I'm really sad because I'll have to cut a lot of hair in the future to get it straighter because I cut it weirdly. I came to the store more than 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and I told them my wishes in advance. I can't think of anything else I can do. Is it laziness towards work? I don't know if it's due to negligence on the part of the store who hasn't trained their staff, but this is the first time I've met a hairdresser who was so bad in terms of skill, attitude, and personality.
