We went for PCR test here. When I got the report next day, they had changed my gender in the report. That was careless on the part of the data entry person, equally careless on my part not to check the receipt when test was taken. We finally managed to get the passport number referred in the report. Staff is good and helpful. For all those like me, please make sure to check your receipts, that the name and passport number is correctly printed.

Worst experience ever in any hospital. My son is hospitalized in MAX Vaishali. Thr staff, service people are not even emphatic towards a 5 months old baby. Multiple examples : requested a blanket- have not received it from last 5.5 hours; lowering of oxygen - they reply "this is normal"; no person to clean milk bottles for infants, the staff cleans floor of PICU when the checking body is about to come, etc This was the first and last time I came inside any of the MAX hospital. Doctors are no doubt good but the hospital is not worth admission. Attached image shows 0 number of staff present on kids floor at the moment.

This hospital is more than 10 to 15 year from very beginning this is Pushpanjali hospital now it converted in Max hospital more than 5 year or 6 year. The staff and doctor is corporative sometime they are very moody. The security is quite irritating they always resist the patient to meet there relatives. Car valet parking is also there. The hospitals is clean. Management sometime make the patient fool and conveyance the patient to do more treatment test to make more money.

The attendants are very rude. If you have a friend or family, please suggest them to select a different hospital as going to meet someone there is a challenge. They won't let you. Just having good doctors is not enough. You should also have accomodating staff. Atleast let the visitor meet the patient.

It really feels being blessed after restarting routine life post getting treatment. In my case patients infected lungs were repaired successfully and advised to put lungs on BiPAP machine at home for two weeks minimum after release from hospital. It took a week time in hospital to fix the issue. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained well. Otherwise... Doctors are smart enough to convince the patients family by all the possible means.... Finally it takes a huge money to avail super speciality facilities here

I had a mix experience here. Few doctors were very nice and few were worthless. But still it is one of the best hospital in my locality. Talking about the arena, hospital has no proper car parking facility for visitors. There's a cafe inside it which is little costly. It comes under CGHS panel. Echs is NOT covered. And there are few high quality doctors that don't come under any of the panel. In order to consult them, you have to pay the consultation fees. But they are worth contacting.

Easy car parking.Very clean. Systematic.Two good cafeterias inside give a welcome break. Great worship area outside with a green lawn. Booking for doctor's appointment is slack but they do Covid vaccination there in an efficient manner. I went for vaccination on 12Jul 2021 and found the vaccination drive easy, hassle free and seamless. Max converted one expansive area between the two towers and used for vaccination. The sitting area was covered, very clean, superbly ventilated and well lit. The staff was warm, super helping and informative. It took only half hour to complete the vaccination. Recommend going there.

Really I was very angry about this hospital. Really I'm telling truth this max hospital's "ghaziabad" Receptionist is rude and strange behavior. Even we had been waiting for 6 hours but receptionist told me there no bed here and everything is no here . Here is receptionist name . "Aman deep", "MOD Afazal" they are totally lying whenever.. Another patient came and they got bed. How. we had spoken to father's Commandant to sue this receptionist. I have already mention. Really my father's very sick but they are not trying to help us. Worst services and highest charges. Even government hospitals have better facilities and good staff than this. The nursing staffs and doctors don't care for patients. The patient receives food only after crying for 2-3 hours. Further they don't even provide medicines and treatment whenever required.

Parking here is a menace.You can park outside, but towing happens frequently, so make sure you park properly. Treatments are super expensive , consultation is around 1200rs - 1500rs. Plus their lifts are very old and slow. You will have to wait very long to get ultrasound done. Treatments are super costly. Room rent is approx 6k for double sharing but they charge so much for everything, I would assume , average expenditure of treatment here excluding surgery costs would be 20-25k per day. Their cafe is quite good, ambience & cleanliness is good, covid vaccination facility is good too. They have opened a new building which I assume would be good too. Go their if u have deep pockets or big insurance without copay clause.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! PHP Coordinator Mr Anil Kumar is also another reason who gives his 100% to resolve and manage all issues.

