Front desk staff of this resort are so good that they listen, they reply positively but issues raised does not get solved. I had booked for Double Deluxe/Superior room with balcony. But I was given a small room without balcony, I told the staff to change my room 4 times, they say pack your luggage and we will shift you in other room with balcony. Staff neither changed the room nor cleaned my room for the day, awesome response. This room have a shaking western pot in bathroom. Shower does not function properly and Few of the lights in the room does not lit properly. I am going to lodge complaint against this resort with Consumer court.

Good place for wedding or other such events. Food quality is good. Breakfast average. Common toilets near swimming pools needs improvement, smells and looks neglected. Room and spacious and very good. Halls are excellent, well air conditioned. Parking facility is ok, but they collect car keys, and part cars at some other location close by. Dinner is excellent with lot of choice. Almost all guests were not wearing masks, no compulsions from resort. Pool water was nice and clean.

A very warm, comfortable and beautiful resort to spend time with your family. The rooms are nice and clean. The amenities like the pool, garden, gym are very well maintained. The food spread is excellent. We eat Jain food and surprisingly it was really tasty. The staff is very cordial, helping and good. A must visit place.

This is an amazing resort for vacation with family and friends. The property is vast with lots of amenities like swimming pool, kids play area, gym, gaming zone etc to chill out for the whole day. Staff are very cordial and friendly, they follow proper covid protocol to make their guest feel safe and comfortable. Last but not least about their food, which is just yummy and most important pure Vegetarian.

The resort location is slightly odd position.You will not find anything around resort. Parking sufficient enough. Rooms are good. Service upto the mark. The taste of Food was also good. Other amenities like Swimming pool, indoor games etc were decent. The only problem is that considering all, it's costly. You can find more good resort near by with good location and better service with less price in the same region.

The location and infrastructure is good, but they need to improve on service, My personal experience is not that good. The Check in time is 1.00 pm, we have reached there at 2.00 pm still the room was not ready, there were no bathroom kits provided, we need to ask for each and every thing and they are taking a hell lot of time to provide it. The fridge of our room was not working and the staff is saying that fridge and AC are connected to each other, if you not use AC, fridge will not work. Food is good, but again I would say, they need to improve on their service a lot.

It's a wonderful resort for family and friends. The Hospitality and service is very good. The food is excellent. They provided us with jain food for only 4 people also. The items in Breakfast were too many. The quality is also good. The Restaurant staff and Hotel staff were very very cooperative . . Nice swimming pool , indoor activities like table tennis ,chess, but pool was chargeable , massage chair etc outdoor cycling badminton cricket football. Only games for small kids were not there . 5 stars for its food and nice hospitality. Surely Recommend.

This is an amazing resort. Everything is perfect about this place. The rooms, the service, food and the location. There is a beach nearby and it is really worth to visit this resort for that calm weekend vibes. You can visit the dam nearby which is a really good experience in itself.

The surrounding environment is really soothing and pleasant. Full of greenary and natural views. This resort is located in the center of trees (mini forest) there is no surrounding city noise which completely disconnect you from the daily life. This is what I loved most about this place.

It was the great experience. Excellent food and hospitality. All the staff were very helpful. They served their best in every possible way. It was a great place to spend quality time.

Food is great like all Treat Resorts, but room service is slow. They provide opened tea bags in room, which is very unhygienic. They charge more for pool facing room of same category, which is unethical. Sofa chair in room was not clean. No night light in room. AC remote is wall mount so every time u want to change temperature one has to leave the bed. Provides only 1 pair of slippers in couple rooms too, that is illogical.

Whole resort was booked due to a marriage function. We have limited choices left. We were not comfortable to use swimming pool since all marriage guest where hovering around pool side most of the time. Resort management should not take guest booking whenever they have marriage bookings. Breakfast was served in a hall instead of restaurant. Not a good experience.

Everything about the resort is wonderful. The staff is very hospitable and attentive. We'd definitely recommend this resort to travelers for a quiet and a peaceful stay. During COVID times, necessary precautions are taken by the staff. Thanks to the staff for the wonderful stay.

