Came down to Haidilao to get our usual dinner and we were served by Mei Qi who was exceptionally attentive to our needs. As usual our expectations were met with the service even though she was busy with other tables. Food was great too!

Had birthday dinner with family members. We were served by Feng Mei throughout the whole dinner. She is very polite and helpful and her service is very good. Really enjoy our dinner with her joyful attitude and she even gifted my toddler with a really cute plant. Thank you and appreciate the service! Will definitely be back again for more.

Attentive young waitress always come to serve us. We got a pretty decorated table at a.cosy corner and photo taking service. Senior citizen get chair backrest. Our birthday senior got a bowl of longevity noodles, small cake with fruits platter, a handheld massager gift and birthday song.

From the moment we walked in, our experience was top-notch, thanks in large part to our diligent waitress, 黄雪 Huang Xue. She flawlessly organized everything, ensuring our group had a memorable birthday celebration. The hot pot was an absolute delight, brimming with flavor, and it was evident that every ingredient was meticulously selected for its freshness. We left with joy in our hearts and a promise to ourselves that we would definitely be revisiting soon. Highly recommended!

Server Feng Mei was really nice to us and showered us with presents, food was very good too but the service was just top tier even though we didn't order a lot of food. The trinkets were so cute as well, would definitely recommend coming here!!! Absolutely lovely place :)

Service is excellent as usual. You Zhen Yun served us with a smile as we sat down for dinner. She ensured we are alright and very pro active in what she do. Definitely will come here again and hopefully to be served by her. 👍🏻
