Overall experience was nice but I was disappointed with one of the dish that I ordered which was not fresh. Like I cannot expect something like that to be served in a 5 starer restaurant. But thankfully the chef came into the action and he replaced the dish.

I’ve recently been to this place located in Radisson Blu in Kaushambi. The ambiance was extremely good and the staff was super comforting. So i did tasted there freshly brewed beers which were extremely good in taste and buzz. About the food, it was above my expectations and was super fresh.

It was a great experience. All the staff were professionally greeted us. A very royal & luxe vibe brewery. I tried the fresh crafted beer & loved it. Food quality was also authentic and taste was on point. Thai style vegetables must try.

Best atmosphere. Easy to reach. All types of drinks are available . Good for the Party among friends. Overall an awesome experience.

Don't know for other customers, but for us the service was not that great. They were slow in preparing orders, very high TAT. But other than this the food quality was great.

Other then bad service .One should definitely check bill. In my case the have overcharged and not willing to fix bill and start telling me stories that bill is generated and can not be fixed finally I have to pay extra charges . I feel like a fraud happened with me in such a place. I went there for chill out with my friend and came back with a bad mood. I will never recommend this place to anyone .

We just made an impromptu decision to visit the place for some beer and food and well it turned out to be really good experience! The server was polite and friendly and the freshly brewed beer was tasty! The food was good as well, one can go and have a good time with friends!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Brewhouse at Radisson Kaushambi, and my overall experience was a mixed one, which is why I would rate it 3 stars. Let's start with the positives. The ambience of the restaurant is quite pleasing. It has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it a suitable place for a relaxed meal or gathering with friends. The decor and layout contribute to a nice and cozy dining environment. However, my disappointment stemmed from the service. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our drinks took a notably long time to arrive, much longer than our food did. This lag in serving our drinks significantly affected our overall enjoyment of the evening. We had to wait for quite some time, and this delay dampened our spirits and conversation. The staff had little clue on what was happening to our drinks. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy to lack a basic service etiquette. It's important for a restaurant to ensure that drinks and food are served in a timely manner to enhance the dining experience. The cocktails were delivered in regular ordinary glasses with no focus on experience and that shows the lack of importance they give to a good experience. The food at the Brewhouse was a redeeming aspect of our visit. The dishes we ordered were delicious, and the quality of the food lived up to our expectations. The menu offered a variety of options, and the flavors were well-executed. With a place like Radisson I expect that you will delivery great quality and experience. I hope you guys do better going forward.

Just visited today and everything was really great the service the behaviour of the staff the coolness of the atmosphere. One thing that I found was not up to the mark was the behaviour of the DJ. He was unnecessarily rude. Since we were invited guests we had all the right to ask him to play the respective song of our choice. On asking him the same question he replied and I quote " I WON'T". Other than that everything was really great. Kudos to the waiters and the chef on preparing meals of high standards l.

Music played so loud at 9pm even though only 6 people in the restaurant, waiter could not even hear our orders. Did not want to consider turning it down in case "anyone wanted to dance". Could not converse with anyone at the table. Chicken burger was horrendous, pizza decent.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Brewhouse in Radisson Blu Kaushambi. The food was outstanding, and the service provided by our waiter, Gloria, was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
