Popped in for one after visiting the rock but ended staying the night due to bar staff and regulars being so friendly. Loved our night there ❤️

Very friendly barman and nice pub off the main street. The pints were all as you would expect and the pricing was fine. Vodka ordered was a generous measure. So all in all this was a good experience. Only thing I would mention is that the pubs all close very early. This was November visit so maybe it was because it was off season.

This pub was recommended to me and is popular with visiting ships. A typical English pub in a hot climate. I was going to go up to the top of the rock but the cool air inside here changed my mind. Friendly service and well priced too. We enjoyed a couple of cool pints with crisps whilst enjoying the skull themed decor. Worth a visit when calling into Gib.

Yas(min) was the best host we’ve had in Gibraltar. We felt well taken care of and appreciated. From far the best experience me and my wife had in Gibraltar. Thank you Yas for everything we will remember you. 🙏🏻

One of the few "real" pubs left in Gibraltar. Bar staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I'm only staying in Gibraltar for a few days, but have visited this place a few times already.

We like this pub, it has lots of character and the bar staff are great 😊 we’ve only visited for drinks and usually sit outside. The pub has history so worth a visit My only negative is everyone seems to smoke 💨 in the doorway. Which means if your sat in that vicinity (which is difficult not be) it’s all you can smell. 😤

This is such a friendly pub! We got chatting to so many locals (plus a very drunk Welsh navy guy off the HMS Tent). Great for gin, didn't try the food so can't comment on that. We will be going back to Gibraltar and we will be going back to the Skull. This time with suitably "Skully" t-shirts.

I'd heard so much about this bar but I was so disappointed. I know its the skull bar but you literally can hardly see the bar! Very cluttered and untidy. Looked to me like it need a good clean too! Staff were very friendly though. Outside space OK but lots of rubbish and bins over flowing. Didn't attempt the toilets!

While holidaying in Portugal we, my wife and i, went on a day trip to Gibraltar, we stumbled upon 'The Gibraltar Skull' known locally as Gibraltar 1 and had a good time. Food, from what we saw, is very nicely presented and it was refreshing to have a drink of Cider at near enough UK prices as opposed to drinking lager in Portugal. I highly recommend this establishment. The atmosphere is very relaxed and chilled.
