Very Bad standards for a 5 Star hotel. Rooms lack basic stuff like a disposable comb, spoons, saucers, bowls. Staff at Managerial level is most uncooperative and negatively inclined. Unless asked there is no shaving kit, hand cream, mini bar, rugs, basic writing stuff or adequate seating arrangement in the rooms which are not cleaned also properly. They do not honour basic requests also by quoting rules. Approach to hotel, ambience of lobby, basic amenities in rooms and service is extremely poor, or. at best rudimentary. Best avoidable.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home especially Sheetal ma'am. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby one of staff member I thankful for sheetal, My room was equally impressive, with a comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the carefully curated artwork on the walls to the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom.

Small rooms as compared to other 4/5 star properties. Some staff people like security and recdptionist talk very rudely especially the one working in evening. The most disappointing point is that they don't allow food from zomato or swiggy even if you collect it yourself and carry it to your room. My last visit to this hotel was in July 2022, when I experienced this incident when I ordered food from zomato and came outside to collect. While I was going back to the room the hotel security misbehaved and stopped me in a impolite manner and then he asked me to meet receptionist and she behaved in a pathetic and rude manner but somehow I managed to fake that food to my room. I haven't experienced this thing anywhere else....it happened only here. I hope they take this review positively and implement measures to make guest experience delightful

I did a group booking for approx 100 officers for an official event. The service and support from the staff was great. Had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. Very much recommended for stay. Special thanks to Mrs Jagriti for smooth coordination throughout.

This hotel does not live up to what I expected for the Radisson Blu. The rooms are fine, but they are not like any of the other Radisson Blu hotels I have stayed at. It feels like a knockoff. The service wasn’t exceptional as it usually is. They didn’t even provide handsoap for the bathroom. I also got very sick after eating the buffet dinner. If you want a real 5 star experience stay at the other hotel nearby, or the plaza near the airport.

Stay was not as I expected to be in a five star hotel. We had a horrible night. Someone literally tried to open our room door forcefully and fled. We immediately reported to reception but no action was taken. Atleast we were not informed about what exactly happened. We couldn't sleep the entire night. Breakfast was average. Limited options to choose from. Taste was average. Would not recommend.

I have been staying in the hotel for 14 days. The house keeping service is very good. They are always available for your help and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Special mention to Rajesh supervisor and Reshma who are always keen to help you out. I am really happy with the services.

The worst experience ever I had, they steal my money, First of all, I booked the hotel for 12 nights from 1 July to 13 July for a long vacation, while at Check-in time, I paid my full money for 12 nights. But because of my family emergency, I have to leave early So I decided to check out on 6 July and I inform the reception team two times. They said it will be Refound to your bank account after checkout . During checkout around 7 am, I have to hurry because I have a flight. So I went to clear my bills but the reception team don’t have any idea about my early checkout. And they said I will not get my refund money. In the last, they agree that I should get my refund. Now it’s been 25 days still money didn't come back. Miss Geeta (DUTY MANAGER) knows very well about the situation and also she agreed to my refund, now they are not receiving my calls.its hard to earn please understand. This is not hospitality this is fraud I have been to many Raddison hotels around the world but I never have had this type of experience. Very low communication and low service by them. Please help #radissonhotels

They still need to work to improve the room service especially for food. They take so long that person will 💤 sleep. Eg in my case I ordered food and they took 35 minutes in delivery to my room and it makes you laugh that I ordered from Big basket service(outside) they delivered in 13 minutes to my hotel 🏨..

This is to inform about that the pathetic security services at the gate and entrance of this hotel. I came to attend a conference at this hotel on 1-10-2023, however as there was no proper parking facility I parked my bike just adjacent to the gate ( 4-5 meters) of this hotel. However when the conference finished I went to my bike and found that my Helmet was stolen. I had properly secured the helmet with lock. On complaining to the security incharge I had a very bad experience. He was too casual and told me that he is not responsible for the security of vehicles. There was no CCTV coverage that too just at entrance of hotel. I request you to have a proper parking facility for vehicles or not to hold conferences at this hotel if there is no parking facility.

Overall, it was good value for the money and we had a nice time there. At least for european standards, it was not sparkling clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The bedsheets were stained and we received really old towels. They changed them after we called reception, but it was not a good first impression. Nice breakfast, polite and helpfull staff most of the time and the rooftop looks good.

A hotel suited for business and weddings. Located off Meerut expressway and is easily accessible from most parts of NCR. Well furnished rooms with modern amenities. Valet parking is efficient and quick. Rooftop buffet is nice and value for money. A good place for a destination wedding as it has multiple banquets and ample guest rooms. The management is cooperative too. The only downside is the view from one side. It overlooks a slum. This is the reason you get a five star at a reasonable price.

Value for money, star rated experience. Best suited for business travellers. Buffet service is good in all aspects. Swimming pool is small but decent although they really need to work on cleanliness and pool side towel and beverage service which was non existent. Check in experience was bad because of holiday weekend rush. In room service is pricey but on time. Standard rooms are small for families but good for business travellers.

