Very average hospital, with average staff and the management. Management is pathetic from 360 degrees. The bed linen is below average, and so is the food and room service.. in the canteen the rats are moving freely all over the canteen.. there is no pest control… In discharge the nurses add extra medicines and bandages which are not found later on so check your discharge properly… Rooms are so so … Breakfast served to patients are very late.

I had a 13 day stay here due to my surgery of my small intestine. I had one of the most amazing experience because not only the staff are helpful but the nurses are so caring. Even the housekeeping staff are so humble. The regular visit by the hospital management, the doctors and even the guards makes you feel secure and cared for. Overall they have good staff including ward boy , cleaning staff , staff nurse . Specially I treat under the observation under Orthopedic Dr Jigneshsir Patel and Dr Piyushsir shah treated very well and succeeded operating, Pure and hygiene Diet plan was also supportive care .

My Father had a hip replacement surgery by the best Dr. Pritesh Patel. We had a really very good experience. The entire staff are helpful and they look after each and every small things about the patient. Even the housekeeping staff are very nice. The daily visit by the hospital management and the doctors. Rooms are really very clean not only the rooms but entire hospital is very clean. And most important the food for the patient was good. So, honestly if you want to do treatment please don't go to this hospital.

I got admitted at this hospital for a very complex surgery and it was a good decision. The hospital has a team of very skilled doctors. The support team is also very competent. I found the hospital very clean. The entire staff is very cooperative and polite. The overall experience at this institution from consultation to admission to surgery to post operative care to discharge was excellent.

The overall experience is good. Doctors & Nursing staff is good. Only issue is with pharmacy related…. There is no transparency for patients to see which medications are ordered/ Used or which are returned back… the online PC to PC system between Nursing staff & in-house pharmacy is very poor/ suspicious… That is the only part to b improved…

I had been recently admitted to the hospital for 3 days to get the infection of my tonsils treated. Dr Bhaumik Shah was quick in assessing the problem and the management got me admitted to the hospital within an hour or so. The staff was very polite. The doctor and the medical officers kept me in the loop of the treatment so I knew at all times what was going on. Nurses were apt in responding to any requests, made sure the treatments were done timely and the spirits held high. The dietician consulted with me every day so that the food suited my condition and was delivered on time. The housekeeping was regular and thorough in cleaning the room. Unlike some hospitals, you didn't have to remind them of changing the sheets, cleaning the washroom etc... Nobody enjoys being sick and neither did I but the folks at Saraswati put in all their effort making the treatment as pain-free and fast as possible.

Hospital is good with all facilities. The receptionists are very enthusiastic, they called me 3 times to be in time, some how we manage but , doctor was not in time and had to wait 30 minutes. Please review this system or adhere to the allocated time. As we patients are busy in our routine and .. had to align everything to meet the receptionist follow up on phone.. please come or sir nay not be available!

The nursing and staff were very supportive. The sanitation and hygiene was exemplary. The whole team of doctors and administration was exceptional. However the uniform given to patients needs to be more freshened up.

It was a overall great experience and the whole staff was quite cooperative. Food was also as per the standards and it was quite tasty. Over all infrastructure and facilities are too good at this price point. I was feeling homely here as the staff brings smile on your face with there services. So I had read reviews about this hospital, but I was sceptical and felt that the reviews were too good to be true. I was wrong. I was admitted here for 3 days, and this was the best time I ever had while being hospitalised. Amazing staff, great service, awesome doctors, spacious rooms, nice infrastructure as well. Nursing staff and doctors will check in on you constantly, the house keeping staff will do it's job properly, you'll be asked for feedback as well at times to make sure everyone is doing their job as intended. I hate hospitals, but if I were to get hospitalised again, I'm obviously choosing Saraswati Hospital. Although do keep in mind that I was under insurance so had a personal room. Can't give feedback about overall costs and general ward experience. Thankyou for your service.
