Food is bad and too oily, quantity is 1/3 of what you get in any good quality restaurant. No service, makes it impossible to order for 5+ people, and then stand in queue to get order. How is one supposed to enjoy their time with family? Bad experience. Not going again! Madam is known for Sweets Master. They're too good with taste. We had a small event here ring ceremony but the services given was not up to the mark. Maybe due to the sufficient space inside. Overall it was an average experience. People might think before hosting a event here.

All sweets, fast foods, cakes, snacks, south Indian and other packed gift boxes are available here. Services and prices are also very reasonable and genuine. They also have restaurant on 1st floor and party/event hall within their shop. Overall good experience.

Worst service and staff behaviour. They have some kind of strict rule about the quantity and will refuse to give any extra amount more than that. Like chhole with bhature or rajma chawal. And quantity is obviously very less so that the person have to buy separately to complete the meal. Staff is very rude and arrogant and manager Mr. Anup is worse than pathetic. No sense of customer handling. Eat outside at a local stall but never go to this place!!!!! As you can see the language used and rude reply from the owner below which anyways justifies my point. Nobody wants this kind of service and if customer satisfaction is not your priority then you should join the hospitality classes again, if you ever even attend the classes!!!!

I ordered few food items but I liked only choley bhature and lassi. Other items dosa, pav bhaji were not up to the mark in taste also found hair in khandvi which was not at all expected.

Very Poor service I went there for Frist time and I was so dissatisfied. I ordered mashala soya chap and tandoori roti and the taste was not so good for another roti I hv to again go to the cash counter and order the roti and then u hv to wait for at least 20 min.. The waiters are also rude as I need some onion they denied and said we won't serve you can go and take by your own .. such a bad experience I ever had

This is for manager of restaurant: your madan restaurant is because of customers. Staff to whom we give slip and take order are very rude. Arrogant and in simple word Batameez. Yesterday I went to madan sweets & restaurant. I ordered 2 plates spring roll take away. He packed in foil and gave it to me and said. Box was not there. I said ok. I asked one packet of green chutney “ a very small thing” . I paid, that’s why I asked. After 5 minutes of argument, he gave to me. He was such a third class mentality staff. Madan staff has wrong perception in their mind, madan restaurant will remain forever and also their jobs will remain forever. One thing remember. I am a regular customer of madan, saw a small restaurant madan to big restaurant madan. But with such arrogant staff, the day will not far, again big restaurant will become small restaurant. You never know, kb koi esa customer a jae jo tumhare restaurant ke gate band krva dega. Keep in your mind.

Madannsweets at Rakesh marg. It is located in a very dense population area due to which it is heavily crowded most of the time, hence it is a tough time to park 4 wheelers, for 2 wheelers, it's OK. Food options are unlimited, you can have meals north Indian, South Indian, pizza ,pasta , chole bhature, chaaat beverages ( hot and cold milk, cold drinks). All types of sweets are available , and prices are lower than any other such similar place. Payment counters are less due, which takes time. Sitting space is enough. You can easily get space. Party halls available for birthdays , kitties, receptions, etc. I usually go with family for chat, pizza , dahi bhalla, hot milk in winters, sweets like moti choor laddu for distribution, ras mallai etc. Overall good experience, good place for people nearby. Note- There are one more Madan in shastrinagar, but I have been to the Madan at Rakesh marg.

The restaurant is very well maintained and have many types of sweets and in its food taste it deserves 5 stars. But the waiting we have to suffer from is very devestating as many time the dish take much time to be served (excluding pre-made Indian sweets). The menu has generally found cuisine like Italian pasta and Chinese food. This restaurant offers space for parties and get together. One downfall in my opinion is the self service in this restaurant. Madan sweets is one the best restaurants in Ghaziabad. It has variety of foods and sweets. The quality of every sweets and food items is best. They give you 50% on dhokla if you purchase after 8 pm. They prepare jalebi in desi ghee and it's taste is awesome. My favourite dish is chole bhature and dhokla. Also, the Hathrasi Patesha is number 1. It is very delicious. During festival time you will find rush but the staff members of this place are very kind and helpful. Some items like chat, dhai bhalla are over priced so I will say eat it from other place.