Pro: Good addition to the Radisson Family. Radisson towers has more compact rooms suitable for business guests. Towers are good for a wedding as it’s closer to Radisson Kaushambi offering you variety of venues for multiple occasions. Con: The hospitality staff needs more trained people. If you’re having an event here, please ensure you’re tracking the liquor & the plates as we faced an issue there.

They don't have smart TVs as they claim on website. All you can do is cast your phone/laptop screen. (You can't run Netflix or Prime videos). Apart from this everything was great 👍

Horribly disappointing. Where do I start? Went here for a friend's engagement. The place is dark. Not dim or soft lighting for ambience, no. It's dark enough to make you wonder if the management doesn't have money for the bulbs. The DJ is atrocious. So many people wanted to sock the DJ one as he played the wrong songs at the wrong times including the Happy Birthday song during the actual ring ceremony. Talk about killing the mood. The food was barely average. They seemed to have far more Hara Bhara Kebab than any other starter. The food was all veg by order of the host but it wasn't good veg by any stretch. All in all, be careful when booking this place.

A nice comfortable hotel in an affordable range. Check In - Check Out process is smooth if there isnt much crowd at these times. Breakfast buffet is great Rooms are neat and clean and washrooms are well maintained. This hotel is one of the best options if you are wanting to stay at the Kaushambi. Reservation team is very responsive and i must thank Ms Kim and Ms Jyoti for an easy booking and reservation process.

Awesome Experience. Best things:- 1. Obviously the luxury and hospitality. I attended seminar here. Loved the rooms. They were spacious with very good features and with apt environment. 2. The dining area or restaurant. Very good looking. First impression was superb. However on second day only it didn't create THAT impression. My expectations are probably high but still a Brand with this grandeur should have an imprinting touch. that's why 1 star is deducted. still not the bad thing. it's totally my opinion. 3. Now coming to food. Star of the experience. Obviously food is sth that can drastically change your perception of a place or restaurant. By the looks of ot awesome. Some things were genuinely tasty and had that authentic taste. Some things i tried for first time so I can't say anything for that. Exotic and desi food both were awesome. Presentation was better than expected. Food taste next level. It was an amazing experience. Bad things:- 1. The staff was good but still felt a little less effort by them. Could've been better. All I experienced was just basic formality and every hotel does that. I had to ask for a person to show me what's there in the buffet. So I expect to have a little help. 2. There's too much to choose from. It's good for some, bad for others. I felt that a little better theme based buffet or food can be arranged. It would make the experience slightly better for customer.

Dined at the Rooftop cafe and totally loved the chicken pasta! It wasn't an item on the buffet menu but the chef specially made it for me and I loved it! I loved that the chef went above and beyond to fulfill customers request, very courteous!

A beautiful affordable built hotel within vicinity of Delhi East -1.5 km'ish (right behind dabur place) .Not to mention, it does have all the facilities you need for your comfortable stay.It has a total of 10 floors with rooftop restaurant and a skyline sitting area.staff service is ok .Enjoy your stay !

Food was stale . Fish was served with more salt than normal. Display of veg and non veg was poorly managed. Interiors are good. Service is good. Chef should visit country inn to learn cooking style. Many Improvements required.

Ordered a la carte breakfast, Confirmed with Restaurent team leader , supervisor and chef , but was not served breakfast for a long time , all forgot as to why the guests are sitting . When I reminded them again , then they got into action . No professionalism in understanding the needs of the guests

I am stying here from last few months, when heavy rainfall, water comes inside from window roof sealant, in laundry they mixed all clothes and got colour stain in my new T-shirt’s. Apart from few staffs, in dining buffet they are very slow. If you ask something they will bring to you very late. I am not at all happy with my stay here. The staff in reception they don’t know the process and start quarrel in front of guest. Take too much time for few processes also. For taking soft copy which I paid for one month stay, I have reminded 2-3 time then also I didn’t received.

I had a worst experience in the hotel, when I enter to the new room, Room is full of Ladies hair in Bed, Toilet and towels. And for 1 month almost I have changed 4 rooms. Due to cockroach, and power supply is not available in day, Later shifted. Daily service is also not much good, I had some worst experience.

Interior designs are awesome, Vibes are also good. But, food is not good and it's taste like boiled and they have very minimum dishes and varities. So my personal recommendation is for that peoples who don't love food but they silent and good vibes place they have to go there but which peoples who r foody type I don't recommend they for it....

PATHETIC Experience. The rooms are good, service is poor. Breakfast is good. They say they don't allow outside food but Domino's delivery guy delivered Pizza on my floor when I confronted Hotel management they said on since customer already ordered food we couldn't say NO to customer. This is very Bad behaviour. You have Haldiram's next door why do you want to pay 1500/ for the food? Location is also not good, you have Garbage nearby, Was terrible experience with Service.

Didnt have a good experience during my two day stay here. Staff seems to be on the phone all the time, even when customers are waiting for service. Breakfast spread is decent but food quality is so-so, service is very poor and disinterested. Rooms are good, which is the only saving grace. Don't think I'll stay here again.

Rooms are pretty decent, clean, good lighting. Stayed there for 2 days for marriage ceremonies, service was pretty raw for 4/5 star hotel. Food served was cold, and the response to requests were lazy.
