A wonderful restaurant, small in size but big in every other way. The Jalfrezi ranked amongst the best I have ever tasted. 5* food and 5* service. Definitely a place to visit again. Totally recommended.

Great food, service staff are amazing nothing is too difficult for them. They even offered to open the restaurant for us despite being closed, where else can you get service like that? As we have never eaten here before they even brought out sample pots so we could test how hot (spicy) we would like our sauce. Customer service is top notch. Unfortunately the food never stayed on the plate long enough to take pictures it was that delicious.

This is the best Indian food I have eaten for years. Equivalent to an upmarket restaurant in Bombay. The lamb Rogan Josh was tender and with good spices. The waiter even provided samples of different sauces to see how hot I wanted the food. Highly recommended

Really tasty food frendly service. Chef suggested Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicen Afgani....meats where brilliant. Especially I liked Chicen Afgani taste. Reasonable price. 2 meats, rice, Indian garlic-cheese bread,2waters and Indian tea...31 pounds. Parking is just near on another side of the road. You can sit inside o enjoy the weather outside. For sure I will come back.

The food is excellent, and the owner is very personable and has great recommendations. The service lagged a bit, but we were prepared for this from some of the reviews and it was fine - just order some appetizers when you first sit down. We had a lovely, leisurely, and tasty dinner. There are a range of spice levels depending on the dish, and some dishes can be made more or less spicier, so it was perfect for our group that had different levels of spice preference. Also, the restaurant is near the marina, so you can go for a walk along the marina after dinner - a wonderful end to the evening.

Recommended by several friends Really not disappointed A fairly basic interior but a supremely welcoming and friendly front of house, however we came here for the food. The lightest popadoms ever, off to a good start, a request for an off menu lamb curry and a regular chicken dish, all of which were exquisitely prepared, presented and consumed ! Very spicy dishes if you do not select the 'mild' option. I chose moderate and struggled to eat the food. Our waiter was friendly and explained the process of preparing dishes using Indian spices as the basis or something. Not bad but a bit too hot for my liking.

We order here pretty often and food is very tasty at very very affordable prices! Another benefit for us, that we just live next to the restaurant ). Super convenient. One of our favorite meals is Afghani with rice and we love all types of their naans.

Really not great food. I wish i could write a good review, but there is nothing to praise except for very positive attitude from staff. Weirdest curry consistency i have ever tried, like a sand with spices.

Some of the best Indian Food I have ever had. It was fresh and wonderful. All of the Staff was warm and gracious. We had the Chicken Korma, which was incredible. We also tried Chicken de Piaza and Lamb Roshen Josh. Both were incredible. The waiter brought my son a taste of his sauce to see if they had the spices right, then they adjusted accordingly. The Lassi was really good. It was a little sweet and refreshing after a hot long day of site seeing. The waiter talked us into trying their homemade ice cream. The Mango was delicious

Some of the absolute best Indian dishes I've had. I thought since we were there at lunch time it would be quiet but actually it was busy, luckily enough there was one table for two left! We'd been told about this place by friends who visited over new year and we're so glad they did! We had a poppadom each, chicken jalfresi, lamb bhuna, Bombay potatoes and mushroom rice. Including a bottle of water between the two of us, it came to £35 including tip. Very reasonable.

We always come here at least twice when were in Gib on holiday and again last night and tonight on this trip. The foods superb and Raj as always is a great fella and uber friendly. 100% recommend.

the food is delicious and if you’re craving spicy food like i am i 1000% recommend it, the portions are really good too, and the butter naan is amazing! the service was also great, very friendly and accommodating and the place itself is very cozy, can’t recommend this place enough! i would attach a picture of the food but i didn’t take one, it was that good!

Really tasty food and a fair price. We stopped off on the way back to mainland Spain on our scooters. Sitting outside as the sunsets is great as it is a little sun trap.

Tasty carries at Queensway Key and Gib, the best but not the tea. The toilet was a bit of a walk to get to as it is a public toilet nearby the marina.

We ordered the korma, tikka masala and some chicken from the tandoor. Overall the meal was in the ok realm. I just like my kormas creamy and chicken less cooked. But it is a good size for how much you pay.
