Accepted
my
reservation
via
Booking.com

Asked
for
advance
payment
to
ensure
confirmed
booking.
Paid
the
full
amount
for
18
days
in
advance.
Called
them
to
confirm
they
told
me
that
they
have
received
payment
and
booking
is
confirmed.
Starting
send
me
email
that
my
booking
is
confirmed
and
they
are
eagerly
waiting
for
me
to
arrive.
I
reached
on
the
arrival
day
at
to
check
in
they
just
flatly
lied
to
me
that
they
do
not
have
booking
and
told
me
to
contact
my
booking
agency.
Called
OYO
they
told
me
that
my
booking
was
confirmed
when
I
told
them
that
property
ANILa
is
not
accepting.
They
put
me
on
hold
and
after
20
minutes
they
told
me
that
have
some
issue
with
property
and
wanted
to
put
me
into
another
property
around
8KM
in
Paharganj.
I
told
them
just
to
cancel
my
booking
and
refund
my
payment.
They
property
told
me
that
they
have
terminated
their
agreement
with
OYO
some
time
back
and
do
not
know
why
OYO
is
still
booking.
The
only
good
thing
is
that
I
got
my
money
back.
Be
cautious
about
this
property
and
OYO.
I
checked
2
days
later
OYO
is
still
accepting
bookings
for
this
property.
My
guess
is
that
they
keep
on
accepting
booking
and
raising
the
price
and
keep
bumping
the
previous
customer
booked
at
lower
price.
BE
EXTREMELY
CAUTIOUS
ABOUT
DEALING
WITH
THIS
PROPERTY
AND
OYO.
