I
have
been
a
very
longtime
customer
of
geetanjali
and
also
has
done
my
bridal
package
services
from
them.
I
was
happy
customer
since
then
but
the
recent
incident
just
changed
my
views
about
them.
This
time
the
staff
has
turned
very
rude
and
unprofessional
of
all
the
times.
I
usually
do
not
leave
bad
feedback
but
the
service
provided
by
them
still
haunts
me
and
left
me
feel
cheated.
I
will
explain
what
happened.
I
went
for
body
detan
treatment
as
I
did
earlier
in
my
bridal
services.
The
service
lady
also
asked
me
to
do
body
polishing
as
it
works
good
together
to
which
I
agreed.
I
asked
them
for
price
list
as
well
and
for
some
reason
they
did
not
give
me
the
booklet
which
was
usually
always
available
on
top
of
reception
area.
I
asked
the
price
and
the
lady
said
it
would
cost
1k
more
on
detan
to
which
I
agreed.
This
was
my
stupidity
as
well
to
believe
her.
Later
when
bill
came
I
was
charged
11k
for
my
service
which
you
my
surprise
should
have
been
6k.
The
reason
was
detan
was
4k
and
polishing
was
5k
and
I
have
to
pay
extra
gst
on
top
of
it.
The
sevice
was
not
totally
upto
the
mark
which
I
received
and
I
can
say
that
I
received
very
good
service
at
first
place
and
hence
I
came
back
fot
second
time
but
it
was
horrible.
The
lady
instead
of
detan
used
bleach
on
my
body
and
I
can
still
see
my
small
baby
body
hair
has
turned
golden.
There
was
no
scrubbing
done.
Later
the
message
given
was
not
at
all
upto
the
mark
it
was
just
the
application
of
lotion
in
the
kit
that
they
provide.
The
story
does
not
end
here,
i
asked
for
face
detan
too
and
the
lady
was
forcing
me
to
go
yo
bleach
on
my
face
too
which
i
have
never
done
and
not
in
favour
of
at
all.
Later
when
I
went
to
reception
for
payment,
i
want
to
have
membership
and
then
offer
applied
to
which
the
receptionist
mentioned
that
it
can
only
be
done
in
second
service
and
not
in
first
one.
I
argued
that
I
cleared
this
in
beginning
and
then
why
this
confusion.
Then
they
accepted
and
offered
the
membership
discount.
But
why
they
made
me
go
through
this
experience
at
first
place.
I
also
asked
them
the
offer
they
usually
have
on
package
of
18k
something
like
this
to
which
they
decline
and
say
they
only
have
for
higher
ranges.
But
i
saw
it
on
official
website
of
geetanjali
so
why
they
did
not
offer
at
first
place.
Overall
i
am
very
much
dissatisfied
and
disappointed
that
brand
like
this
have
lowered
their
standard
and
raised
the
attitude
of
their
employees
and
hence
degraded
the
whole
experience
of
customer
like
us.
