We brought in our son for massages on 2/9/23 and 4/9/23. The massages were just so so, it’s just that one of the front desk lady was dishonest and giving bad service to us.

Terrible service! Made appointment for 2pax. Went there and realised they only booked for 1 pax! Wth! Wasted my trip there! And the lady did not offer an alternative slot or apologise after this mistake! Double check is not enough! Must check 4 or 5 times. If not, they book wrongly. Even better, go somewhere else where the service is better and package of better value. I’m regretting my decision to sign this package.
