Does not even deserve 1 star. Accepted my reservation via Booking.com >> OYO >> Anila. Asked for advance payment to ensure confirmed booking. Paid the full amount for 18 days in advance. Called them to confirm they told me that they have received payment and booking is confirmed. Starting send me email that my booking is confirmed and they are eagerly waiting for me to arrive. I reached on the arrival day at to check in they just flatly lied to me that they do not have booking and told me to contact my booking agency. Called OYO they told me that my booking was confirmed when I told them that property ANILa is not accepting. They put me on hold and after 20 minutes they told me that have some issue with property and wanted to put me into another property around 8KM in Paharganj. I told them just to cancel my booking and refund my payment. They property told me that they have terminated their agreement with OYO some time back and do not know why OYO is still booking. The only good thing is that I got my money back. Be cautious about this property and OYO. I checked 2 days later OYO is still accepting bookings for this property. My guess is that they keep on accepting booking and raising the price and keep bumping the previous customer booked at lower price. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS ABOUT DEALING WITH THIS PROPERTY AND OYO.

If you are looking for a decent property West of Delhi especially around Nariana, this hotel is a good option. Public transport is just outside and metro station is 5 minutes walk. The rooms are well done and the buffet breakfast is decent. Staff is hospitable. Overall a good stay.

Pathatic hotel Not safe for good couple and family Staff misbehave and if u say we will complaint they say u can do wtever u feel I suggest u everyone plz don't book

Worst hotel in Delhi. I booked it from Oyo and made payment but hotel denied checkin saying all bookings have been terminated due to marriage booking. Hotel guy even denied to talk to Oyo customer care. So, had to find another hotel at higher price. Never ever trust this hotel otherwise you will be harassed the same.

Location of the Hotel is prime. Easily approach to AUTO,CAB ,BUS ,RICKSHAW but not E-Rickshaw. On the main road. Had great experience. Humble staff. Clean Rooms. No disturbance during stay. No unnecessary calls from the hotel. And no noise in corridors. The only thing id those who are booking from OYO must confirm about room availablity from the reception desk of the hotel then pay.

Good place to be. Ample parking. Nice rooms at economical price. Best part need not to get inside the streets. Hotel is located over the road & directions are easily available

It was a good hotel. Food was also good. However the last night I stayed the AC was not at all working. And then they couldn't change the room so they fixed a cooler. But franlfr that was really not sufficient. Also, there were two men in room service who kept staring in a weird way which made me uncomfortable. Anyway all In all I would have give 5 stars but only that night I had to give 3 stars. Will definitely look forward to stay there soon with a better service.

Stay was fine. Hotel is not at all flexible with early check in or late check out. The ac wasn't working well in room.

good behavior of staff and standard buffet breakfast

Awesome place to be in! Spacious rooms, courteous staff, quick room service, and they also allow outside food. The room was neat with clean linen and towels. Loved the hospitality. Definitely up for one more visit!

The place had good rooms and the food was according to the price. The receiptionist was polite. Bathrooms were not well maintained and there was always a leakage sewhere in the hotel just wetting the floor. They had this nice sightseeing facility rooftop hangout was available. Overall it is OK

Really nice staff and rook service. The rooms were neat and tidy and the room service staff was very cooperative. Mr. Ravi and the receptionist were helpful. Overall a nice place to stay

Stayed for one day due to some official work to Delhi. Nice rooms, spacious n nicely done. Restaurant is nice n food is good. Though bathroom was a bit leaky and corridor was full of cigarette smell though smoking is prohibited in public. Somebody might have smoked recently. But They should create no smoke zone at least in corridors. Staff was courteous n helpful. Overall good place to stay for one or two days.
