I bought my bike from here, even though i asked them to check bike completely before handing over to me,it was not done properly and as a result when i was riding it the pedal came off right in the middle of street, i just escaped an accident, its really unfortunate that even after spending so much of money, this kind o quality has been provided, I called them and they refused to promise any kind of assistance. Very bad experience.

The can not make sure the date you can pick the item. In the ticket, it is today, but when you come, they will tell you it's not ready! very bad service!

By far the best sporting equipment store in / around Gent. They have an extensive inventory so you can walk out of the shop with what you came for. They also have a small service center to set up a bike if you buy one.

Corona times: please dont come during weekend since there is a waiting line of about 30 min. Come during weekdays and u are instantly in. Moest powertraining gear is sold out sincw u know...china was shut down so no producing. Call them to see if the item u are looking for is availible and usually u can reserve it. Good luck.
