I
am
writing
to
bring
a
serious
concern
to
your
attention
regarding
a
recent
experience
at
one
of
your
stores
in
Ghaziabad.
On
a
visit
to
your
Tanishq
store
in
Ghaziabad,
my
family
and
I
booked
a
monthly
plan
and
were
informed
that
we
would
be
eligible
for
a
special
discount
on
a
gold
coin
purchase
due
to
an
ongoing
promotion.
Additionally,
we
were
told
that
we
might
also
qualify
for
a
birthday
discount
as
our
purchase
coincided
with
a
birthday
month.
However,
the
information
provided
to
us
by
the
store
executive
and
the
call
center
turned
out
to
be
contradictory
and
misleading.
While
the
call
center
initially
confirmed
our
eligibility
for
the
birthday
discount,
the
store
executive
later
denied
it.
This
conflicting
information
created
confusion
and
eroded
our
trust
in
Tanishq
as
a
brand.
To
resolve
this
matter,
we
followed
the
instructions
and
requested
a
complaint
number
to
address
the
issue
properly.
However,
it
has
been
two
months
since
then,
and
we
have
yet
to
receive
any
resolution
or
a
complaint
number
from
the
store.
The
matter
is
not
about
the
value
of
the
discount
(Rs.
200)
but
about
the
trust
and
reliability
of
Tanishq
as
a
brand.
We
expect
consistent
and
accurate
information
from
your
representatives,
whether
in-store
or
at
the
call
center,
as
it
reflects
the
credibility
of
your
company.
The
discrepancies
and
lack
of
follow-up
from
your
store
and
customer
service
team
have
left
us
questioning
whether
we
can
continue
to
trust
and
patronize
Tanishq
in
the
future.
I
kindly
request
that
you
look
into
this
matter
urgently
and
take
appropriate
actions
to
rectify
the
situation.
It
is
crucial
for
Tanishq
to
address
this
trust
issue
promptly
and
ensure
such
misleading
incidents
do
not
happen
again
in
the
future.
