    I don't know y they call themselves a 4 star hotel. No AC at the reception.. the room was average nothing very fancy about it.. breakfast options average.. limited items were there. No service. coming to the worst part.. the management is really bad . House keeping service is too slow. The kettle in the room was not working and I had to call twice to get it replaced. Fridge was not cooling properly which as per them was working fine.. Asked for ice cubes and they charged for it.. even normal cafes don't charge for ice cubes.. u r a 4 star property and can't even provide ice cubes as complimentary.. luckily they didn't charged for tea and coffee sachets available in the room.. The vibes were dull.. it's nothing more than a 2 or 3 Star hotel. Really disappointed

    What a terrible experience for 1 night at this in Janโ€™23. I had to stay an extra day in Delhi and I booked this hotel instead of booking an extra day at Country Inn where I was staying from past 3 days. The check in was slow which was understandable as there was a marriage party happening. The room was ok โ€ฆ but the phones were not working. Both of them .. the kettle was not working.. I had to call the reception from my mobile phone to tell them that both phones in the room r not working. The room was not cleaned properly and the room service was pathetic. I finally met the night manager who was kind enough and moved me to the suite when the saw the problems I was facing and apologised. I could see how embarrassed he was with his hotel staff. Post moving to the suite, things went well. The food is good and the breakfast spread was nice and tasty. It is a nice property but needs to be maintained and staff needs to be scolded to such pathetic Service

    To start off.. The entrance lobby area was result of high negligence. No AC is working in reception lobby. The reception staff and booking staff both lethargic, ignorant n non responsive. Too much delay in check in. The room cleaning staff was also very late. No response on call for restaurant n reception. Hair in food, icy chilled food, even the tea we ordered in room was chilled. Too late room services. If u want to torture some one then send him or her to this hotel. Our holiday is wasted.

    This hotel is actually very good. Their have beautiful suites with price around 5k. Also their party halls,food, chef n ambience is very classy. Buffet rates are a little high but worth it. Their roof top restaurant by the pool looks mesmerizing but stay away from it. It's mostly empty and my whole family got dysentery from it. So in short except from roof top restaurant the hotel is very nice

    The roof top terrace dining was good but hardly any vegetarian variety of food was available for dinner. The rooms were not well maintained.Things are broken, needs repair, carpets are unclean. Need to change the covers of sofas and chair etc

    We went there to enquire about marriage function. Very lethargic sales executive. Although property is OK but sales executive lady took us for granted. Their hospitality gets 0 score. Definitely didnโ€™t get a 4 star vibe. I would recommend anyone who is considering this for marriage think twice. As she was not at all accommodating & hospitable. We sat for around 4 hrs and she didnโ€™t even ask for water forget tea or coffee. It feels like a government hotel. Location is pretty ordinary. Located on a very busy narrow road. 0 marks for exterior. There is no reason to book a mega event when staff is not even attentive. BEWARE of Such HOTELS for big functions Prolly a good deal for staying a night if your room cost less than 5k

    The worst 4 star hotel. I have seen even. I have booked this hotel after confirmation from hotel staff. They will allow to decorate the room. But after booking some other staff has come and denied to decorate the room. They have spoil my whole plan on birthday. And the staffs are very rude. If you want to do any birthday party or any type of party. It is the best occasion spoiler hotel ever.

    DO. NOT. BOOK. THIS. HOTEL. FOR. ANYTHING. TLDR: Atrocious hotel. Poor service. Okayish food. Bad rooms. Bad staff. We booked 2 rooms in this hotel and two venues there (one for mehendi and one for engagement). And only because this is a Non Veg hotel. Right from the beginning the staff showed it's nature. The lower staff showed us some price and when the manager saw that.. he started harassing them. Ok fast forward we got the deal somehow. Now at day of the event we go for check in, there door lock keycards do not work. Why do you have to be so fancy? Like why? And if you really do want to be fancy at least maintain it. The telephones there do not work. What number works the staff says call other number we are not this that blah blah. Ok we dealt with that too. Now the room service. Uttery horrible.. utterly slow. Like I'm running out of adjectives here about how bad it was. Had to wait around 45-50 mins for anything. That was dealt with as well. Main part is they do not know how to manage a big event like engagement. The non veg area was empty and had been for 30 mins or more. The staff was even told multiple times to refill it but no response. The groom side actually got furious and WE had to apologise. Like what is more embarassing than this? They should at least keep a person to check this stuff. Comparing it to Radisson Blue in this case there catering services is so much better. If you want to book for some corporate event go ahead. But if it's for a wedding or anything of that sorts please for your own sake do not even think about this one. The amount of drama isn't worth it. The only pros I can think of is the Mehendi event was done nicely. Why? Because we had only like 40-50 people. Maybe even less which is why it was manageable. But yeah would not recommend it to anyone.

