Went here once with a friend, before going we called to see if it was possible to have a “first class” kinda trial session to see the possibility of a subscription, and the girl at the phone just replied that the gym was not free that a fee needs to be paid (no one was asking whether or not it was free, we were just checking the possibility to assist) either case, we went and once in the place, the girl said it was 30€ for the session (this price is very high for just a session, I paid it either case). She started asking for my personal info (in Dutch only) so my friend told her (in Dutch) that would be better in English, and she said she didn’t care and her body expression were very rude, I was shocked by the way she was acting so my friend told her (again in Dutch) that she was being impolite and she even had the guts to reply: “I don’t think so, and I didn’t notice I was being impolite”, she didn’t even said sorry or anything. After all of this, the girl was not helpful at all, she didn’t care about showing the facilities or explaining how the subscriptions work or which were the options they had or so; so at the end I didn’t subscribed to this gym. If like me, you’re someone that is looking for a good experience at this gym from the very beginning, don’t expect it, the personnel is rude and unhelpful; I have assisted to many sport centers and gyms and this has been the worst experience ever, I don’t recommend it as it’s expensive and people don’t help and have the wrong attitude (not even when there’s a potential of a client). As a recommendation to the manager of the gym: work with your staff on customer service skills, as people here really lacks of them. Note: facilities are not designed for people in wheelchair or with limited mobility.

Just enrolled for a year subscription. I do crossfit, my own training. Turns out that you can't use the area if there are lessons, and there are a lot of them. So, tried to book for a spot in crosstrining just to get access and do my own rutine (using minimun elements), but i got a negative answer to do that too. Meaning that i pay double than in any other gym but they won't allow me to use the facilities in a full way. In addition there is some sort of wrong choice of machines. Press bar for chest. Only one..one!!! But there are around 9 of abdominal crunch machines, that nobody ever uses (sincerely never saw it in a different gym). My conclussion is that you pay for a fancy place, with a poor criteria, that might worth it if you take advantage of lessons or do squash.

Despite canceling my subscription well before the contract ended, Stadium extorted from me another payment to actually cancel my subscription. They forced me to pay for their mistakes. Dont recommend.

Gym is dated, no sauna and/or wellness. Bookings for group lessons are limited to only 1 at a time, so no chance to create a training schedule and plan in advance. Personnel is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful - not able to answer even the basic questions re: data (they do collect biometric data) privacy.

Very bad and dishonest service. Paid my month twice because of a mistake made by them, I sent them the proof of double payment, they confirmed it had happened and they promised to pay me back within a week. I'm in the end of the 3rd week, they're not replying any email cause they're all chill taking holidays and I'm still waiting. Also the fingerptint method is quite floppy, making it annoying to even enter that place. You can't stop the contract unless you die or something (something nobody told me when I bought it). Really regret this choice.

Very bad service! I stopped my subscription and after one month they’re trying to charge me an extra month. According to them it is not enough to go to the center and inform, it must be also done by mail which I never was informed. It is what I said against what they said. I am very disappointed seeing they try to charge extra money due to ‘’missunderstanding issues’’

Not an ideal gym for powerlifters, no power cages but one ,one proper bench with bench installment and the only other options you have are in the crossfit gym that is sometimes too filled with the crossfit class to use what u need ,all their money is pumped into unnecessary machines while the essentials lack. Im a bit sad that I paid 325 euros for three months and this is all I get.

A fitness that feels like home. Friendly staff and good atmosphere and a big selection of classes. Cleanliness is important to me and they are looking after this well.

I've just started but I can feel it was a great choice! Building is beautiful, machines are pretty new and in good quantity, plenty of choices to make, you can't get bored for sure. I would add more Zumba classes at night hahah! Staff was nice too. Nothing to complain so far.

Far too expensive. Staff is unfriendly. Waste of money to go here and time. The parking is so small, and there's barely any space to do ground exercises. Also their day passes are 18 euros. So outrageously expensive. Basic fit is only 8 euros. Tldr: Overrated + expensive

The gym is super pretty, price is fair for what you use. The staff I love, everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful no matter what. I have 2 critics: 1) I think you should add machines for the back and chest (like, prest chest). There is only 1 of each in a massive gym ...makes NO SENSE. They are CORE equipments. 2) Secondly, I think that free tap water should be MANDATORY. You should at all cost provide the means to people for keeping hydrated. Is there a reason of why you don't have this? I would appreciate very much one. Thanks!

I had to pay 30 euro (!!!) for one seperate session. I got a wildcard for no reason, I just wanted to train there just one time. It is absurd to ask 30 euro for that. Gym itself looks nice though, but that pissed me off, the audacity to ask that. Never going there again if I visit my friend in gent again.

Stadium is a fantastic place for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. It's a well-maintained facility with a wide range of equipment and very clean changing rooms. If you're looking to achieve your fitness goals in a motivating environment, Stadium is an excellent choice.

Best gym in town. On top of that you can squash, climb, box, yoga, crossfit and many other things - all included in the same subscription.
