INOX name suggests that cinema hall will be giving us superb and luxurious watching experience but when you will go in this Shipra mall INOX your expectations will be devastated..cinema hall lounge area is ok and not spacious enough if there is 100% audience waiting for all the three audi screens simultaneously. Seats are too uncomfortable and not at all reclining an inch..entry door was opened most of the time..trays cannot be easily be fitted in the area provided in the arm rest..very costly beverages and combos..doesn’t seem like an INOX screen as it was blurred and picture quality was ok…overall will not plan and recommend one should see movie there..

The food needs improvement. Popcorns are way too costly, seemed cold and stale. Seats and ambience were very comfortable and cozy. Unlimited offer is a loot for public. 1000/- for large popcorn and drink.

I have visited this place for 5 times till this day but never had a terrible experience like today. Terrible customer relations and on top of it the shift manager instead of accepting the mistake tried his level best to provide defence for his colleagues. I was met by some trainee on the ticket counter who asked me to wear mask as entry couldn't be allowed without mask . I tried explaining to him that i will get the mask while entering for movie as there was grace period of 40 mins but he clearly refused to even give me ticket. It came as a shock as there were people inside without mask and her is a guy refusing to even issue me a ticket . When i asked for manager he came back and agreed to issue me ticket . When i showed him around showing his own staff is not wearing mask and would he refund if i found his own staff without mask. Without saying anything he moved away from counter and moved towards back office. Not even in my dreams i expected that . When i entered and went to meet manager ; all he did was defending his staff . When i showed him picture of his staff without mask he simply said atleast he is wearing half and it must have fallen due to loose string 🤣🤣. I mean c'mon How can you guys be so lame ? I have pictures of staff without mask , security without mask, hk staff without mask and people entering without mask Aren't rules same for everyone ?? Don't think ever coming back All that was needed was acceptance of mistake

This theatre is pathetic I have never experienced such a dirty and filthy theatre in my life It feels like a b grade movie theatre in a small town I can’t explain in words how dirty it is the seats are filthy and smelly This theatre is located in a big Mall And it is supposed to be well maintained but really it was not I would recommend spending your money on some other nearby theatres instead of this pathetic place

Very average experience. Speaker quality sub par. For 400rs you would expect better audio. The seats are way too flimsy and very uncomfortable. The AC is not great in the summer heat. A lot of improvements required. Would not be visiting anytime soon.

Employee break covid rule , he said that to couple if you buy foods from us then u can sit together without distance of one seat. Continuing the same JAM standards and quality, INOX should have updated the movie experience. Not impressed at all with same aeged seating and screen quality.

Nice Mall in its locality. Has a good open parking space vehicles. But u ll not find that many branded showrooms. Food court is worst. Couple of food brands are there but area is not that hygienic. One can eaisly see the moving cockroaches. Bad smell of food waste ll fill your nose suddenly. Inox Movie theater is there and has huge seating capacity. Mall has many playing options for children. Such as swings, rubber balls court room etc.. the mall is good for locals residents.

It's a good place to spend time alone or with friends and family. Many brands are located in Shipra mall. From reliance smart to home centre to puma and sketchers Max pantaloons Globus etc. Starbucks to barista to good old MacDonald. You will find all. 3 Rd floor has food court and also beer cafe. PVR cinemas with 3 Audi and bowling alley too on 3rd floor. In all great place. 1 star less because very little seating area is provided through out the mall.

Although Bhaijaan Movie was dumb so didn't feel connected .... Talking about cinema ... They donot provide you tickets for cinema instead force you to purchase food items along with tickets with balcony seats . Food is costly inside cinema while just outside is economical and best in food court Auditoriums are extremely large ,Big screen and better sound quality systems also is there Macdonalds ,Starbucks and marks and Spencer like big brands are easily available over here ,it's a big pros part of this mall .the only cinema in indirapuram with some kind of crowd .

All food options are sold out...only popcorn and soft drinks available. They have a huge menu having burgers, wrap, sandwich etc etc, but unfortunately nothing is in stock. So pls be ready to either have only popcorns or stay hungry

The picture and audio quality is extremely poor. The Audi was not sound proof at all. The screen caused more headache than comfort. The movie that we were watching wasn't that dark (picture quality wise) as the screen made it to be.

Today I booked 2 seats in the lounge area for Dream Girl 2 in Screen 1, the lounge entrance is from the 4th floor whereas the normal entrance is from the 3rd floor. There is a huge seating space inside the Audi, the screen was good, the sound was also satisfactory, lounge recliner seats with 4 adjustable settings were okay but not that great as PVR, lounge area flooring (carpet) was coming out, looks like it needs urgent maintenance. In Inox theatre, today I had one of the greatest cappuccino ever on the other side popcorn was worst, there was no crunch in the pop corn it was looking like they served old pop corn with a lot of unmelted butter on it which was getting fixed inside the mouth.

