Food, service and Atmosphere, All awesome. As always!

Good quality of food, ambience is also nice. Service is on time if there aren't a lot of people. I felt the prices for the food were a bit high.

For the Haldiram’s, they have one of the best interiors. The taste is mostly good for the most dishes. Just a bad experience of receiving wrong badam milk. They themselves recommended rose milk but gave us something else but that too was stale and expired one. But when we complained they just gave another one. If you want to have street food in a hygienic place then this is the one.

The food is really very tasty more than our expectation. Although the prices are little bit higher but these are worth it. Must try rasmalai there

Addicted with Haldiram's food. Was frequent at chandni chowk outlet. This one also up to the mark...We enjoyed papdi chat, Bhalla papdi and Pavbhaji for kiddo😁😋 then at last Rasgulla, Rasmalai and Kajukatli for kiddo. Their menu is full of delicious food. We are die hard fan of Dal Makhni, Chane kulche and Rajma Chawal. But I assure you that you choose anything from Haldiram and you would get unique authentic taste of that dish.

I recently dined at Haldiram restaurant for breakfast, and my experience was a bit mixed. On the positive side, the food was decent. I particularly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options they had to offer. The taste was satisfactory, and it felt like they put effort into the preparation. However, there were a couple of notable drawbacks. Firstly, the air conditioning was not working during my visit, which made the dining area quite uncomfortable, especially considering it was breakfast time. This is something the restaurant should definitely address to enhance the overall dining experience. Secondly, the staff’s attentiveness left much to be desired. It took some time to get their attention when we needed something, and their responsiveness could certainly be improved. Better customer service would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Despite these issues, I’ve given the restaurant a 4-star rating mainly due to the food quality. If they can address the AC and staff attentiveness, it has the potential to be a top-notch dining destination.

Nice well maintained clean and spacious food quality is also good. It can be more better by keeping a water jar on every dining table.

Poor service at Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad haldiram. They seems to be busy in their own world. Very slow service. Their namste doesn't match their service. When I ordered matar kulcha. The matar was served very cold. We couldn't eat the whole stuff. When we complained that in this winter why the matar is so cold. We got the reply that the matar is always eaten cold. We got an upset tummy. We remained disturbed whole night. This was when we ate only the partial portion. We left the dish. Disappointed.

Good place for Indian sweet and snacks, Quality of food is very good and cleaningness is maintained. Sitting arrangement on first floor with self service. Staff is helpful and polite. They maintain same quality in all outlets. Sweets are fresh and good quality. Everything is very costly as compared to others. Entry for Sector 63 outlet is close from front due to metro work. lot of construction going around.

This is the place with awesome ambience. Food taste good and far better than mithas. Must visit place, since it's new so not much crowded and service is good.

This is the worst place to order or have your food item. This is deteriorating the image of Haldiram. Ordered vada pao from this place, totally stale and worst, cannot be eaten. However, thought to give this place an another try but again frustrated. My father bought Gulab jamun from here and they were totally sour in taste. Please avoid this place to save your hard earned money

Food is pathetic. We ordered Aloo Tikki, cook didn't know how to cook it. It was raw from inside. we ordered 100gm Jalebi. Out of this 100 GM, around 50g was chashni floating in plate. On my side table, another guy was complaining of How bad Bhatura was. Only rate keeps increasing but the restaurant is not improving.

Had to go there for dinner only due to compulsion, getting late and kids feeling hungary. Only ambience is nice alongwith artificial hospitality. Rates are on a higher side in comparison with other restaurants, feels like we are being cheated. Otherwise neat and clean with nice seating arrangements. Not much footfall either.

We had been to your crossing republic outlet and bought sweets and had food Chinese and South Indian. Sweets were soo bad in taste and quality which had in bitterness we had to give away to maids .My mother who had idli sambar fell sick after eating.worst kind of eating experience. Even local shops are better than your outlet.we have your bill with us recent experience.

Food quality is ok ok, but they have reduced the quantity of food to minimum level. For Paw bhaji they are serving Bun bhaji, bhaji was bit bigger in taste, while asking for that they replied hamare yahan yahi milta hai. Price for food is higher then the quantity served. Cold coffee seems like they have just mixed coffee powder in cold milk.

Nice atmosphere, great ambience, superb staff and service. A perfect place to enjoy your meal in crossing republik area. If you love to enjoy your meal with peace I would suggest to go in morning hours or week days, I had a great experience of dining there. I ate haldiram food after couple of years so wont say taste is great but at the same its only place in crossing republik which serves nice food with great ambience and service so you can enjoy your meal. I made my mind to eat Poori and Bhature back to back it was too filling could not eat anything whole day. Just a small feedback for service managers, please be humble with staff members and show more courtesy as you shows to your customer.

Simple chole bhatoore n noodles took so much of time to prepare n that too on a friday afternoon. No rush hours. Overpriced noodles n quantity was so less n preparation was also not good. N over that AC was not working in this hot humid afternoon.

First experience with the haldiram was very bad because of various reasons firstly shortage of staff secondly order takes lot of waiting time, one of orders a simple burger took 35 mins to recieve. This was little weird no one was available at cash counter and you were asking them to bill the stuff....my impression was as if they were more focused on their online order deliveries, instead of customers waiting for their order at haldiram.

One of the best restaurant near crossing republic area. There live counters and chat is worth to be exploring. I have myself visited with my family. Staff is polite and ambience is mind-blowing. Don't miss the chance if you are near crossing republic.

Pretty slow service and confused staff more applicable to the takeaway sweets and patisserie section. They will do separate billing and make you pay in two parts according to the convenience of their accounting system. Item price not always displayed. Whoever can push his or her way will get their order and walk out. Rest can keep standing and admire the brand name they have come to. Quality of items are generally good.

Food is okay...but there is no AC which is a pathetic experience for the diners

These guys charge extra for sambhar and Chole in case you are ordering any South Indian item or Chole Bhature. This is the first time I have experienced on any of the haldirams outlet or in fact any outlet. If you ask for extra, there is a discussion that goes on with the staff and then they finalise whether they want to provide the same or not