The rooms were excellent with soft beds and had touch sensors for lights instead of switches. Food was also good but if you try you will not like everything in dinner (buffet). One thing is lacking is quick service. I needed to call 2-3 times for a room service then the service person came. Overall it is very good experience and you should visit it.

We (13 people) had stayed for two nights this weekend. It was really an amazing place, huge, courteous staffs and perfect for a holiday. the rooms were big and clean. The staffs are too polite. Special mention to the food served. the menu was different every day , sumptuous and suiting all age groups. Service is incredible.never seen such kind service anywhere. location is serene and calm. lots of entertainment like swimming pool, cycling, carrom chess and table tennis. enjoyable stay

One star less because there's a lot of power cut off. Best location for a wedding. Food was the best I had. Very near to Gholvad railway station. I went there to attend the wedding and the room service was quick despite the wedding. Definitely worth money.

It's a quite place away from the city's hustle and bustle. The beach is quite close to the resort (walking distance). The rooms are not very large but adequate space is available for a couple with 1 kid. Good spot for 1 day outing with an overnight stay. Although reaching here from the city is quite a task. You should definitely have your own transport and plan ahead considering traffic condition.

We have visited this placed with family in the month of July 2023. What I found USP of this property is that it’s located at a walkable distance from Gholwad railway station, hence, connectivity is really amazing. Since, it’s near the railway station, the surrounding area is quite deserted and quite place. There’s just a bakery outside the railway station. The check in was smooth and the staff were courteous. The property has swimming pool, indoor games and a DJ night was organized on Saturday night. We had booked superior room and had requested for an upgrade to which the management agreed to upgrade one of the rooms which was a nice gesture. The spread on the breakfast was quite amazing on Sunday morning. Given that we were the only guests of around 8-10 people on Monday morning, the staff had accommodated our request for choosing the breakfast spread on Monday morning. I would suggest the resort to arrange game night as well for their guests so that everyone can enjoy and participate in them from kids to adults. Also, we had requested for a complimentary cake due to upcoming birthday from our group, the said request was declined by the management. The property has Zaika restaurant in it and the quality, taste and portion of the food was satisfactory with a pinch of dejection due to its high price, since there are no other options available nearby the property. Since we were a group of 8-10 people, the cost of the same got distributed amongst us which I feel is quite satisfactory. Also, I would like to mention the name of Mr. Krishnan & Mr. Bapi for their service in the restaurant. Overall, I would recommend to visit this place once for their courteous staff, rooms, hospitability and services.

We booked our stay for 2 nights in the month of Aug 22, there were things I liked and disliked would like to mention here. Likes: - -Cleanliness through out the property. -Food was good they had this option of Jian food to be prepared as and when one requests apart from the available food on counter. -Swimming pool is the best part I liked through out my stay mainly because of its clean water and working filters which keep it clean. - Staffs are helpful enough. -Room service is quick on call. -Rooms were spacious with good quality air conditioning. - They have evening DJ, games & live event. Disliked:- -Worst experience of room access card and the main door issue was not fixed even after multiple requests the machine did not got fixed for room number 506. -Worst refrigerator in the rooms. Does not work at all and was not fixed after multiple requests. -Expensive food. -They have few umbrellas. Which increases the waiting time during rainy season. Over all a good stay. @ Management if you are reading this review please work on the dislikes I have mentioned and take it as an opportunity for improvement. Thank you

Best resort around this location.. lovely specious rooms.. good food.. and cooperative staff.. they also have activity in the evening which is quite entertaining.. all in all a nice comfy stay.. large clean swimming pool.. Talking about the tarriff. - I think it's overpriced .. we paid around 7000 per night.. and with the amenities that is offered; it is overpriced welcome drink was not served

