After shopping in Delhaize for a little over an hour you can no longer get outside, then you have to pay €1.50 for 5 minutes because I didn't know this, I was at a closed exit 🙄 there was no one to be seen for information and the intercom did not work.... Got it just no answer so conclusion incompetent service

Parking completely full, while 60 free spaces are still indicated. All places for disabled people! Driving back out is not even possible for free. Having to pay one and a half euros after driving around for fifteen minutes, resulting in the exit being blocked.

We visited this parking lot on Sunday. There are a lot of parking lots indeed, and you can charge your electric car as well, but it takes much of the time to get charged! The thing is that you should also love your car to a non electric parking lot once it's done with charging! So this was a bit annoying! On the other hand I suppose it should be cheaper on Sundays but it is pretty expensive! It's indeed well placed and has access to the shopping centre.

We did not get our ticket back from the payment machine. It was not possible to connect to the helpdesk via the machine. Had to step outside (no reception in that concrete bunker) to explain our problem to the helpdesk. Finally got outside after 30 minutes. 5 stars for the helpdesk, 1 star for the parking. Never heard of license plate recognition? You would think that a modern parking lot would be equipped with it, right? Also very narrow corridors. A real maze. To be avoided!
