Nyc. Old property but good management and well behaved management makes your stay pleasent. Cleanliness 5/5, property 3/5, location just near to kausambi metro station so 4/5, breakfast 4/5, room service 5/5. Totally it was a pleasant stay with my friend. Loved it.

Hotel is in a Very poor state. Rooms and dining looks very unhygienic. Food taste is also very bad, noodles were stale and stinking. Sockets don't work, shower throws water in all directions, wardrobe so dirty!

pathetic service, standard rooms are really dingy, when asked to get the room changed they didnt have any rooms available. Even told them i will pay for the upgrade as the room had insects and mosquitoes in it and still you wanted me to stay in the same room even after multiple complaints.

We were part of a wedding party that was taking place here. We're meant to checkin at 12 however, informed the reception that will arrive late, it would be around 5:30. When we reached hotel staff said room's AC has broken down and they offered to relocate us to another hotel which was 10 min walk from here. We insisted on looking at the room to take further decision. We went upstairs to witness a Room that was in horrible condition. AC was still being serviced, in the bathroom entire commode was uprooted and lying on the floor. Tired of a Travel from chennai and in a hurry to get ready and join sangeet we got really frustrated. Still we went to see the room they had offered in a different hotel but that was in equally bad condition. So we asked for a refund and found out that because booking was made through goibibo only they can give us a refund. In the entire sequence of event staff of the hotel never apologised for the blunder they had made. Later, I must admit, When I contacted goibibo, they were very helpful and refunded the entire amount.

It's a good place for birthday parties & reception functions. But not best. Kinda okay okay, if you're looking budget friendly place.

Attended a function in the Banquet Hall of Clarks Inn, Kaushambhi in first week of July 21. It was a day time function and AC was not functional and most of the guests were sweating. The ventilation was also not up to the mark. Covid Protocols were completely ignored. Expected better from brand like Clarks Inn!!!

Worst hotel! Rooms n lobby stinks all the timem Name of clarks is being ruined here. The staff is rude . . They behave more like goons than professionals.. the buffet breakfast was a disaster . . 2-3 items that too tasteless and absolutely stale . . Had worst experience at this place.. dont go dont go dont go here ever.. basic hotels give far better facilities and services than this..

Hotel was quite nice, rooms were clean, good location near kaushambi metro station their banquet is quite nice but ceiling of that banquet is very low that is why it not looks so dashing banquet like other ones

Located in Vaishali. Parking is on the road. The Banquet hall is one plot away adjacent to the hotel. The banquet hall is good but the service and food is abysmal.

Booked this 20+ rooms for event. Worst service ever. All rooms were dirty and smelly. there were termites all over furniture in some rooms. Bathrooms were not clean. Bathroom fitting were broken. Hot water not provided. Room locks were not working. zero maintenance.

Clarks Inn is a nice hotel for stay and enjoying a party. Clarks Inn hotel is near to the delhi metro station (Kaushambi metro Station) Clarks Inn has also a banquet hall, where all type of fuction done very well like marriage, Birthday, Business parties etc. It is also near the Highways

So we booked 21 rooms for the Haldi event for 3 days for our guests. We had told them a different menu for every day and what all decoration that would take place in their hall. Every expectation ours were met. Dunno about the other reviews but majority of our guests were pleased. The food was nice and freshly prepared and if there was something off menu they made it too. The rooms were clean and spacious. Since it is a winter season, cooling wasn't needed but yes hot water was available. The venue arrangements were also nicely taken care of and were beautiful. We frankly had no problems there whatsoever. If we did get any hiccups the staff corrected it. Very happy with our decision. So in the sea of many negative reviews here's a positive one. Also before booking, think about everything what you want and communicate it to the manager. That will be much better.

Yesterday went there for function. First the decorations and ventilation was horrible....we asked them to switch on exhaust or ac...but they were least bother.. then they have changed the menu, which was given to them...even instead of pav bhaji....bread bhaji was served...and when we asked him that why you are giving bread instead of pav then they said that this is all what we get from management. The arrangement was for about 50 guests out of which only 25 were present, still their food was finished even before serving to our important guests. The staff was so poor that they are even not groomed themselves...forget about their pathetic sevice and food. Most importantly the food which was served, stale our guests got infection, food poisoning. They have taken a very good amount of money for their services and this is what we get.... So plz beware.... everything can be forgotten but they played with health of our guests by serving their already prepared stale food ... So plz i request you to think three times before going there for stay or for any function. No matter whether you are a host or guest. Health is the utmost thing for everyone.

The clarks inn situated near wave cinema, walking distance from kaushambi metro station. The location was wonderful. Today got opportunity to visit for one marriage function. The place was spacious and ambience was nice. Good for gathering of 150to 200peoples. The quality of food was not up to mark need lot of improvement. The variety of food were there but not quality and taste. Washroom of party hall was small. All the very best team.

Room is not cleaned. There is no Hot water in bathroom, if you ask they regarding hot water they will provide you hot water with one 🪣 bucket. TV is not working, inside the room WiFi is not working properly.

A week before this hotel arranged marriage of my daughter very elegantly. Beautiful and proper ambience. Guests appraised food right from the day one.Very cooperative staffs. Service was good. Price genuine.,, Would love to stay again.

Not a good experience. I had visited the place for a marriage function and it was bad. There was some kind of construction in the neighborhood so the entrance to the banquet was not inviting. Once inside it was not getting better. They had ac's in the corner of the room and people were running to the ac to cool down. The overhead ac had not been switched on at all. The snacks trolley was missing and no service staff was serving except for the drinks. The single snacks trolley which was in the corner was also not refilled so things were empty most of the time. Overall a very bad experience.

I arranged marriage of my daughter at this hotel and banquet. Management did a great job in organising the events for 2 days. Kitchen staff did a great job in food department. We did not get any complains. Food was fresh and tasty. Room service was good and prompt. Banquet hall management of the events was exceptionally good. I endorse and recommend this place for big / small events and stay.

We booked bulk 20+ rooms. Worst kind of Hotel I have seen. Never stay in this hotel. The rooms are termite ridden. Rats in the room. Full payment in advance without guarantee of proper service. No proper cleaning. No sanitization. Wash basins were chocked. Water was red. No proper cleaning. Rooms and even dinning hall stinks. Bathroom fittings were broken. Some rooms had non working locks. They don't know to make breakfast other than bread butter. No upma, no idli vada even if you book full hotel. They claim that they can make Poha but worst kind of Poha I have seen there. The toaster doesn't pop up and bread slice gets burnt.

Hotel was decent, but below average considering the rates out there. Services weren't on time. Breakfast was continuously late from timing. Lifts were out of service. Though room service was quick at response. Food taste was also okay.