Treat Beach Resort - What a memorable stay!!! After going through Covid and lockdown and endless frustrated days at home for more than 1.5 years, I thought of taking my family out on a trip. After shortlisting multiple places, I finalised Bordi located in Maharashtra. I started searching for stay options in Bordi. Most of them were like home-stays or beach side resorts. Then I came across this resort i.e. Treat Beach Resort. I started exploring their website and other details. Instantly I started feeling that I should book my stay here. I enquired on their contact number and Vishal from their Mumbai office helped me out with all the details. He was very supportive and helped me with all the information. Within a day’s time, I finalised the stay and booked the rooms. Vishal also gave me good package deal which included stay, meal, usage of indoor games, swimming pool, etc. So it was like all in one package. On the day of the trip, we were little late to reach the resort due to rains and an unplanned longer stay at highway restaurant. Resort’s check-in time is 1 p.m. and their lunch timings complete by 3 p.m. We reached there almost at around 3:10 p.m. but on our request they were courteous enough to accommodate our request and provided us meal which to be honest was very tasty. The overall check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The managers at the reception explained me all the information about the resort and also ensured to help me in case there is anything I would require during my stay. Next we checked out our rooms which to me were little more than good. With the package cost I was provided, I thought the rooms would be little bigger but none-the-less they were good. The resort has a big swimming pool, big garden / lawn, a children’s play area, indoor games area, spa, gym, restaurant, marriage hall, etc. All the facilities were very well maintained. The star highlight for me and my family was scrumptious buffet meals we were offered during our stay. I must admit, their food is so so tasty that we were taking more than an hour or hour and half to complete our meals. I just loved the sweets they made. It was long since I had such yummy sweets. All the staff members, be it their reception managers, cleaning staff, restaurant people, etc. were so much helpful and courteous in helping us whenever needed. They have a great option of providing separate meal package for drivers who accompany us. Also there is lot of space to park cars or vehicles. In all, I feel I had a very memorable stay after a long long long time and I will certainly recommend this resort to whoever wants to go to Bordi. Rooms of treat resort is very very very tiny where only one bed is there and room get finished, and in that tiny room 80% of the rooms doesn’t have ventilation at all! How municipal corporation allowed hotel rooms without ventilation??? Please municipal corporation intervene in this matter for having proper ventilation in rooms!!! Guys while choosing rooms, you need to be aware as they are selling this rooms with different views names but this rooms are just suffocating rooms due to very small in size and without ventilations!! Even if you will book rooms in advance but they will give rooms as per their availability on the day of check in!!! Even room charges are exorbitantly high as per their size and services! Not worth at all!!! They are selling on the name of orchid view rooms but actually no view and sometime will give you just a wall view!!! Even management is not at all Co-operative for any of the complaints!!! Never would like to visit again or never wanna suggest any one for this hotel!!!

Resort is nice and well located. Superior rooms are too small for 3 people and the extra sofa cum bed is very uncomfortable. We had no choice but to pay extra and shift to their premium room which was spacious and comfortable.... The staff is not trained properly and there is chaos when there are lots of guests. One has to wait for a long long time to be served in room service.... the restaurant is good. We had breakfast included in our package and their buffet spread was nice. But some of the boys who waited on our table had difficulty understanding food orders. You had to ask for items multiple times before it was served. Nice resort but they need to train their staff.

I have given 3 stars because of their bad AC in the resort. It kept shutting down spoiling our sleep all 4 nights. Each time we had to get off our bed to switch it on and this gave us distressed sleep. The staff explanation was when the power goes off it shuts automatically . But then isn't it supposed to switch on automatically, like how it happens in every other resort or hotel? We complained about it but they did nothing. We heard people around us complaining too about the same but the management seemed undeterred. The place is good and clean. Food is yummy too and the staff is pretty good. There is a game zone which we enjoyed too. But just for the sake of AC i doubt if we wanna go again . After all vacation is to relax.

Budget travellers choose superior room.(250 Sq ft) For comfortable stay , choose premier rooms(330 Sq ft) Food is superbly super . Only veg food available. I should say food is expensive. They could maintain rooms better. My room 607 had lot of foul smell arising from toilet water. Swimming pool water seemed not fresh. Live music with evening buffet. Location 1 km away from Bordi beach. Great place for a very short stay of 1 -2 nights . Nothing great activity but to relax in comfortable place.

We stayed in superior rooms, the rooms are small. They charge for using gym that was surprise as mostly other resorts give it complementary. The best part is the restaurant, the food is amazing and the restaurant staff is very nice full marks to them. Specially Chef kuldeep is really nice.

The resort was well decorated and environment was too good. Pleasant food and service also too good. Only thing near zyka side for elders you have to change a bit. And in bathrooms at least you should keep small tables and a bucket for elders.
