Today i was at this store looking for a Gibraltar home kit. The girl helping me said there was no kit at my size. So I saw the maneki using the kit in my size and talked to the manager if I could buy it. I explained I came from Brazil and would like very much the jersey. The guy was quite rude and did not accept to sell me the jersey. According to him the othee jersey he had stocked would not fit the manekin. Although I insisted he became rude and told me I could buy the whole store but the jersey. Never more in such store with such attitude.

A store with an attitude problem. Bought swimming goggles for my nephew and indicated his age range on packaging. They didn't fit so came back to replace with a larger size. The assistant at the till REFUSED to do this simple exchange. She was delighting in being difficult and just shrugged. Eventually someone senior agreed to do the exchange after much debate. There is something seriously wrong in Gibraltar as this is a common problem that once they have your money. I am warning people that this is not an acceptable treatment of customers.