    Key card was not working properly to unlock the door. Service was not up to the mark apart from the quality of food. Lack of spoon & cup during lunch & dinner. Security guard was stopping me during my entrance. They were charging for ice cubes & glass for cocktail drink. After lodging complaint managers have not taken any action. Infact they were taking their side

    A third-grade hotel with exceptionally rude staff. At this very night my guest are staying in the hotel and she is getting very bad service. She called thrice to Reception about the Microwave is not working and someone need to replace that. No one even bother to take care of that. She is staying with her 1.5 year daughter and really unhappy about the services.

    Better to opt for other hotel. Cons :- 1. No ac at the reception 2. Never expect any early checkin nor on time checkin. Have to wait almost an hour before they allocate you a room. They will ask you to wait at the reception area which is not visible from their area (where receptionist sit). They will never call you and you have to visit them to get your room. 3. Security is also not up to the 4 star hotels. 4. You canโ€™t get a duplicate key for your room as per their hotel policy. 5. Their room dining are not able to understand the orders properly and may take 1-2 hour to get your food. Food quality doesnโ€™t match with any 4 star hotel. 6. Room and washroom is fine but not that much spacious. They have a kind of kitchen there along with microwave but didnโ€™t find any utensil neither we asked. 7. THERE IS A SECURITY AMOUNT THAT YOU NEED TO DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN ๐Ÿ˜‚. I mean is this how 4 star hotel work. I have booked it through agoda and was not aware about such conditions. Although itโ€™s refundable at the time of checkout. 8. No QR code for the payment. They only deal with cash or card. 9. Couples - watch the linen carefully during your stay. Any stain may cost you at the time of checkout. Pros :- You will get a feedback call from their team during your stay just to ensure your stay is comfortable.

    Pathetic service and control by Hotel Management. Food is just a waste. Breakfast menu you get puri and aloo sabji everyday without fail, no changes in menu whatsoever, staying here almost 10-12 days every month but always have to order breakfast from outside after checking their food options. Services are so lame that you often have to ask for plates, cutlery, bowl, beverage glass etc that are not maintained, a normal foodie will be able to identify food quality and taste issue in their food. Neighbouring rooms will be occupied with 4-5 people in a room and they will make huge lot of noises and hotel doesn't responds to complaints until you yourself go and shout at them. Highly unprofessional and careless management. And most pathetic thing is their lift control, first time visitor will never be able to catch it at once, and from next time you have to roam around the lift to make sure you are able to catch right elevator and don't miss the other one. Absolutely rubbish.

    I have just completed my stay in sarovar portico mahagun ghaziabad, what I obverse they guy's are running a hotel in MAJBURI, first of all I would like to say it's not 4 star hotel it's a just 3 star hotel. Here's the list of issues which I have faced during the stay. Cattle is not working. Fridge is not cooling properly bathrobe is not available the Room. Charging 100 rupe for a ice cube. Breakfast is very average not 4 star property kind of . Staff is wearing dirty clothes

    They tell them 4 star hotel, I did not see any Thing like that. I spend 42 days over there but I never found hotel swimming pool is available for swimming. There internet speed is sucks. Speed is less then KB. As well some services are not up to the mark. I suggest avoid this place.

    Decent 4 star hotel with great location, just next to Mahagun Metro Mall and the market around sector 4 Vaishali. Room service was good, staff were courteous. I stayed there for 3 days. Rooms are spacious enough and centralised ac was very effective. Manish at reception was very quick in response and made the stay even better.

