𝗚𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿 | 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺 Great hotel in Gibraltar always class from holiday inn as always just like in Great Britain. Exceptional staff and service here. I also have to say the views of the surrounding areas are spectacular. Food is equally as nice. Exactly what I expected from this hotel, a decent rate for a decent hotel in Gibraltar. Highly Recommended Especially on travels too and from Africa.

I stayed that hotel 9 days. It was nice experience for me. Rooms are clean and tidy, Rooms service and house keeping services are good. They have a restaurant and bar. Breakfast can be more various. Everyday have same dishes, i advise them that at least they can change some of options day-to-day. Staff is magnificent. They do their best about whatever you want. For lunch and dinner, they have a la carte menu which is very rich. I am very happy about my layover period. Thanks for all hands.

Excellent staff working here. Very professional, helpful and efficient. Particularly on reception, Milly is a great example of exemplary customer service, always professional and calm. Fantastic location, room very clean. Bed very comfortable. Service brilliant. Nice terrace.

Currently Gibraltar's best hotel for the money. Very clean and tidy. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Reservations team were also very helpful. Breakfast is included and of good quality. Stayed here twice now and will be back in the spring.

Me and my friend went away for a quick holiday break to Gibraltar on Tuesday 10th of October in which we stayed until Saturday 14th of October, and I just wanted to say what an absolutely amazing time we had, and the Holiday Inn Express in Gibraltar was a personal highlight for me. It's location is really great, being easily walkable to the Gibraltar Airport in a few minutes or so, with the room's being very clean upon arrival. Breakfast was included in our get-away, and everything was very nice, and the staff where also really attentive if you needed to ask a question/needed something topping up like the Coffee machines with a large selection being available such as Fried Breakfast's, Cereals, Toast etc so you have a lot of choice. Speaking of staff, I can not give any negatives at all, and they where all really friendly, professional, and we could always ask for help when needed. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the Holiday Inn Express, and if you are thinking of coming to Gibraltar, this hotel is without a doubt, one of the best you can get. :)

Nice hotel near airport and beach. Good breakfast. I love the view from window. There are USB port chargers, Bathroom is big. All clean. Kettle, tea and coffee is on the room. Special thanks to staff on reception. They are amazing and nice.

Holiday Inn Gibraltar is a great place to stay! It's located in a fantastic spot with awesome views of the sea and the famous Rock of Gibraltar. The rooms are comfy, and they have a cool rooftop pool where you can soak up the sun while enjoying the view. If you're into working out, they have a gym too. Plus, it's super convenient because you can easily check out all the cool stuff in Gibraltar, like the cable car and shops. And don't forget to try their yummy Mediterranean food at the restaurant. The staff is really friendly, making your stay even better. Highly recommend! 🌞🌊🏨🍽️

Not sure if I did the star thing back to front - more gold stars the better. Have done another review - just wanted to make sure the staff at hotel got it. Cancelled flight,due to extreme bad weather- 2 extra days - hoorah 🤣 Staff were awesome, totally brilliant dealing with us stragglers - very calm and collected and lovely Hotel was immaculate and clean - absolutely no complaints Only again - awesome staff

We booked this hotel last minute and weren’t expecting much to be honest. However, we were pleasantly surprised!! The room was spacious and clean. It smelt fresh too!! Our view was of the rock itself! We were a ten minute walk from the beach and it was a 15 minute walk to the main centre. Location wise it was excellent. More importantly, staff were extremely friendly and kind. They went out of their way to ensure your stay was amazing. We will definitely return again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the room was nice, the breakfast selection was great and the bar menu was also good. Our only criticism would be that room service quite often leave the lights on which are spot lights which produce heat. But otherwise was a pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful too. We will definitely be back again. Handy 15 mins walk across the runway from the airport too.

Very nice clean room, we got a room for three people, breakfast included for a reasonable price. We got one double bed and one single bed. Fantastic location, you could walk almost anywhere from the hotel and it had an amazing view of the rock. Entrance and reception area was a bit confusing on arrival but no issues otherwise. The super helpful staff, one even gave us nice dinner and night out recommendations. We even got late check out at no extra charge for being an IHG member .

Always a nice welcome. Special thanks to Milli at reception for being such a wonderful host. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and in good condition. A bit of a walk from the centre, but since it's Gib, that's all relative!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. My partner and I stayed here the night before our wedding in Gibraltar! We arrived at 12pm(£20 early check in fee). We had a choice to check in early or leave our luggage for free and go back at 2pm to check in. We chose to check in early and pay the fee. However the lovely lady on reception waived this fee when she found out we were getting married. They couldn't have been more helpful. And the room was lovely and spacious and cool with in room air con!! Handy to have iron and ironing board too!! Definitely stay again and definitely recommend. Well worth the price!

Typical Holiday Inn Express hotel. Close to the airport and also walking distance or a short bus journey to the town centre. Room was very comfortable with good AC. Great staff, particularly Anastasia at the reception. Breakfast was fine but the selection was a limited. Could do with a fruit salad and more fresh breads like you'd find in most HIE hotels.

The service here was excellent, every staff member was friendly, helpful and wonderful. They let me borrow an adapter as my plugs didnt fit their outlets. All were very kind and the hotel was very clean. Bathrooms were very nice, rooms were small but were well kept and as advertised. Would highly recommend- I would definitely come back! Thank you!

Chosen as an alternative to an inner city location and really glad we did. Very modern rooms, excellent service, very nice bar area. Full cooked breakfast is included which was an added bonus. 10-15 min walk to the market square or 5 min bus ride from right outside the hotel.

Hotel placement is ideal. A short walk can get you to the middle of the town. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very lovely and professional, the food is amazing, the room are clean, nice, and they have everything you would need

I like this hotel. The staff are passionate and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. The water pressure was questionable when I stayed. I would recommend this hotel as it’s a small work into town.

Pros. Good location to airport, marina and market place etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice view of runway and sea at back of hotel. Modern rooms with air con. Good breakfast included. Cons, small rooms, no balconies, very little storage, 5 hangers, no drawers. Nowhere to put 2 suitcases and no fridge

Such a fantastic experience at this hotel. Entered an hour before check in and the staff member was so welcoming. The staff were very professional and friendly . Room was extremely clean and spacious also comfortable with all the amenities you would expect with an excellent restaurant below (Nuno's at the express) Breakfast in the morning was nice and well presented with a variety of cereal, pastries, fresh fruit and hot food to choose from. A great hotel , room , service and overall experience.

It’s a nice hotel and gives a good value for money. Breakfast is included for all rooms. The hotel is located very close to airport and is just a 15 minutes walk. It has only four parking spaces but there’s a very large paid car park nearby. The rooms are relatively small but the bedding, sheets and toilets are clean. In our room there were stains on the chair so we didn’t use it. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is a safe in the room though and open cloth rack with hangers. Iron and hair dryer are also in the room. The place has a balcony too. Regarding food, unfortunately there are not many options. The breakfast is also the same everyday. Regarding halal, only their chicken wings are halal. There are very limited vegetarian/vegan options. It has 6 floors and from most of the rooms you get the view of the rock, from the others you get the view of the airport.