One of the best shop i seen till now in ghaziabad. Prices are quite value for money and reasonable so if you are looking for a nice shop where you can go and have your dinner or have some snacks and want to have some good time feel free to go there. glad if We have more such places. Pathetic Experience I have ever had!!!! I have been roaming around lots of cities due to my nature of work. So i was there in Ghaziabad for a day and I was advised to visit Madan Sweets and Restaurant for dinner. I went there and waiting for waiter to get order. However waiter asked me to pay first at cash counter then only I will get the food. I said how can I decide the number of Bread (Roti). He said no so i had to pay in advance for the food. As I said, i had to order again and again for additional Roti. I asked for QR code so that I could pay at table and order for Roti but he denied and i had to go each and everytime to the cash counter for the roti. Really disappointing!!!!! Additionally other chole bhature, nothing (mix veg, Raita, Dal) was tasty. Hope owner will read this review and make some changes to serve best.

It's a very good restro for lunch and dinner. Also for sweets and namkeen. Service is reasonably good. Ambience resembles that of Bikaner. But service is better. Avoid rush hours. Parking is a lil difficult. Saw them sanitize area after customers were leaving.

Apparently they care to reply to low reviews on their stale, small portion food with sarcasm. We ordered kurkure Momos which can be compared to small stall momos and not something that is served by a restaurant . Filling was not good and since i orders veg momos i didn't expect soyabean in it. Noodles were average. Dahi bhalla was good.

Food was average, and there is self service in this resturant, it means you have to take food from counter to table ourselves. Sometimes staff gives water by itself sometimes not, depending upon the crowd. I really don't recommend to come in Weekends specially Sunday's the crowd was so much that you have to wait even 20-30 mins for seat. Overall average experience prices are ideal not too much not too less, average price.

Madan has got major fame for various preparations. But when i tried, i had nothing offered in terms of cutlery, while dinning which was a big disappointment. The basics of not having cutlery around while ur family is waiting to be served and you have simple choley bhaturey waiting in a bowl. Not even when they have a real good taste for which they shud be known for. A big 'No' to Madan for its dining sense and taste for choley bhaturey.

Old Madan sweets and food point serves best quality food with very minimal rates. Even after Corona where all restaurants have revised their prices by 15 to 20% but Madan have not increased item price and maintained the quality of food as before. What I loved most here is.. Dal Makhni, It is so yammy and delicious within price <₹200.

The madan sweet has best only his name and fame, i ordered chhola bhatura and veg dossa which was not good enough as they charged. For chhola bhatura i suggest to go Nagpal (Gr. Noida west)or bikanerwala (Ghaziabad)

Madan sweets is located just 200mtr Frome inside main NH24..They will serve fresh food with very less spices to maintain the taste and digestion...we tried Mic veg and Dal makhani which both were good in taste nominally priced and freshly prepared.

Everything is good like food, sweets and services but one thing which I have noticed there was security. Anyone can steel the gift items which was lying in a big table without submit bill. No one is bother to check bills and items at the exit door. Management should take care of this.

First of I would like to say that one person should be there on counter to take orders online. He should know all price on tips so he can reply quickly as customer asks for. I ordered online food the person there put on hold saying I will ask then reply, on one call 3 person changed taking order and last one put me on hold saying pooch kar ata hu. Suggestion is one person with all replies for queries should be there.

On the menu, it says coconut patty. Hence I ordered it.. Having a normal thought process that alu patty has alu either paneer patty has paneer in it.. Now, yesterday I found total quantity as alu only and few threads of coconut was pasted outside only.. And the size was an another surprise, the server cut down the whole piece into half.. what a joke it was, and I thought he has cut down to make it hot from oven properly from inside. But no, I was wrong. 3rd surprise, the outer crust was fully soggy. Please madan owners, remove this item from the menu, and please DON'T SERVE JOKES ON THE PLATES.

From sweets to fast food to Chinese, Continental, indian.. Main course starters etc all available at a reasonable price. Since it is very very popular restaurant, u will face so much crowd and lack of parking cars although it is very well managed by the management team of the restaurant. Parking vehicles on road sometimes lead to traffic jam on the road which is connecting to rakesh Marg to gulmohar enclave.
