Defective pieces, unhelpful staff and poor customer experience. Experience at Tanishq and Malabar is much better.

They cheated me.I gave a ring for the size adjustment it's size need to be decreased. At the time of collection they told me that the piece which will be cutted will be given to me but when I go there to collect my ring it's weight was decreased by 250 milligram which is around 1150 rupees cost and they didn't gave any cutted piece or any money adjustment against that amount. This is fraud never expected such things to be happen in these big brands.

Bad experience ,Stàff r very rude also any instructions not following,miss guide the customer.

Very bad experience staff are very rude and not treat well making charges on the product very high no slab nõ percentage depends on staff whatever they mention accordingly on the product of 457 silver making charges will be around 1000 not justified as per actual product value no discount even they are rude …never ever visit again even no suggest to anyone

Very bad after sales service. Bought bangles in September 21, which got damaged due to normal usage but they refused to repair it and termed beyond repair. So don’t get confused by the glitterati. Better go for your good old Goldsmith.

It's like other jewellers. But here they have piercing facility for kids. So if you are looking for it then go there. Staff is very helpful to do the same.

They are not fair in dealing. They are making fool to customer in Scheme. And not honouring the commitment while maturing the scheme. BE CAREFUL

Hope there would have been 0 stars. Was not a good experience at all. Bought jewelry from there but will make sure not to repeat this mistake. Nothing is good there except the brand name they are carrying. I went to buy some jewelry and told them to get it next day, or we may select something else when I will come with my wife. But they kinda forced us to submit some amount, and sales person was not that polite at all. We resisted but other sales guy also supported him. Next day my wife actually didn't like something at that price, and we wanted to go to some other place but could not go and bought from them as our amount was blocked. They should actually start charging for entering the showroom and showing customers the jewelry. It was somewhere in Feb 2022, I felt like to raise the concern but was busy with other things. It's an old thing now, hence just rating them here.

We went for ear piercing for our twin girls and on Ambedkar road only Kalyan Jewellers provide that service. They have a seperate section for piercing. Quick service despite of the festival rush. Good experience overall

The variety is good however sometimes they don't have the gold coins in small denominations.

At the end of the scheme they are going to deny on your face about their own words. Get everything written on paper about the offer they claim or record their voice they are running a scam!!
