Pathetic. Very Very poor staff. Untrained lack of knowledge poor billing incorrect tagging. Who puts new staff in a new store. One ought to post experienced personnel at a new outlet. Also they have this scheme where you get a 10 percent discount on hdfc cards where you have to buy above 8000. Also maximum discount is 1000. I think it's a stupid scheme. So for a customer to maximize his returns should buy between 8000 to 10000. Also this scheme is valid only once through out the sale period spanning more than two months and across all their stores pan india. Ridiculous. To find this out, I called atleast 10 to 15 stores in Noida Delhi Ghaziabad obtaining the number from Google. Would you believe it some are incorrect and in the remaining nobody answered the phone. Eventually I decided to visit this store. Remarkable. Also I saw some article on Google that Shoppers stop employees are a most satisfied workforce. About time they concentrated on the customer who is supposed to be their king.

Shoppers stop is best as its name. Good place and nearby store is plus point for living near Anand Vihar.
