We visited Caratlane by Tanishq for the first time and our experience with it was just awesome!!! The two ladies that entertained us including Ms Hema n Ms Pooja were so coperative . They showed us the pieces with so much patience n effort that is really appreciable !!! The designs of Jewellery by Caratlane r quite good n diff !! We always preferred tanishq but this time we tried Caratlane n it was worth buying. !!! Would highly recommend this store n special thanks n 5 stars to Ms Hema n Ms Pooja for their good work 😊

Making charges exorbitantly high on a very basic gold ear ring. 50% making charges. Generally rate is 12 to 20%. Bunch of sofisticated thieves.

The team's very helpful and they're pretty professional. I ordered a custom made Solitaire wedding ring and initially the diamond I choose had a little yellow tint to it. The loose diamond looked pretty and the yellow tint wasn't that prominent when I saw it before placing the order via store but when it came out with the ring the yellow hue was a bit visible as compared to the other small diamonds on the sides. I was devastated as it was a custom made order and since I checked and verified the loose diamond myself beforehand the fault was on my end and I couldn't really blame it on the store or the team but the store staff was pretty helpful especially Mohinder ji as he was handling my order and they assured me they'd do the best they could to help me out. They mailed their team and I was presented with some better diamond options the next day. I didn't had to pay anything extra like cancellation charge or any making charges it was all adjusted in the initial order amount. I just had to pay additional cost for the diamond. In a couple of weeks my order was remade and the ring just looked fabulous. I was very happy with the way my case was handled and how the staff was very helpful at every step.

Have almost 60-70% designs as shown online store. You can have more discount at stores than on online mode. But there is only 2-3 parkings at the store which are anytime covered.

Very fond of Caratlane jewellery. Beautiful collection and lots of variety in all price range. Staff was very polite and supportive . Especially Surrender Singh ji. He showed us all the range of rings and earrings very calmly and in very good manner. Had some issue in card payment but he was all supportive in the whole process.
