Always
have
been
loving
the
dentist
here
which
is
why
I
would
always
come
back
to
this
dentist
even
though
i
do
not
stay
around
the
neighbourhood.
However
today’s
experience
was
really
terrible
I
choose
to
never
come
back
again.
I
have
seen
other
1
star
reviews
on
them
and
it
seems
like
this
is
a
recurring
problem
that
has
not
been
solved
and
I
do
think
that
it
is
important
for
the
clinic
to
address.
First,
made
an
appointment
awhile
back
and
was
given
a
2.45
pm
slot.
Then
received
a
call
a
day
or
two
before
to
change
my
slot
to
a
3.00pm
and
I
asked
the
receptionist
of
approximately
how
long
my
treatment
would
be
as
I
have
another
appointment
that
i
have
als
set
a
long
time
ago
next.
She
mentioned
that
it
would
end
at
3.30pm.
And
i
mentioned
specifically
that
if
it
ends
on
time
i
am
fine
with
the
15
min
delay.
Day
comes
and
i
reached
at
2.50
prior
to
my
3pm
appt.
And
i
saw
a
guy
entered
the
room
at
2.52
and
i
wondered
what
time
would
he
actually
end
if
he
only
enters
now.
Next
moment
i
see
the
dentist
assistant
coming
out
and
whispering
to
the
receptionist
and
the
receptionist
coming
over
and
telling
me
about
the
clients
problem
and
saying
that
he
will
only
end
at
3.30
and
asking
if
she
could
reschedule
for
me
since
i
need
to
leave.
It
is
infuriating
for
me
as
it
took
me
effort
to
come
all
the
way
down
here
just
to
be
told
to
reschedule.
Shouldn't
there
be
such
buffer
time
taken
into
account
when
fixing
people’s
appointment?
This
happens
multiple
time
here
but
it
was
not
as
bad
as
I
do
not
have
something
planned
after
so
I
do
not
mind
waiting
(sometimes
even
up
to
30
min)
even
though
it
was
bad
planning
on
the
clinics
end.
I
hope
the
clinic
do
something
about
this
and
stop
wasting
everyone’s
valuable
time.
