Watch repairs and maintenance service is also available which is a problem when you purchase watches from apparel and clothing retail chains. Unlike watch outlets at these chains this dedicated shop store is a better avenue for premium watches.

Excellent collection of premium watches. The staff is well informed and helpful. Mr. Ajay was very patient while I was contemplating on so many choices. He helped me pick a beautiful timepiece and I am so happy with my purchase.

They displayed an original watch but gave a local watch which didn't work on my engagement day. I was left with an option of wearing a non working watch. They ruined my day. Won't recommend this place. Also collection is not much there. They ask every of their customer to rate good that's why these ratings are good on google. Prefer going to some other store or other mall.

I had to get a watch for an important function the next day. But I was 4 hours away from this shop and was travelling towards Ghaziabad. I asked if the watch I was looking for was available with one Mr.Sanjay. He told me that he would keep the watch ready once we reach the place . Though we were 45 minutes past closing time(9:45), these kind people waited for us and delivered the watch along with a discount! . It was a big relief for us and made our day! Would definitely recommend these guys for their customer loyalty. They went out of their way to help us. Thanks a lot 😄.
