We booked banquet for an engagement function and just posting this so that no one else is doing the mistake which we did. Worst Service and food quality as well was not upto the mark. They cost and charge a lot and don't deliver. It not looked like they were experienced people at all. Many of my guests went back dissatisfied. I specifically requested to not serve anything with onion garlic. But still they delivered food with onion garlic and it was a very small issue for them when we reported it. Similarly they closed live snacks when I gave them money to start the maincourse. This banquet was just a nightmare. I just wish no one faces similar issues again . Please keep everything in mind before booking .

This is one of oldest restaurants in ghaziabad, serves only vegetarian food . It can be the go to place for people who wants to dine out and wants to eat food without onion and garlic. The only issue I will say is parking on busy days. As you will not get it easily

Vegetarian restaurant with quick services. Order takers are not suggestive to the menu. Food preparation is nice but the quantity served is less. You will fill the serving dish is big but you will realise bottom is thick🦉🦉🦉

Family friendly restaurant. There was parking problem. There wasn't enough space to park. Luckily, a car rolled out and we could park ours there. The food was fantastic. The service was good. One issue: on the neighbouring table, the kid were constantly making noise by throwing down plates. Literally slamming down the plates. Around four to five times they kept throwing down utensils. It was noisy. None of the staff bothered to ask them to control it. Children can be naughty but it's the parents' job to actually teach them discipline. And if they can't, it falls upon the restaurant staff to ask them to try and take it down a notch to stop disturbing everybody around. But it was just a one time thing. Chinese wasn't as good. I mean it was good but not fantastic. North Indian food is amazing here. Even South Indian food is very good.

I have been coming here for years, the food is good and affordable, it has a good ambience for both banquet and restaurant. Always our first preference for family dinners and gatherings.

Its a very old hotel Giving and doing there best since they have started. Staff is very kind. Chef is making good food. Only problem is with washroom for customers and staff they have common washroom which impact to hygiene i think. Thats also not a big matter but for me it was. Over all they are great.

It is not exactly a hotel, kind of apartment from Omaxe. Found difficulty in searching the location because there's no hotel hoarding. Finally need to call hotel staff, and then they took us to apartment room. They ask you to get the food delivered from Veg grill restaurant which is at ground floor. The good part is, you get the battery rickshaw from there itself, who takes you to temples. On weekends, battery rickshaw charges alot, they ask for Rs. 1000 for a trip.

Taste is awesome. No problem of parking. Staff behaviour is good. Great taste under budget.

Very close to Ghaziabad District Court. Nice place to eat Breakfast / Lunch / dinner at reasonable price. Fully airconditioned. Service is also OK.

Good Food Fast Service noise level high. Staff is good. Wash room was without water in the Men's Urinal. Overall good place to eat outside.

Authentic south indian served at restaurant. Ordered rawa masala dosa, filter coffee, sweet lime soda and ras malai. Lime soda was way too sweet, requested for extra ice. Ambience was clean and calm. Taste was top notch. Would love to visit again for south indian food.

Was a great hotel. For the first time we had gone there to see our brother's sister-in-law. And came after making the relationship firm. We all will have a good memory from this hotel.

Nice arrangement. And good for a small gathering function. Food was ok ok. Not that great. Decorations were ok ok, nice as it was a small place. Roads to reach the place are bit narrow, difficult to cover last 500 metres. No parking space , need to park on your own somewhere around.

Rooms are dark. Lighting in rooms are just yellow. White should be preferable. Food is good. Some rooms are poorly maintained.

Sufficient parking space in general days but little crowdy in weekend and festival days. Overall nice experience in family outing.

I have been coming to this restaurant since year 1998. There food has been always tasty and of high quality. I know sometimes they mess up the taste. But I still consider it the best family restaurant in Ghaziabad. My favorites are dal makhani, kadhai paneer & butter naan.

Rooms are congested. But they have taken more than what room actually deserves Old fashioned wardrobes and washroom. Initially i couldn't stay there, however food (pure veg) was so tasty & yummy.

Had lunch at krishna sagar. The food was quite tasty and the staff was hospitable. The wash room was also clean and usable.

Not value for money. There charges are very high as per facilities they provide. Rooms are very congested and not also so lit. Always gives you feeling of station side 1000 rs hotel. But their charges are no where less than any 3 star business hotel. But disappointed with the pricing part. Food is Good. Breakfast is available on ala carte basis. No buffet. I will recommend to book room here without breakfast option.

Awesome hotel…if you want to arrange a party for 100-150 people then this might be the perfect place for you. They offer 2 halls, one is on the ground floor and other is on the 1st floor (which is bigger and divided in two half) i.e. the stage area and the dining area is separated by a gallery in between. The staff and the waiters were polite and friendly, we got everything arranged as we asked them to. The food quality is very good, they offer a complete package for the party buffets which covers almost everything you need at the price of ₹1000 per plate.If you fall short on your estimated plates then they arrange extra plates as well as food from the restaurant available at the ground floor. So you will face no problem at all regarding the food.

The hotel is in prime location. However, the building is quite old and lacking maintenance. The bed was clean and tidy. However, the room overall was not clean. The wooden cupboard is kept to store your clothes. It was dusty. The curtains were also dusty. The room is quite small. The water heater is available but it needs around 20minutes to give you got water. There was no kettle available to have hot water in the room. When requested for dental kit, the attended directly informed it is not available. The hotel serves only vegeterian food.

Went to their resturant. It was okay place nothing great. Food was okish , service was okish. I don't know why people still visit this place then why have lot of other options available. I ordered Chole Bhaturey and it was really tasting bad. Chana used was of low quality plus the Bhaturey were very very thick and was not cooked properly.

City view room is slum view. No place to dry cloths. Receptionist should be polite and friendly. Not allowing checkin until all the persons booked for the room are not present, should allow. They are expected to customer friendly and should care comforts of customers more