    Went there today onlyโ€ฆ. Pathetic service trust me โ€ฆ please donโ€™t trust other comments who give 5/5 stars because hotel staff asks us to do that โ€ฆ. Staff was although respectable but they dont listen anything .. you have to call them 3-4 times to get the thing doneโ€ฆ. Also the food is not upto the mark โ€ฆ in buffet only 5-6 items were there and were not that tastyโ€ฆ. Overalll hotel needs to get their grip on their hospitality and service.

    An extremely forgettable stay for four nights. Changed my room once because of overflowing bathing enclosure. The new room was not receiving hot water. In spite of repeated complaints the situation was not resolved even when I was leaving the place. Food is also poor. In spite of all these they charge a bomb. Maintenence and the service staff are sub-standard. There were at least twenty problems that I could have written but I think it is too much to expect from an hospitality group who cannot provide hot water to a guest during winter and that too after repeated requests. My room no. was 408. There was something amiss in the plumbing lines to that room.

    Good hotel with great food offerings The breakfast display were great with many options .The service personal were on their toes to do the best. The receptionist was humble and willing to do her best to make everyone happy and satisfied. The only dislike was the torn and old sofa lying in the lobby. Please change ๐Ÿ™

    The suites are nice. But it needs to be maintained well. Food is good in the restaurants. We had issues with basic stuff like getting 2 key cards, housekeeping forgetting to leave fresh towels, in-room dining sometimes taking forever, delay in getting iron board, etc. If these things are managed well, this could have been a great experience.

    Everything was good.. except the procedure of in room dining payments was very bad, after every 2 bills hotel staff came to settle the amount. Upon special request to the hotel manager they agreed to settle while check-out.

    We had a FANTASTIC experience at Terrace grill, Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites. The food was simply Outstanding. We were served by Rahul and he was Very professional, very patient, he explained the composition of the menu perfectly and recommended the most PERFECT dishes to enjoy on my anniversary. We loved the food, the atmosphere and the magnificent service with live music is also a bonus. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!!

    Service not at all good. Always they ignore if you are asking for something. Lift was not working multiple days when asked was said just walk it's 7 floor only. Technician visited but after much delay. Water in bathroom was too bad, always muddy for initial 2 mins. Water always logged in bathrooms. Only positive point of this hotel is it 's in best location with bad service.

    Food quality was pathetic. 60% of the guests that were staying for wedding fell ill Atleast 10-15 had to be admitted to hospital for food poisoning. Service was pathetic, even towels too 1.5 hrs to arrive. AVOIDE AT ALL COSTS.

    Strictly for budget stays. Very average rooms, food and service. MMT shows 400 Sqft room size when in actual they are merely 250 sqft. Ceiling is low and makes you feel claustrophobic. No view from room. Many rooms have view of mall hence its covered. Corridor smelled bad and leakage smelled bad too. Breakfast is worse as if they are doing some favour by offering it. Low quality food and service.

    Never expected the hotel to be this bad. Rooms were not hygiene. Breakfast is very limited and tastes ok. Service is very poor and slow. I have stayed in much better hotels with a similar budget. The only good thing about the hotel is the location where you have mall right beside it and lot of shopping, food places nearby.

    The rooms are spacious and the food is good. However the maintenance is poor. In my room there were no slippers and no toiletries. They provided when asked. The door latch screw was hanging out. There was no space around the wash basin to keep my tooth brush or the shaving kit. All in all it was not worth the money.

    My recent stay left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which was unfortunately marred by a series of problems. Here's a detailed review of my stay: 1. **Smoking Smell on All Floors:** Despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room, I was disheartened to find that the smoking smell permeated all floors of the hotel. I voiced my concern and even requested a room change. To their credit, the staff showed me an alternative room, but it was plagued by the same issue. Given that I was traveling with my 4-month-old daughter, it was impossible to relocate repeatedly. This was not only inconvenient but also concerning for the health of my child. 2. **In-Room Dining:** In-room dining left much to be desired. The service was incredibly slow, bordering on exasperating. To put things into perspective, ordering food from external services like Zomato or Swiggy would have been faster. This inefficiency seriously impacted our dining experience and tested our patience. 3. **Towels and Linen:** The condition of the towels and linen was far from satisfactory. Stains on these essential items are not something one should expect from a hotel of any standard. It was disappointing to see that the cleanliness and hygiene standards were not met in this aspect. 4. **Staff:** The hotel's staff, while generally polite, failed to effectively address the issues we encountered during our stay. Their courtesy was overshadowed by their inability to provide timely solutions to our problems. In such situations, a courteous but unhelpful staff can be a source of further frustration. In conclusion, my recent was a letdown due to the persistent smoking smell on all floors, sluggish in-room dining service, stained towels and linen, and a courteous but unhelpful staff. While the hotel has potential, it falls short of providing a satisfactory guest experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall quality of service to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

