Pulled in around 9 PM after trying Best Western first. Laughed at the price for " the only room available option" and left. Found this place right down the road for about $40 less. The staff was friendly, check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. Had a quiet night and great rest after driving all day. Highly recommend this place of you're passing through.

Wonderful little place. Fine rates. All single story structures, no stairs to climb. Rooms of various sizes. I had a small single room. Just perfect. Good size. Small bathroom with excellent shower and good supply of clean towels. . Nice TV. Fridge, microwave and desk. Very comfortable bed. Well lighted. Everything clean and spotless and real nice staff. I'll stay again and again..

This is a small local motel. The rooms are small but in fantastic shape. Very recent remodel it is very nice. I stay in many motels around the country and this one is better than many chain motels. It's nothing fancy but clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend it.

The place is pretty mediocre. Not so many options in terms of restaurants or shops nearby the location. Maybe ok for others but not my type. The front desk person should be a little bit more professional while handling customers. I would not recommend.

We highly recommend this place if you’re in the Gila bend area. We stayed in a two queen bed room and it was super clean and and smelled fresh. The interior was super spacious and we had plenty of space for our luggage. The front desk was accommodating and super helpful over the phone and in person. We even left our jackets, and they saved it for us.

Rooms are decently clean. Bathroom sink faucet is janky. Right next to highway so I hope you enjoy trucks passing by every minute because these rooms aren't soundproofed very well. Minus 2 stars because of terrible wifi. How can you survive as a hotel with trash wifi nowadays. No one cares you have over 200 channels on your tv.

Worst experience, I also left a personal item in the room, I called the minute the front office opened talked to the front office staff and they told me they would hold the item and yet they still threw my item away. Room was dirty, old and barley hanging onto life.

After being stranded for 5 hours on the interstate with multiple flat tires on a fifth wheel, we landed at this little place in hopes of getting a couple of rooms for the night. We were greeted by a very kind man who was able to accommodate us. We also had a 20-foot U-Haul truck with a trailer as well. The truck had a freezer full of meat that needed to be plugged in, and the gentleman also accommodated us with this vital need. After a long day on the road, I entered the room to be pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. Took a hot shower and jumped in a very comfortable bed with four perfect pillows! I can't say enough about the service and cleanliness of this slightly dated diamond in the rough. The linens, from sheets to towels, smelled fresh, and the room has a microwave, refrigerator, and wonderful A/C unit! Thanks for the great end to a crummy day!

Prices online said $75 a night. When my husband went in to book a room, the guy said it was $100 a night. He left. I went in and the guy told me it was $75 a night. He was going to charge my husband $25 a night more. Why? Makes me think it was because he's Black. He also refused to give us a two bed which is what we paid for, and said there were no cleaning staff on site. When we left we saw cleaning staff. There was a roach in the room and this place smells BAD. We left early. Avoid at all costs.

I had reserved several rooms here. All the owner cares about is money and they don’t even clean the rooms. If your gonna be charging $500 + a week at least clean the damn rooms! For the price these rooms are not worth it. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Small but clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would stay here again. Breakfast is very thin. Mostly sugar

Older, Mom and Pop operation with everything kept up very well. Room rate of 4 stars is only because of not being the most modern. Definitely nice rooms. If I need a room and in the area I will definitely stay at the Palms!

The hotel is very basic, but clean. The reason for the low rating was we stayed there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Unfortunately there were no hooks for our towels so we had to lay them throughout the room to dry. I did ask for someone to clean the room, but they said they were very busy and apologized for not getting the room cleaned. When we came back that night they had dropped some clean towels, but still did not clean Other item was that the door had a 1/2 gap at the bottom so we had to use towels to fill up the gap to avoid snakes or scorpions from entering.

It may not qualify as a 5 star hotel, but the rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Quiet area. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again, should the need arise.

Good bang for your bucks. Friendly staff and decent rooms. Nothing fancy, but can't complain.

Big, clean rooms with plenty of towels and amenities...and the price was right. Right next to a busy highway and active train line, but had no trouble sleeping on comfy queen bed. Recommended over the chain hotels in the area!

My stay there was peaceful and restful I would say a little high on the price for being a weekday and especially the area that it's in but overall an okay place

For a stay over on the way to Rocky Point this hotel is just right. Old Arizona cool style, clean room, great pillows and easy parking for RVs.

I was amazed at the price! The entire facility is kept very clean - the first thing we noticed upon entering the room was that it had no foul odor and was essentially spotless. Our room came equipped with a coffee maker, a TV, a fridge, and cable TV. The bathroom was probably one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms we have been in, in a long time. No bugs, no smell, and the shower was awesome. We didn’t think the location was bad at all - you only hear a quiet lull from the vehicles driving down the nearby road and believe it or not, it actually ADDS charm to the atmosphere of the place. There’s continental breakfast offered and their rates are awesome. They really are taking care of this motel and the care they put in shows. We were so impressed we immediately booked a second night instead of going to the other room we had booked in Phoenix. Go for this place… seriously.

We stayed here a couple nights waiting for our house to be built. There customer service is AWESOME! Rooms are super clean. Safe and clean hotel.

Friendly desk person. We had the room behind the office. It was spacious and very clean. Parking lot had just been resurfaced so owners are putting money back into motel. 1 star taken off because vertical blind didn’t close properly and there were no curtains so that made it easy for people to see in. We fixed them temporarily with items in room to get them closed up tight. Would stay again. Budget hotel better than it’s price.

The room was fantastic, I'm picking when it comes to hotel rooms. Low price, cleanliness was spot on, service was above and beyond nice humble people. I am definitely staying again next time I'll take pictures.

The people were so very nice. It's a cozy little place. The pool looked good, not sure if it's open, it was late when we checked in. Everything worked as it should. Bed was comfy. Pillows could have been softer though. Shower was great. Everything was clean.

I was really impressed with this motel. I was traveling through Gila Bend for work. I was unsure of the quality of motels. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and modern amenities of Palm Inn. I was in room 118 which is part of a small bungalow. The room was amazing. Super clean. Beautiful tiled restroom. Tons of soap and shampoo. Very large television and my own private parking spot! Great job from the hotel staff keeping the rooms up to date, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the heat and the ac unit in the room wasn't keeping up very well. In a place that hot the unit should stay on so customers don't have to wait for hours for the room to cool down. Outside Temps were 118+. However that was minor and not a deal breaker.

The room I booked was supposed to have a pool view, WiFi and “to go” breakfast for 2. When we arrived we were told that the pool was closed and the hotel was going through renovation, because of water damage. We stayed in Room 118, which was nice enough, but no pool view. The WiFi didn’t reach us, but since it was late, we didn’t bother, we used our cell provider. The only good thing about our stay was the shower. It had awesome water pressure. Maybe because the pool wasn’t open? When I checked out the next morning I was offered a Hostess type cake in cellophane as breakfast. We won’t be back for sure, but I thought it necessary to write this review, so others know that they may not get what they booked!

The staff was awesome. The room was clean. The price was good. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The TV had lots of channels (Dishnet). I needed a room along my route and did not know where until I decided to stop. The chain hotel was full. I am glad it was as I found this little place.

Don't believe the fake reviews. This hotel is horrible and not well maintained. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. It was so bad, my wife and I slept in our clothes. They do not even run the hotel well. They gave us a key and when we opened the door, people started yelling because the room was already occupied. I have travelled for work often and stayed in over a hundred hotels. This has taken over as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
