Keeping in mind that this is a budget hotel and I was paying about S$90 per night. Location was okay in Geylang... 8 minute walk from MRT. Not many Western food options close by, but lots of local eateries, food courts that were quite cheap. Rooms are small is the typically are at ibis. But the air conditioning was very good, the room was serviced every day, and the service at the front desk was also very good. It's a good option for those seeking a decent place to stay without paying $200 a night in Singapore. Will probably come back and stay here again. Keeping in mind there are many Ibis hotels in this area.

As name suggests, it's a budget hotel and friendly staff. Location is near by major attractions. Within 5 to 10 kms you can reach all major places by busses, taxi and MRT. Nearest MRT is Aljunied, approx 10 mins by walk.

The room was well maintained and everything was perfect. Even the hot water shower, AC worked very well. A really good stay for short term visits, travellers, who looks for just a bed and bathroom for the stays. Convenient location with many restaurants. The checkin and check out procedure was super easy and ended in a minute. They even provided us with complimentary early check in as we went to the hotel around 4 hours before check in time. This is located in the red light district, but it was really safe at all times, even during the night time to walk around.

You get what you pay for... This hotel is in a lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Small supermarket on nearby corner. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself is very basic. We stayed in a twin room. Beds were rock hard, kettle was filthy and not much space for our two large suitcases in room. We wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed here for 3nights and it was great, the room is not big but has enough space to open my 2 luggage. The bathroom is small but was okay for me and surprised cuz my room has a bum gun😂 There was a window with very dark curtain, dryer and toothbrush but no shampoo. Housekeeper did a great job, very neat and clean. I love that guests can fill water for free. Location is very good for taking bus stop or even MRT still not that far. There are many cheap mini marts, very convenient. Although it’s located in the red light area but not scary at all. (Compare to my hometown😅) Anyway my second day there was a false fire alarm at 8am. It’s quite annoying and not comfortable.

I booked this hotel through Traveloka. but apparently there was a communication error and it turned out that the hotel was full. but until now, this hotel is not responsible for giving me a replacement hotel. after 2 days there has been no meaningful process. they should be responsible for what happened because it's the hotel's fault

Clean and great value for money. One of our rooms (as we are family of four) had AC not working so they swapped us to another pair of rooms nearby. Will definitely stay again.

We didn't expect much from a budget hotel, but the bed was so dirty that we had to ask the cleaning staff to clean the bed and matrass again. The location is good. There is a metro nearby that is well connected to the airport and city.

Good service from the staff. tiny room but clean. no fridge, but we can fill a cool water bottle at the lobby. We can leave a luggage before chk in or after chk out. Nice location not far from bus stop.

Ok hotel, in a nice location and not too expensive. We stayed here 2 nights. Unfortunately, our room had a view to construction work that started at 7/8am, so, really uncomfortable. The room is kinda small, with a small bed, not that suitable to tall people. The price is appropriate for the amenities that are provided.

Ibis rooms are always very clean , this is no exception, the main good thing.. Good value. Room is tiny, bathroom compact ..no fridge, as in all ibis budget. In this climate. Fridge is necessary. There is a kettle , hairdryer , comfortable bed. The area is red light at night , safe enough daytime. Nowhere nearby for decent coffee - 15 min walk. MRT Aljunied is 8 min walk. Desk staff very helpful.

excellent service from the staff I experienced technical problems with my thai credit card and my booking got canceled some days before arrival. Anyway after messaging the costumer support I was told to just pay upon arrival at the Front Desk. The Hotel was fully booked out and lots of walk-in people asked for available rooms. And even the hotel had no secured booking from my side, they kept their promise and I got my room to the original booked price (walk-in price was a lot higher that day) Thanks to the staff working on 23.04.2023 who made that possible! The rooms have been as expected, small but comfortable. In Singapore, and for this rates the rooms are good enough and better than in nearby hotels I have stayed earlier.

I think it is the best place to stay on a budget in Singapour without being in an hostel dorm with shared bathroom. Location was great, next to eatery and 2 minutes walk from a bus station that will get you downtown in 15 minutes. You also have a metro 12 minutes walk from there. Room is small, but enough for luggages. Very quiet at night. Cold water provided downstairs. Bed was quite honestly the worst, it was so hard. We also could feel sewer odor from the toilet, so we had to keep it close at all time. Overall a very pleasant stay ! Tip : we booked online, and added 1 night in person, which was a lot cheaper then booking online

As the name suggests, it is a Budget hotel. So do not expect it to have luxury. The hotel is based next to a bus stop and many eateries, some of them Halal too, which is great. The location is in the infamous red light district but did not feel unsafe and we did not have any problems related to that during our stay. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are small, which is okay for the price and are clean. There are no bedside sockets for chargers. Only 2 at the small dressing stand. The bathroom is also small but clean and has hot/cold water up to expectation. They do not offer laundry services. The WiFi was good. One of the elevators is faulty and wants to close the door on its own over and over when you try to climb in so be careful of that if you visit. The only concern with this hotel is the sheer amount of rats in the outdoor area where the vending machines are. (Not inside the hotel). If you’re sitting in their outdoor space, be prepared to be greeted my a whole family of big rats especially after dark. The rats seem to be a concern all over the neighborhood to be honest.