    It's really pathetic and very very bad experience visiting this hotel. I went with my husband , we went to swimming pool and when we came back , a staff member was inside our room , he locked the room from inside and took valuables , he returned few of the items though coz he was caught red handed.We visit in hotels for privacy , any can enter in your room, as per hotel staff they will knock 3 times and if you are in deep sleep anyone can enter your room for room cleaning . This is seriously ridiculous , please don't visit this hotel at any cost and save yourself from any kind of crime.

    Excellent housekeeping I recently started at mahagun sarovar portico by the excellent housekeeping service provider during my stay the housekeeping staff was friendly efficient and always willing to go the ensure that my room was clean and tidy the room was clean the daily with great towels were charged regularly i also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary toilets and bottled water that were provided ever day overall i was very impressed with the housekeeping service at mahagun sarovar portico hotel the staff courteous professional name ranver and brijmohan good boy and good service ๐Ÿ‘ thaks for information

    The facilities are fine but they have some weird rules and guidelines. For example, pool and spa are advertised as main facilities on their site, there are banners everywhere in the hotel for the same, but you cannot use them. ๐Ÿ˜Š Itโ€™s called Portico, the suite we were in had none. And Sarovar? When the pool is closed? Though they have RO water connection in the suites. So you are not charged unnecessarily for drinking water. Thatโ€™s good indeed. Staff are friendly in general, but two of them were not so friendly with us. Final advice? You can find better for the price.

    This is one of our regular hangouts. Itโ€™s a nice hotel which would provide you good ambience if youโ€™re looking for a short stay. The hotel even has suits and theyโ€™re by far the cheapest Iโ€™ve ever come across with. Itโ€™s a clean nd hygiene friendly place. The menu is not that diversified but decent enough. Would strongly recommend

    This is hotel is a perfect for Business travel as it is near to Metro and the connectivity is good. Good Part: 1. Very near to Metro station. 2. Decent and clean rooms. 3. Room service was good. Bad Part: 1. Very rude front desk. Front desk really don't know how to welcome guests. Only guy who was helpful at front desk was Abhishek. 2. Microwave in the room was not working properly. 3. Toasters were not cleaned. 4. One of the lift was under maintenance. I suppose it is intentionally put under maintenance.

    Organised my cousins wedding here. Was not satisfied by the air conditioning of the hotel. Major part of the banquet hall was hot as AC was not working properly. Ambience was good in the hall but not outside in the gallery or reception. Parking was a huge challenge as well, despite valet parking, we barely had room to park 40 cars at max. Food was good and was praise worthy.

    Water Logging Around Hotel leading to Parking Difficulty in Morning Today. Some attention to same will sure help Hotel and Guests. Augmented Front Office will help. Aircon in basement needs to be on 30 min before start of functions. Cooling is needed in summer n rainy seasons for any gathering.

    Inspite of saying this multiple times that I need to change the room, the staff did not provided another room to us. Also the staff members kept on saying we'll update you and they are so irresponsible they never gave a call back to give an answer! I prefer mahagun from last 5 years just because of its staff behaviour but this time things were so uncomfortable. Services of this hotel is getting poor day by day.

    Worst experience! Staff is really pathetic no wifi, even the doors were not opening up. No housekeeping staff was available and not reachable also. Switch boards were not working. Also they charge the security amount from credit cards and refund that in cash. Very unprofessional and unpleasant hotel

    Rundown facilities and unclean rooms! The facilities are run down with very dusty floor, unmaintained rooms. So zero marks for housekeeping. We had a hole in the ply floor and we informed reception who changed our rooms to slightly better rooms. Still the couch were so dirty and there were hairs and dust in the beddings. Checkin was slow, however staff were supportive. In room dining was excellent and the Breakfast buffet was great too. Check out was good.

