While
in
Ghent,
we
decided
to
explore
the
city's
waterways,
and
"Boat
in
Gent"
came
highly
recommended.
I
now
understand
why.
The
50-minute
boat
tour
was
a
delightful
blend
of
entertainment
and
education.
Our
guide
was
nothing
short
of
brilliant,
with
his
humorous
takes
on
Ghent’s
history
keeping
us
engaged
throughout
the
journey.
In
addition
to
our
fantastic
experience
with
"Bout
in
Gent",
we
learned
that
boat
trips
in
Ghent
are
a
longstanding
tradition,
providing
a
unique
perspective
of
the
city's
medieval
architecture,
picturesque
canals,
and
historic
landmarks.
Many
locals
and
tourists
alike
opt
for
these
boat
trips
as
they
offer
a
serene
way
to
discover
hidden
gems
and
hear
tales
that
aren't
always
found
in
guidebooks.
The
city
seems
to
unfold
before
your
eyes
as
you
glide
along
its
waters.
The
pricing
for
"Bout
in
Gent"
was
also
quite
reasonable,
with
adult
tickets
at
9
Euros
and
children's
tickets
at
6.5
Euros.
Given
the
enriching
experience,
it's
a
bargain!
If
you're
ever
in
Ghent,
boat
trips
should
be
high
on
your
to-do
list.
And
among
them,
"Bout
in
Gent"
stands
out
for
its
memorable
experience.
It
truly
is
a
must
when
visiting
this
beautiful
Belgian
city.
Highly
recommended!
