i wish i could give 0 stars but not possible. one of the worst societies in indirapuram. Guards and RWA are here to harass the residents only and have as big an ego as jay leno's chin. Management is always rude and full of themselves. only positive is the location but it is not even a positive anymore. Not recommended for anyone(Bachelors/Families). Better options are available at much cheap rates

Do not buy or rent property in this society. Here RWA is ruled on peoples like a dictator. They restrict you in everything, you feel like you are living in an open jail. Even RWA restrict you not order food and anything else from outside after 10 PM if you order then you need to go to the main pick up your order. If you invite any guest to your house, you need to beg in front of the RWA office person for guest parking. Maintenance cost is high and in summer mostly light run on backup. When you rent the flat then you need to pay Rs. 3000 as registration charge and you not get anything against that.

Society is good but you have to pay extra for facilities like swimming, gyming etc.

I have been living here for more than a decade now. The best location that you could have on Indirapuram. RWA issues are everywhere in all societies. When we are living with another 800+ families, we need to compromise. Pros: Location, markets, malls, multiple cinemas, connectivity.. Everything in walking distance. Average life demands Keep lighter on your pocket. Cons: RWA and few residents who want to keep the power in their hands forever as always happen in politics. Parking is little mess and old styled.

It's a good place to live. One of my friend lives here with her family at affordable price. Society is very good they have parks and everything. In addition habitat centre is at walking distance from here. Nice locality and nice people.

I live here and I love this place... It is situated in the heart of Indirapuram having Indirapuram Habitat centre, Shipra Mall, Aditya Mall and many other small and medium sized shopping complexes in walking distance. The famed Windsor street is just across the road. Finding auto and taxis or rickshaws is never a problem. It’s around 10 years old housing Apartment society with 5 blocks including a market block M with shops on ground and basement and houses on top two or three floors.

I live here for the past 7 years. Peaceful life. All facilities are available around the apartment. Big malls and shopping places and cinema halls, parks etc are also there. Vaishali is the nearest metro station.

Almost all the amenities present here. Just in front of habitat mall . Best location to live in. Only maintenance is bit high
