Came in twice - once for a spot of breakfast and once to just get some tea. The space is gorgeous and there’s plenty of baked good to choose from. I ordered scrambled eggs and toast - what arrived was either more than 2 scrambled eggs or some VERY large eggs. Appreciate that the ginger lemon tea has a real piece of ginger and lemon in it. Everything tasted good, and the taster pecan pie was a nice bonus!

A fantastic bakery, cake shop, and cafe near Gravensteen castle in Ghent, Belgium. Wonderful service from the young waitresses, lovly food and coffee, for breakfast it was perfect. Recommend the egg on brioche bread, and very good Americano, black coffee.

We liked the experience. The place is romantic and looks clean and different. Lovely decorated and the staff is super friendly. Prices are a bit high but it’s worth the splurge. Everything we tried was very yummy. Portions are a bit too small but all served fast and esthetically pleasing.

For general cakes and all others tasted okay, but products are very limited and all cold, so I don't understand all these points given. I am not a "disliker', but it seems like everyone else is worse. Two big issues for me, I ordered a cake which is seen in the photo that I took to show what I wanted. I ordered it, at the same time watching from above. 5 minutes passed, they took and placed this into a big box, because someone just ordered it to take it away. How can this be possible? Seriously, you can't process my order for a cold cake in 5 minutes, and you give it away like this. Another thing is, please see the photos again, there is 1 euro price difference for take away and dining in. What?! You can add a service cost that is maybe okay, but a price difference, how low can you go? You just took my cake, put it inside a big box, and someone did this, there is no service cost, no package cost for this but for dining in? Is it for sitting inside? Then again, why extra 1 euro for all the products, not a single extra cost but for all of them. I don't understand people, do they not see this or they accept everything.

I would want to go here every day. The building is amazing and beautifully decorated. I was stoked to get the upstairs window seat. Had a great vanilla chai latte and loved choosing some creative and unique mini cupcakes.

My wife was looking for a waffle house and as we walked past the door noticed all the confectionary and was smitten so we popped in and had coffee and pie which was excellent and of a price about the norm. It was the first time I have had a Latte served in something akin to a pint glass ( thankfully not in one of those stupid triangular cups with the handle at the bottom that you are scared to pick up unless it tips over on you ) Service was quick and pleasant would go again if lucky enough to be in Ghent

It was a Friday around lunch time. The table service was nice and they were very fast in getting our orders. We got the almond&pistachio cake and the chai cake. They were dry. Like, we were thinking they were yesterday's cakes dry. We also got the hazelnut scone which was decent, but I had better scones elsewhere. All in all, it was a let down for us. I don't know if it was a fluke or not, but a let down nonetheless.

We haven't sit in the café because it was full and there was a line of course. We only had picked up the cupcakes to go. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!! Must try something, anything. It is so good, you will not regret it.

I generally don't visit places more than once on the same trip, try to sample things from different places throughout the city and then next visit maybe hit some previous favorites...yeah I came here three times in three days. Everything was top-notch, but the white chocolate speculoos cheesecake is divine. The woman behind the counter was kind and patient as I slowly narrowed down my choices.

It was very nice to eat at Julie’s House. Food is nice but the environment and ambiance is really cozy and comfy.

I love dessert, especially chocolate, and I have eaten quite a bit of it. We had a chocolate cake at Julie's that was the best I have ever eaten. It reminded me of an old-fashioned cake that was so soft and refined. I wish we had Julie's in my home country. The whole experience was simply lovely. Thank you.

Amazing place! The food and drinks were delicious and the inside was beautiful! Plus they were playing Folklore and Evermore by Taylor Swift the whole time so 10/10 for me!! Plus the prices were good too!

Come here for some of the tastiest scones you’ve ever had. I highly recommend the regular scones, but I’m sure the other ones are also great. Their coffee is very nice too, in addition to their chai late which is fairly priced compared to other places in town. Not to mention their delicious American style pancakes which are fantastic. Personally I wouldn’t go for the large breakfast, but more for the smaller options as that seems to be better value.

Best known for excellent cupcakes and pies. But they also serve breakfast. The pie you can have after the breakfast 😉

Let me just say, I had the best hot chocolate of my life here! The cupcakes were a little too sweet, but very yummy 🫶

The cakes look yummy but the service is way too long. One person for the whole shop and cafe? It’s not good enough. We had to look for something different

This was my best friend recommendation for a brunch spot in Ghent. The menus are complete and everything was delicious. As you can see the cup cakes and cakes look delicious and taste even better. The price was adjusted for the quantities they serve. Better make a reservation because usually is full it’s a very popular spot amongst locals and tourists too.

sweet lovely place. Waitresses were proactive and warm. Cakes look very yummy. Americano was served with 2 small pieces of brownie. I could have saved my dessert😊.