The price and size is just right for a short stay, no fridge in the room, water heater also barely felt during shower. Mostly the nights are below 100sgd.

Good location. Service provided by receptionists were great. But the mattresses were so hard. Those who are side sleepers, the mattresses here will hurt your back and shoulder. Consulted with the receptionist to replace the hard mattresses, it was not possible at all. The floor inside the room was not clean. The aircon was hot and cold, the direction of the aircon air couldn't be controlled. I left the hotel room at 8am to run my errands, I put the 'make up room' sign when I left at 8am , I came back at 2pm, the room was still in the same condition when I left at 8am.

Stayed here for 6D5N, the location is great. Only 5 minutes walking distance from MRT station with a covered walkway and 1 minute only to the bus stop. The staffs here are nice and gave us extra service. The room is kinda small but understandable since it’s Singapore and this is budget hotel. The neighborhood is kinda ‘gangster’ at first glance (Geylang is well known as RLD) but no worries, it’s very safe. We walked the pedestrian at 11.30PM and it was very very safe. The aircon works really well and we love the lobby so much, very nice to kill time after checkout. Will choose this hotel again if we come back to SG.

Stayed here with family, 3 rooms in reasonable price. Every staff are so friendly especially the guy from Myanmar, i forgot his name but you will really be entertained. Location is so great nearby MRT, too many shops and restaurants nearby. Will book on the same hotel nextime.

The day time reception women (specifically May) were helpful at check-in, but the night shift guy Mr Lim was a bit morose though he did his work. One of the calls just before checkout by one Mark was the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. I emailed the hotel and received an apology. Hence, I have excused this incident. Housekeeping gave a really outstanding service to keep the room in top condition. Very limited space in the room and bathroom. But, nothing more could be expected by me for the price paid.

Singapore being a pretty expensive place it's not easy to find a hotel that's reasonably priced and clean. Ibis ruby checked all the boxes. Clean while being located few mins away from the city centre. Friendly staff at a reasonable rate. The rooms are small but as for the price paid it's reall worth it.

Stayed there for one day. It was a bad idea to book here. The room is very bad and small. They did a good job on taking pic of the room. The floor is sticky when you step on it , the towel is with blood stain , the bedsheet make you itchy. Avoid this for your own good. I was expecting a budget clean room.

The hotel was great, if you are looking for a cheap option. Just beside the hotel, you can have the mamak restaurant which is great if you want to eat from 6 am in the morning till 1-2am after midnight. But the location quite unsuitable for family travellers. The district is well known Red Light District, if you have kids, maybe you don't want to expose your kids.

My stay here was great! I was only there for a bts member’s concert. Unfortunately an untoward incident happened nearby the hotel which I don’t like to disclose. I was worried for my safety and informed one of the staff. Her name was Anice (reception staff). She was amazing! She reassured me so much and made sure my stay was comfortable till the end. If I come to Singapore again I’ll stay here! Thanks to Anice once again!

I paid AUD$185 for one night. pros: shower has good hot water, clean / no bed bugs, restaraunts within 50m. The pillows are good. cons: Grossly overpriced. The beds are more like concrete slabs with foot overhang if you are over 5'ft5". The wifi is poor and drops out. No bedside powerpoint. The rooms are too small. The tv has only 7 channels and is of poor quality. I won't stay here again as at that price or for $20 more you can do way better. My advice to the hotel. You are making excellent money so stop being tight arses and buy some decent mattresses or at least fit them with 2 inch soft underlays so your guests can sleep in comfort.

me and my family stayed in ibis ruby for 12 nights, excellent stay though the shower room is rather small but this is the price we paid for. Kudos to house keeping team for keeping the room clean and tidy daily. Kudos to front service team especially Ms May, Mr Jeffrey and Mr Mark you guys have gone the extra mile. Great locations. Thank you ibis Ruby's staffs for making our stay safe and great.

Room was a bit small but it’s good enough for my family to rest after an entire’s day walk in the city. You can leave your luggage there even before check in time. There’s a bus stop along Geylang road and also Sims avenue. The nearest MRT station is some 20 minutes walk away at Aljunied. Housekeeping is also good but you can hear it clearly if people make loud noises outside. Dont listen what people say about the red light district. I hardly see any. For SGD70 per night, it’s value for money.

The room is a bit pricy considering the size and the amenities provided. Definitely just for a short stay. However the room is clean though.

Its a small property in the rural area of Singapore. It's neat and clean. No restaurant attached. However, it's close to metro and bus stop and groceries etc..

clean, strong air conditioning, professional staff, good wifi and very convient location. really great stay for the price!

Great stay as always. Even better this time as I got a good room. Service is always good and friendly. Room sizes are small but given the price in Singapore they are good. The only real down side is it's a red light district, so it gets a bit strange at night. But otherwise close to the MRT and Food courts

If just to chill for 1 night, then Its ok. if longer stay, you might want to consider another hotel.

This is for the people looking for a budget hotel, the place is clean, room is just for sleeping, resting and bathing. If you’re here for 3 days 2 nights, book here since you won’t be in your room much anyway. 15 min walk to mrt, aljunied station, a lot of diners/restaurants as long as you’re a fan of chinese/indian food and you’re not picky. Would not recommend for children since there will be a lot of walking. There are bars nearby for those who want to try drinking here.