Good experience. The cinema hall is quite big with a lot of seats. Dont forget Unlimited Refills on large tub on Tuesdays

I went to watch the nun 2 but found your cinema hall more horrific! Though halls are big and the interior is decent but the Seats smelled as if it has been soiled with urine. This was my first experience at shipra Inox and the worst.

The experience was great. The movie was great....SRKxJawan👑🐐. The theatre was clean and the picture quality was excellent keeping the price of the ticket in mind (280 per person). There was also a deal going with unlimited refills on popcorn and coke. So definitely worth the money.

Every Audi should have sofa like sitting. It’s present only in 1 Audi to the best of my knowledge. Food is good. Screen quality is also too good.

Seats doesn't have reclining function and show got cancelled due to AC issue in Shipra mall. Although the money was refunded but this happened for the first time with this theatre. I have watched many movies here. Overall this theatre has a big screen and nice sound and it provides a nice experience.

Went for Sam Bhadur Saturday 7.40 show and few seats are literally broken.... complained about the same to staff but no one was bothered. Charging so high but customer service is least they are bothered about. Very bad experience.

Movie watching experience was good, seats were not very comfortable but ok.

The mall itself is good but the theatre has some technical issues. Watched Pathan in screen 2 and the sound was too loud, beyond the comfort zone. Please get the sound system checked

Watched pathan, entire movie experience was pathetic because there is no restriction on bringing small babies. Two babies kept crying uncontrollably. Very bad experience.

Went there to watch Pathan. Recliners are in good condition, comfortable and convenient. The attendant was very humble. However the sound quality was absolutely below average.

The screen is great and the the theatre is clean and moderately pleasant. The recliners are all broken, so I wouldn't advise anyone to book them. The overall movie experience is great though as per the visual and audio quality standards.

The worst thing is it's seats ... Not at all comfortable... Second is the security the crowd which comes here hurls abuses and the staff just watches in silence .... In nearby location US CINEMAS gives the best experience of watching the movies ...

My worst experience as of now with multiplex. Watched movie with switched on light for 10 min . Can you believe. Later issue is resolved by complaining the same to manager. Parking is issue in weekends . Shipra mall is good for shoping freaks .

Reaching here can be a task as the road connected to the mall is not so maintained. But the mall is spacious and definitely a place to chill with friends.

Over all good experience have good space for waiting and keep place tidy neat and clean. You can buy tickets from there .. it is on top most floor so as you enter shipra mall if you want to use escalators don't use the first staircase visible , walk more 50 steps and you will get escalators to reach next level

The screen brightness was very low poor quality woh screening. Beside that lots of mosquitoes under the chair which will definitely spoil your mood. Very unhygienic popcorn and beverages glass falling under the chair or on side. AC not working properly If they know it is almost housefull than they should main the climate.Poor management

Almost all good brands are there at one place , it's becoming more developed and better than before . My favourite Miniso store is also there which you rarely found at places . All - Jack & Jones /Marks & Spencers/ Bata/ shoppers Stop/ Max Fashion / only / Truimph/ Bombay fashions / Van husen / Blackberry / Pantaloons/ Biba and etc were there sounds good .

The movie hall is good. The screen is pretty big probably biggest as compared to nearby cinemas. The seats are also comfortable and the hygiene is also good. The only issue is with basic amenities like free drinking water.

Inox maintains its standard. It is not as big or as good as some of it other similar hall in NCR still it is good. Like other malls you can enjoy food after movie time. A good time to spent with family and friends. Overall just Enjoy time, movie and have fun. Remember is old name was JAM which is now changed to INOX

JAM is now INOX. INOX has improved the standard and quality of multiplex. The food court has plenty menu options. Everything is brilliant from sitting to sound. The only problem is advertisement that INOX plays, the total length of advertsement is approx 30min. Sometime viewers tend to loose patience and the atmosphere gets extremely tensed.

This is the cool place to hangout with friends, and family. The British and some western look of the building makes it really attractive. The location of the mall is very prime and located just near the NH-24. All sorts of brands in clothings and other stuffs are available here. The outer area has a huge space and a little bazaar is available there, for items all under a series of tents(tentative, maybe you do not get it when you visit this place). Overall the place is good for couples, friends, families, and yes for singles too. INOX cinemas has some good amount of big and medium screens present here. This place has a good parking area as well. You can definitely choose this place to go for a good evening time along with your loved ones.

I loved that place and the services are too fast which i love most and there is not much crowd in shipra mall king ......but overall i loved this place and they aslo took care of covid-19 precautions and they also have masks and sanitizers Whole shipra mall staff is carful about covid-19 and they all wear masks.....
