What a nice brunch in Ghent! Fresh and organic food with really good coffee and the perfect amounts of food to after go hit the city! Nice central location with big windows that allow the light to entry. It is small so it might get crowded with ease and you might have to wait. Worth the food and price paid!

This cafe is located at one end of the touristic city centre of Ghent, but still surrounded by beautiful buildings in Flanders style. It’s probably not only good for a rest after strolling in town, but also nice as a neighbourhood spot since it has a pretty nice selection of offerings. really appreciate the dark-coloured interior with thin pieces of wooden furniture and a little bit of flower, definitely a scene of Flemish sophistication and casual coziness. My flatwhite has well-rounded taste topped with a good layer of milk foam, a little too milky to me though. However it’s served in the way I like most: the traditional European way with a small biscuit! I like it so much!

Awesome place for breakfast and coffee! They offer morning menus in bronze, silver, gold and platinum packages. The gold menu was terrific! Boiled eggs with croquettes, speck and two types of Flemish cheese, soft but chunky bread and butter, musli with yogurt and fresh orange juices, all served with aromatic coffee and fresh chocolate croissants - to die for!

Nicely located near the centre of the city and run by friendly people. The coffees are exquisite. (Apparently, they get the beans from the Hoorens coffee roasting factory). Combine a good americano or lungo with a lovely apple crumble or one of their delicious cakes. You won't regret it.

It feels like a place that's been there forever. You feel like a local and are treated like a friend. An absolute topper. The warm apple juice with ginger is fantastic. We had a quiche and toasted ham and cheese, hearty and really quality ingredients.

Great place for a short stay with beer, wine or coffee. We had a vegan flat white, cherry beer and a 0% IPA. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area of the bar is perfectly located in the inner city where it is not too busy. If you need a quiet drink, I highly recommend this place. Definitely worth a visit when strolling around Ghent!

A nice place to enter the city. Near one of the oldest neighbourhoods in town: "het Patershol." Transformed from one of the poorest to one of the most creative areas in Gent. From Simon Says' terrace or from behind the window, you can enjoy the experience of the culturally rich history of one the oldest cities of The Low Lands...

Cute coffee shop that also serves breakfast/ brunch. The staff was super friendly and the coffee was delicious. Unfortunately, the food left a bit to be desired. We had the soldiers and egg which was overcooked. Could not dip my soldiers in their egg! Still worth coming for a coffee and some pastries.

We visited Simon Says for a brunch and we liked it so much that we went again the next day. Everything we tried was top quality and taste. They use organic and local products which is very important. The service was excellent and cool just like the ambience despite full occupancy. It was relatively expensive but worth it. If we visit Ghent again we would definitely go back!

We were enjoing our breakfast outside until they ask us to sit inside only because we had to finish some work on laptop! What is it?? In 21. century? Very rude! Coffee was just as espresso from Nespreso coffee maker, nothing special.

Adorable neighborhood, charming cafe with friendly, relaxed service and yummy eats. Homemade lemonade and ginger apple juice were good. We split a tasty cheese croque served with chutney, and a side salad. Finished it off with a small but delicious slice of carrot cake.

I was really looking forward to eating an English breakfast here. Deeply disappointed by the lack of choice.

Wonderful terrace located on a beautiful square. Extremely friendly and accommodating, the waitress was extremely helpful with my daughters nut allergy. The coffee was fantastic! We’ll be returning very soon.
