I
have
visited
this
place
for
5
times
till
this
day
but
never
had
a
terrible
experience
like
today.
Terrible
customer
relations
and
on
top
of
it
the
shift
manager
instead
of
accepting
the
mistake
tried
his
level
best
to
provide
defence
for
his
colleagues.
I
was
met
by
some
trainee
on
the
ticket
counter
who
asked
me
to
wear
mask
as
entry
couldn't
be
allowed
without
mask
.
I
tried
explaining
to
him
that
i
will
get
the
mask
while
entering
for
movie
as
there
was
grace
period
of
40
mins
but
he
clearly
refused
to
even
give
me
ticket.
It
came
as
a
shock
as
there
were
people
inside
without
mask
and
her
is
a
guy
refusing
to
even
issue
me
a
ticket
.
When
i
asked
for
manager
he
came
back
and
agreed
to
issue
me
ticket
.
When
i
showed
him
around
showing
his
own
staff
is
not
wearing
mask
and
would
he
refund
if
i
found
his
own
staff
without
mask.
Without
saying
anything
he
moved
away
from
counter
and
moved
towards
back
office.
Not
even
in
my
dreams
i
expected
that
.
When
i
entered
and
went
to
meet
manager
;
all
he
did
was
defending
his
staff
.
When
i
showed
him
picture
of
his
staff
without
mask
he
simply
said
atleast
he
is
wearing
half
and
it
must
have
fallen
due
to
loose
string
π€£π€£.
I
mean
c'mon
How
can
you
guys
be
so
lame
?
I
have
pictures
of
staff
without
mask
,
security
without
mask,
hk
staff
without
mask
and
people
entering
without
mask
Aren't
rules
same
for
everyone
??
Don't
think
ever
coming
back
All
that
was
needed
was
acceptance
of
mistake