    The staff is pathetic. Had to wait for 15 mins at the gate as the guard was told not to allow people to enter. Literally looked like a fish market. Entrance was all occupied with cars no place to enter for guest with luggage. No luggage drop available for room. The elevator is designed in such a poor way, people will find it difficult to understand which elevator they need to board. Reception is under renovation, so they have kept two broken chairs for the guests to sit next to the reception desk.the lobby is all filled with cigarette smell. The bathroom shower was leaking . No hand towels in the room for guest. I wonder how they got the four star rating

    Good hotel. Decent location. Highly courteous staff. The halls are good sized halls suitable for parties and other functions. The food is decent but a few items in the buffet needs improvement.

    one of the worst experience. They call themselves a 4*start hotel but service is clearly pathetic. Room 2 star while room was clean my access card stopped working almost every day . It's annoying having to go all the way downstairs to get it reset almost daily. To top it their wifi was not working for the entire week I stayed. Service - 0 or may be negative. Least you expect is the have clean cups and spoons daily. They seem to be just washing the cups in the tap and putting it there.. spots of coffee are visible. Food - 3 Star Breakfast buffet was just ok. Frankly I have had better buffet in a 3 Star. Nothing really to speak about. overall not an experience you would expect in a 4 star hotel.

    Nice hotel at convenient location in Gaziabad. Offers nice buffet breakfast and dinner menu . Service is good, ambience is wonderful. Some gap in front office. There response time is slow. But found best for stay in Gaziabad. Value for money.

    We went to the restaurant over there it was good but for elders who are not aware about technology and can not select the dishes via phone it's difficult for them they do have the menu card but the font is very small

    1. Standards not same as other Sarovar portico chain hotels. When i started there with my family during late check in, we had to carry our own luggage to the room. 2. Unmanaged or spoiled assets in the room. 3. No additional blankets or towels in a studio room (even if room were booked with extra member).

    It was such a great stay at mahagun sarovar... Tulsi assisted us with an amazing room and i really enjoyed everything. Thnku tulsi for making my stay so good and comfortable. Would surely come again with my friends.

    Had a short stay for work in Noida. Choose this place for the close location to Noida points and it being 4 star rated hotel. Unfortunately nothing about the place was up to expectations. The hotel rooms were just average, they could do better. The furnishings are old and damaged and the management is making no attempt to make it better. Things/ objects not working, not up to mark can take a second seat, if the service provided was great, but there too we faced some resistance. They really need to be customer friendly and help rather than keep us waiting. On one occasion had to remind the staff that the service requested for had been paid by us already. This is something that need to improve. The morning breakfast needs to improve for it to be on par it's 4 star rated.

    The hotel is average. I spent close to 14 days over here but I observed that many services were not operational like SPA. Also the housekeeping department is not pro active with there services. Would acknowledge Mr. Rahul from F&B department for his good behavior and services.

    Good ambience, cozy and comfortable rooms, room furniture is old. Food was pathetic. Same breakfast menu for consecutive 3 days. Served half cooked rice with too much of salt in curd rice.

    It is a very good building inside the mall. Mall is excellent. It is very nicely maintained. It is very neat and clean. It is very close to the metro station and the main road. However, outside the mall, the road is encroached by the unruly autos, tempos, battery rickshaws, rickshaws and hawkers. Wrong side driving is rampant and very unsafe and troublesome..

    Not happy with room service though room provider stated that he upgraded my room but it was below average. Also no ventilation due to which we faced breathing problem. There was teared blanket in the room. No proper utensils were available in the room for tea/coffee.

    The hotel management is really bad they charge for empty plates the water from the faucets was yellow. They don't give you bottles of drinkable water more than 2 small bottles this is too expensive for the experience the room is nothing special either

    Pathetic F&B service.. Best example of mismanagement. Useless staff. Banquet staffs are headless chicken. Nobody was concern with service. No one refilling of starters and then buffet served without breads & spoons etc. No backup plan.
