Since the renovation this Panos is worth 0/5 stars. If possible choose another place in the station to eat. Long queue times and wrong orders are the norm.

These people are understaffed and overworked. Please give them a raise.

Annoying staf, mean staf, and sometimes not nice too good to go

This Panos is located inside the station not far away from the waiting area. I have an impression that you will need to be quite patient as students are not used to getting orders or even made a mistake. In general was okay a side from chaotic structure. Not sure if it only occurs during the summer break but it happened every time i visited there which I start to question myself. Most of the people just grab something quick to take it out rather than eating in. To compare it with other Panos experience within Gent, I would rate lower in terms of overall experiences because it did caused some frustrations.

Garbage. They don't clean the floors. And the waiting times are insane. 3people working only 1 at the checkout actually working. Run away as far as possible

I would give -5 stars. Compared to other bakeries of Panos the service here was horrible. We asked for a sandwich from the offers, but the woman serving us had no idea what we were talking about. Eventually we received a sandwich with only a piece of chicken and the bread. No sauce, no vegetables as advertised. We complained and the staff did not seem to care, just gave us some sauce and turned back to "serve" other costumers.

Great place to have Sandwiches and other quick food stuff.Great in taste and quantity.

Ghent for me is one of Belgium's beautiful cities! The ambience, the service at panos was excellent and despite having many customers, everyone was taken care of and in good time too.

It's quite good but doesn't have much food or drinks but it's good to take food only outside as it doesn't have a lot of places.

Hmm Panos is always in good locations where you need to grab a coffee or a sandwich in a rush, but I’ve had it quite frequently that I was left very unsatisfied… the sandwiches are often dry, with not enough saus or salt, maybe some oil, salt and pepper would be nice. I bought a vegan sandwich with vegetables and vegan mayonaise, but I got one with just the vegetables. I send it back in the kitchen to get some mayonaise. In return I got my sandwich back with a small wipe of Mayo at one end of the sandwich.

The quality depends on who is serving.

i work night shift (im tired )I always pass here to buy breakfast so that when i go to bed i can sleep all day. However i got a very rude and bad service. their atm machine to pay doesnt work. 2 of ky card cant read… asked to change the machine since im the 3rd customer who got the same problem. but they said it cant be? and it sky card. How on earth that im 3rd customer who doesnt read the card? it mean their machine have problem. so everyone need to pay cash then… so i paid cash then after that they didn’t gave me correct change because they dont have enough change. im runny time for my train so i leave it. HOWEVER THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! i told them to find a solution and use the other cashier machine and they said its not allowed. they take cash and no change… this is stealing to customers… Bad service after all. im almost regular customer and this what i got. Stuff aren’t friendly either cant even smile to customer. The reviews here are correct they aren’t nice. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 i wish i took a video to spread it on media. next time ill do it… lets see how they gonna be famous.

I just bought a type of small pizza at Panos Gent Sint Pieters, eat there and took the bus home. While in the bus I started to feel sick, I just has enough time to get home and went straight to the toilet. I am already onee hour straight vomiting what I ate at Panos. I am so sick and mad that they would seel food that makes us that sick.. First time I get food poising and it is from Panos.