I admitted my mother Saroj Devi in it recently for Angiography procedure. Overall experience was good. Behaviour of Security guard Santosh Kumar was very good. However there is long unnecessary waiting time for admission billing and discharge formalities. Also, not adequate seating arrangements was there for relative of patients.

Facility is no doubt good but very expensive. Only business place doctors are very pathetic and manner less. They fight with patients and no care for patients. Doctor pushed patients and then same doctor doing argument with patients even his body is fracture. They treat that we are doctor we not wrong. This incident happened yesterday in emergency. Even facility boys are watching all incidents but they support wrong one. Security guard from Peregrine Security are also watching show of wrong thing done by doctors. I have visited for my mother treatment but they don't have any concern regarding patient. Lots of patients returned to Paras Hospital yesterday due to this incident. Requesting to the hospital management please take a strict action against this kind of incident.

Doctors are good, but third class process of discharge. It takes more than 4 hours to get discharged from this hospital from daycare procedure after everything is done. I am still sitting in the hospital ward although my medical procedure has been done almost 4 hours ago. But their billing is yet to be done, worst management ever I have seen. Also, process of admission is even worst, they took almost 3.5 hours to get me admitted for a daycare procedure.

My wife delivered a baby in Max Vaishali last week. Overall experience was good however it could have been better. Facilities n amenities are really good plus the rates r economical compared to other big hospital however I feel it’s short on staff especially in night shift n TPA department can be bit better in customer handling. I Would recommend this hospital since it has good doctors n facilities.

I would like to specifically mention and appreciate Dr. Arti Chaturvedi. Not only she is a brilliant Speech Therapist, but she has a zeal of doing well of her patients. She has extreme knowledge of her field. From little kids till adults, she patiently explains all the exercises in depth. She is kind, empathetic and detail oriented. She knows how to make the person aware of his pain and her willingness to improve and constantly learn is worthy of every penny spent. She deserves a 5 star rating in every aspect, be it her effective communication, addressing the issue, diagnosing the problem or designing the entire treatment plan. She is a perfect blend of strong woman, great listener and compassionate doctor.

My first visit to any hospital in Max chain & very pathetic experience. Understand every privately owned hospital needs to make it a profitable business but here at every point they seemed to worry only about making money & nothing else. First they have a parking contactor who is charging too much for parking & the parking arrangement is totally a mess. They charge a registration fee of 200/- for each new OPD patient which is another unjustified way of minting money. I made the appointment thru Practo but they cancelled my appointment & made a fresh appointment for no reason for which I had to wait for 45 mins. Apart from payment collection, the billing staff was least bothered to any of the patients concerns & were blatantly rude. I vow to visit this hospital again in future & shall recommend all to avoid to the extent possible.

Tower 1, room no. 508 My sister was admitted in the hospital for almost one week. The facilities provided are very good. Staff is really cooperative. The security guards are always on duty and provide a safe environment.

Tower 1 3rd floor security guard service is absolutely great in service and very helpful in nature. The parking facility is also good and very convenient. One can go for full day parking by paying just 100/-. The staff personnel’s and doctors are very caring and professional.

I have been visited the hospital for past three years to have my dad’s treatment done from Dr. Amit Malik(cardiologist). He is absolutely amazing; very professional and great at his work.

Hospital are very well advanced in everything they have uprgraded with latest tech but the service are too damn slow in processing like to get an admited you have to wait for an hour, and very slow working ethics, if the operation in every field in Max runs smoothly on time then surely it would be the best hospital in all over Uttar pradesh.

Decent facilities for a priced hospital. So far I have been admitted twice here, in the night shift the staff was well trained but in the morning shift the nurse were totally untrained and have no clue how to attend a patient for basic needs. For the top class rooms, worst nurses are appointed, they have no clue how to take patients blood sample. Even on requesting them for trained nurses, they continued to experiment on me 5 times on left hand, until they had their sample, causing it all blue black. A big disaster which led doctor in OT puncture my right hand for canola. The staff is so untrained, that they'll use patients room newspaper for their needs. Even upon requesting to provide fresh newspaper, they won't. If I'm paying so much why are the facilities so poor. Hope they improve somewhere there.
