We don’t have Texas Roadhouse in Seattle, so this was my first time! It was AMAZING! You can add your name to the waitlist online, hang out at home (or wherever), and then get seated right after they text you! Genius! The hostess was who seated us was super friendly, and our waitress was absolutely perfect… she made genuine conversation, gave honest suggestions on menu items, and perfectly spaced out our drinks, apps, and main dish. I had the margarita and half rack of ribs with Caesar salad and loaded baked potato. The rib meat fell off the bone and was full of flavor. I was expecting the prices to be pretty high, but they were very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Just a great place. Apparently they are constantly busy, so plan accordingly and get your name on the list, or be prepared to wait up to 2 hours on the weekend. Oh! And most importantly, those rolls! 🤤

Texas Roadhouse is my first choice for an affordable steak dinner. I love the complementary bread and they also make a good salad. They have plenty of chicken or seafood options for those avoiding red meat as well. Service is fast and friendly.

It's a fun loud family friendly environment. Some of the servers started doing a line dance 🤣. We enjoyed the little gaming divice where we could play trivia. The food is good. We had great service.

Good food with a very noisy crowded atmosphere. People were actually sitting in the idles. Great rolls. I did not care for the sauce on the baby back ribs but the meat was falling off as advertised.

We were seated a lot quicker than the estimated wait time, which was a plus. I ordered the half rack of ribs, which was as always fall-off-the-bone perfection! The loaded baked potato was awesome, but the mac and cheese was not up to par this time (very dry). Still my favorite place for ribs!

Best place to get steak for a reasonable price. Staff are super friendly. Food is great and priced well. I have come here many times and will continue to do so.

Started out with the cheese fries appetizer because we were starving lol. Steaks are some of the best, food comes out quick and is always amazing!! Our waiter Ian was attentive, energetic and friendly!! Margarita had 3 different Patron tequila and was tasty!! We sat by bar and were able to watch some football, we come here often and highly recommend!! Thank you Ian for being an awesome waiter!!

Always like a good steak at Texas Roadhouse. Food was good, service was ok. Our waiter didn't seem too engaged in his job but others being him out did good. When we got there, was told it was 30-40 minute wait which was ok. Their check in procedure was a bit convoluted, though. When they texted, then you need to do another check in with the desk inside. Didn't seem very organized or efficient. One lady got all kinds of bent out of shape. Don't be THAT lady! Sometimes you just have to bec patient. Staff were great, though, in managing the situation.

It was wonderful, we filled up on the rolls, hardly ate any of our meal. Our server was Jennifer and she was great! Kept our drinks full!

We used to eat here about 3 times a month before we moved. We had been craving a good steak so decided to make the trip here. Worst decision in a very long time. I have worked in the industry for years so I know there is bad nights but this was not the case. We ordered 2 14 Oz. Prime rib meals, a 12 Oz prime rib, a filet and shrimp. First it comes out and not one meal had the correct side and she had no idea which was the 12 Oz. Had to wait for the server to come back and get our sides. I have never had prime rib with more fat than meat and that is no exaggeration. My 14 Oz prime had at least 8 Oz of fat. We asked the server if this is normal for them and he agreed it was not. Here comes the supervisor Kylie. She was very condescending in her tone and asked if we wanted something else. We told her no because for one, we were grossed out already and the kids were not going to wait another 30-40 minutes. She said she would discount it. I get the check and there is a $20 discount on it. To me that was insulting. I approached her about it and reminded her we spent over $90 on three plates that we could not even eat and her response was I offered you something else. At this point I am irritated and told her I would like at least one of them removed from the bill, which as a manager myself would have removed all three. She got very snotty and went to the register to adjust it. While doing this her and another server stood there whispering about it. I walked up reminded her that she is not very professional and that I would be letting corporate know as well as a review. she did not care. Here is a picture of one of the prime ribs and fat already removed from it next to the picture of the prime rib on thier menu. Hmmm looks close right?

Went here for Father's day to celebrate with family and was super busy given the occasion. We had about an hour wait tome but needless to say, it was more than worth the wait to eat there. The cinnamon rolls are to die for and are an absolute must when eating there. The mashed potatoes and the mac n cheese are probably their best sides so I would reccomend those. Their top choice meets are between the ribeye and the BBQ baby back ribs. Although most plates are between 18-25 bucks, you.get your money's worth with how much food you get. I suggest ordering the combos as they give you the most bang for your buck and for the appetizers, the chili cheese fried or cheese wedges are super savory and cheesy and is a must for those wanting a very filling appetizer. The service despite the business is what stood out to me the most. All the wiaters and hostess were very polite and professional despite the large line there. They were attentive and always checked up on us. The texan atmosphere there speaka for itself, it's a perfect place for a family to dine it. 9/10 would reccomend for a family dine in experience!

Such a great place to eat. Food is on point. Service is great. They usually have important games playing on the tv. Great for group gatherings. Their rolls are amazing!!

Went for lunch, we all had a different chicken meal, and we enjoyed them all. My California Chicken salad was delicious. It was very busy, but we were seated and served quickly. Our server was friendly and efficient and checked on us several times. It was also noisy, but that is to be expected during a busy lunch hour. All in all, we enjoyed our meals and would return.

Power and Ray in Gilbert is always awesome. No matter the cut of steak, always juicy, tender and grilled to perfection. The pork chops are excellent

We eat here all the time always a good experience...except for this past Sunday (11/10/2023) around 1:00 pm..we had 10 in our party one host was ready for us then a very rude lady told her no they didn't call ahead it is a 2 hr wait! Mind you I know how busy they can be but this day it was not at all insane!! They then both began to feed off each other so yeah we took are business to the new Chili's in the same parking lot where we had exceptional service!! Not sure that we will return to this location!!

The food very tasty, service great, atmosphere very noisy. We were seated near the bar area, many tv's on and loud which makes it hard to carry on a conversation with my mate. Food prices rather high now but with quantity I was able to make 2 meals out of it.
