was
in
charge
of
this.
For
some
reason,
without
any
counseling,
I
just
showed
them
a
reference
photo
and
the
treatment
started
right
away.
My
ear
was
scratched
by
my
nails
while
shampooing
and
it
hurt.

I
got
home,
I
had
welts
and
swelling)
I
had
a
bad
feeling
about
it,
so
I
suggested
that
since
I
was
planning
to
grow
my
hair
out,
I
could
just
reduce
the
amount
of
hair
and
trim
the
ends.
The
result
was
that
it
was
cut
too
much
and
was
left
sparse
in
some
places,
especially
the
temples.
During
the
treatment,
Mr.
Yamada
was
always
confused,
and
the
length
and
amount
of
hair
was
obviously
strange,
resulting
in
a
completely
different
result
from
the
reference
photo.
When
I
gently
pointed
out
that
the
length
of
my
hair
was
more
than
4cm
different
on
the
left
and
right
sides,
she
just
flubbed
and

apologize.
I
didn't

cut

shorter,

changes.
Even

shaking
and

I
came
to

store
more
than

minutes
before
my
scheduled
appointment,

advance.

negligence
on

part
of

store
