly and you can make sure that she will examined you properly. Sister Kam, Sabariah and Iqah are the best nurses assisting us and ensure they give their best to assist us. Been here a few times. Their staffs (sis Kam, sis Sab & sis Iqah) are friendly and helpful. Doctor is also very friendly and took time to listen my illness and check in detail. She will share and explain on the illness that I have. Overall is an awesome exprience

Was there for consultation. Its a bit noisy ..staf communicate each other a bit loud .. i feel like i am in the market , hearing all kinds of stories. But Doctor is very professional with her work and must be patient enough to work in a noisy enviroment .

I was there to seek treatment for my 4yo who suffered violent cough and blocked nose. My 4yo needed to be tested for covid, but the staff who did it, was very gentle and knew how to handle kid. No tears involved. The doctor was also amazing. Kind, asking if I have more questions and knew how to communicate with toddler. It was a pleasant experience. My 4yo is getting back to herself after few days. The consultation and medicines was affordable. I think I paid around 50 SGD..

Dr Serena is the most professional Doctor I have ever seen! She is so caring about her patient and went above and beyond for us. My whole family (include my 2 young kids) always went to see her if we don’t feel well. 6 stars!

Dr Sarina is a very good GP. She knows her stuff very well. She is empathetic towards her patients and you can really feel her sincerity. Her nurses are very nice as well.

Dr Serena and the other doctors are good.. they cured me of my issues where I spend more then 2 months with other docs . Dedicated doctors… highly recommended

Because English is not my first language, but from the counter staff to the doctors and nurses, they are very patient and friendly! It makes people feel very warm! This is a great clinic!

Don’t usually leave reviews for clinics but this clinic is 10/10! (I am still here) Dr went above and beyond in checking the drug ingredients and informing me before I purchased them (even without me asking him to) The nurse/recep was so warm and friendly as well!
