    I've been here several times and until now I've always been satisfied, but this time it was the worst. I was told that I would leave the color on for 10 minutes, but I had to wait 40 minutes. I don't even have a word to say I'm sorry to have kept you waiting. Even after 10 days, the color bubbles appear every day, and I think the color will come off eventually. The staff seemed tired, and the atmosphere was bad with a troublesome aura. Not all of them though. I will never go again.

    最悪でした。結構通っていたけどもう限界。2度と行きません。美容師のランクも名前だけと思いました。髪質を理解してくれなかったので、注文通りの髪型にならなかった。おかげでくせ毛が目立ち寝癖がひどくなり、なにより自分自身が気に入らない髪型になりました。あと、客の情報(年齢、職業とか)の確認とかしてないんじゃないですかね?私の職業柄、ありえない髪型にされたのでそう思いまいした…。

    To put it bluntly, it's the worst! ! Rino Yamada was in charge of this. For some reason, without any counseling, I just showed them a reference photo and the treatment started right away. My ear was scratched by my nails while shampooing and it hurt. (After I got home, I had welts and swelling) I had a bad feeling about it, so I suggested that since I was planning to grow my hair out, I could just reduce the amount of hair and trim the ends. The result was that it was cut too much and was left sparse in some places, especially the temples. During the treatment, Mr. Yamada was always confused, and the length and amount of hair was obviously strange, resulting in a completely different result from the reference photo. When I gently pointed out that the length of my hair was more than 4cm different on the left and right sides, she just flubbed and didn't apologize. I didn't want to cut it any shorter, so I was really relieved that I didn't have to make any changes. Even after that, I kept shaking and felt uncomfortable. I'm really sad because I'll have to cut a lot of hair in the future to get it straighter because I cut it weirdly. I came to the store more than 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and I told them my wishes in advance. I can't think of anything else I can do. Is it laziness towards work? I don't know if it's due to negligence on the part of the store who hasn't trained their staff, but this is the first time I've met a hairdresser who was so bad in terms of skill, attitude, and personality. I hope there are no more victims.

    I went there for the first time after being introduced by a friend. The inside of the store was decorated with Christmas decorations and had a bright atmosphere 😊 I tried out red hair, which I had always wanted to try, and she did exactly what I imagined. The final hairstyle was also cute. My hair was in a lot of pain Hair quality improvement treatment made it smooth 🥺✨✨ Thank you to the staff for being so easy to talk to and listening to me so kindly. I want to use it again!

    10年以上前に通ってましたが、相変わらずな評価ですね。自分もデジタルパーマ失敗されて泣いた覚えがあります。それで二度と行かないって誓いました。

    いつも利用しています。 アイラッシュとネイルと美容院が一緒になってて すごく楽です! エステも最近出来たみたいでお試ししてみました。 店員さんの対応がすごくよくてこれからも利用させてもらいます!

    I was shown to my seat and was told that the person in charge was going to get ready, so I was removed from my seat.In the meantime, someone else applied the cream, but the dyeing process only started 30 minutes later, when the hair dryer was turned off. It was left untouched, and it took an hour and a half to just retouch it. It didn't even feel like the store was that crowded!

    It's the worst. Since my hair is curly, I should have known to be very careful about short hairstyles, but I unintentionally ended up with a bob and I'm having trouble with the bounce and width. It will be about chest length. That's what I was told, so I cut it, but in the middle of cutting it, I was told that the surface would become lighter. Lighter and shorter are completely different words. Even though I told her I didn't want it to be completely black, it turned out to be darker than my natural hair...I was stunned when it was finished. All I can do is laugh. The shortness of the cowling was also unpleasant. This is the first time I've had my hair styled like this. I'll never go again

    It's a comfortable shop with always courteous customer service. The customer base is not only young people, but also people of a more mature age group, so you can feel safe coming in. You can get a haircut while consulting with us, so I think it's a good idea to have some idea in mind before you go.

    It was the worst. I went there a few times for nail polish, but even though I asked them to use their point card benefits, the price was higher than last time. It was basically a gradation, but the price went up each time I went, and the final cost was 12,000 yen compared to 8,000 yen the first time. Also, you will receive a notification 1 hour before the day that your reservation has been made. I made a reservation more than a month in advance for my schedule. I'll never go again.
