Good place to end your weekend and just sitting there under the tree with some drinks and snacks. Big place, good place for kids to play around, many options in the menu.

ParkKaffee is fabulous spot! Food, service, value and atmosphere are on the top: a snack and a drink in a green oasis of peace. It’s a great place to relax at the pond or on the lawn. Children can play to their heart’s content in the sandpit and everyone is invited for a game of pétanque. After sunset the park is full of the campfires. On Sundays you can go to Parkkaffee for a delicious brunch (reservation required). ParkKaffee is open from 1 July to 31 August from 2 pm to 11.30 pm. Although there is a chance that the park will remain closed on real rainy days, because there are limited shielded seats. This will be announced on the Facebook page. Free entry. ParkKaffee Groenestaakstraat 37, 9030 Mariakerke, Belgium

It is a very nice place to be and have a drink. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the people are very nice and the food and drinks are good! There is something for everyone, from shakshuka to a spaghetti Bolognese, they have something for everyone. The way to order is easy, you scan the QR code and order that way and then you pay with your bancontact app. Though I have to admit that this probably isn't easy for everyone. People who aren't tech-savy and/or don't have a phone will probably need to order some other way. This is not only a place for adults, children are very much welcomed and there are some activities for them as well. On the domain there is a playing area and a stand where you can get glitter tattoos, crazy hairdos and other things! Not only that, there is also a children's menu to order from when you want to have some dinner. There are a lot of places to sit and it is a rather large domain, so even when it is busy, you never feel cramped in your space. The surroundings are gorgeous and become even more so in the evening when the lights go on and the fires start burning. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in search of a place to have a drink and some snacks, maybe even dinner on a nice summer day!

Amazing place to relax, great atmosphere and lots of choice of food, snacks and drinks. The tap water is even free (: hurray. Dogs are allowed but remember to keep them on a leash.

Cosy garden bar with live music, democratic prices, organic food and fire places around a small lake. Kids and pet friendly. Only open in July and August

Nice spot, Just a shame that there's often quite a long waiting time (around 10-15 minute) its not too bad but its not exactly pleasant either.
