Thoroughly enjoyed visiting here. There was a mist which made it slightly hazy to see Africa clearly. Very historic location and the information notice boards allow readers to understand the strategic importance of the guns throughout history. Also in close proximity is the location of the only Trinity house lighthouse outside of the UK - Europa Point.

It is on the fronterior of the sea where the sky and the sea merges. Next to the Sikorsky Memorial. There is a bus stop nearby and a free car park. It is convenient to get the point both by car (not busy time) and public transport.

Well-kept viewing platform located at a traversing gun emplacement with a 38-ton 12.5-inch rifled muzzle-loading gun complete with armoury whose technology and history is illustrated. Stunning views of Sidi Musa (Mons Abyla) in Morocco, Africa across one of the busiest waterways in the world

This canon at Harding’s Battery is massive. It’s well preserved. The area looks clean and well maintained. The best way is to reach it by public transport. If you come by car you can park your car nearby on a large parking place.
