I would give them 0 stars if I could. Went here despite the terrible reviews because my friend got me a gift card to them for my birthday. Booking online was impossible so I tried to come in as a walk in. I stood at the front desk for 5 min before anyone came out of the back and I should have left then but I stuck it out because of the gift card. only appointment they had was weeks later and when I inevitably forgot because i took an extra shift at work today they charged my card $50 and then refused to answer the phone even though it was still business hours. I was never informed of the $50 fee when I made the appointment, I would have never agreed to that so I would hardly call that a misunderstanding. A $10-$20 fee would have been reasonable but $50 is outrageous and should have been communicated before any appointment is booked. But Instead they choose to be sneaky. The whole reason my friend got me the gift card is because I’m an over worked single mother who couldn’t otherwise afford to treat herself and now not only did I not get pampered, I’m out $50 and a $100 gift card I would never use because I would never go back.

Absolutely loved the experience here. I did the LED light treatment and an express facial with Cayla. She is an absolute sweetheart and I will definitely be booking with her again! My fave feels and looks amazing and that just with the express facial. I’m excited to schedule my next full facial

My children sent me here for my 45th birthday for a massage, facial, and a LED aging procedure. I'm hooked for life. The ladies there were so kind and professional. It was so relaxing, I didn't want to leave. Definitely coming back

I had such an amazing time here! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! My massage was amazing! I was able to chose what scent and music was played as well as what kind of pressure- light, medium, deep tissue. The space is designed so well that even the bathrooms felt relaxing! The tranquility room is a brilliant space that feels so peaceful and cozy! I was already comfortable before my massage and felt even better afterwards! The sauna is a MUST! The sauna room is quaint, private and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the sauna having water as well as cold towels for afterwards! Overall I loved my experience and would recommend this spa to anyone! Thank you for making my day amazing! I truly was able to relax, which for me is so rare!

Every part of the experience was fantastic....from the reception, to the waxing service, to payment. One of the Fuchsia team members even followed us into another establishment to give us discount coupons. Great service.

Facial was nice, but needed more pressure. Felt like there was not a lot of product applied, like usual. The massage of neck and arms was fabulous. I am not sure if she is new, but seemed unsure of herself. Delightful personality, just practice.

Awesome massage and facial! Julia did a great job with my massage, and Mackenzie gave me a great facial. Most relaxing 2 hours that I have had in a long time!

This was a wonderful experience! I hadn’t had a massage since physical therapy 20 years ago. My Massage Expert Jason is a knowledgeable professional and he made sure that my muscle issues were resolved. I’m going back in around a month. I would recommend this to anyone.

I had a massage this morning from Xalina. She massaged with the perfect pressure and hit all the tight spots on my shoulders, neck and back. I am definitely going back to her again.

First timers, my husband and I enjoyed a trio package. We received a tour of the facility. Friendly staff, cleanliness and spa-like atmosphere.

Wasn't sure what to expect from my first experience. Unfortunately, no one explained the services during check-in. I was escorted to an open space nicely decorated and placed under UV lights with no idea how long I was going to be there I found that very uncomfortable and wasn't able to relax. However, Lexi then introduced herself to me and salvaged what was on its way to a bad experience with a 1 start review . She was friendly and explained each procedure. It was a simple facial without extraction along with a dermabrasion, nothing extraordinary. However, my skin looked AMAZING afterward... I wish I had known how long I was going to be placed under the Light's and given an explanation of the services I was to receive. I did make a 2nd appointment and purchased some products that I am pleased to say I'm happy with.

Friendly and professional front desk staff. I have been a member here for years and have never been disappointed with any services received. I have to give a huge shout out to my regular massage therapist Jason, he is the best. He knows his stuff and is amazing at taking the best care of people. They also have lots of great wellness services here.

For Valentines day my boyfriend and I decided to get massages at Fuchsia Spa. We were not disappointed our massage therapist named Summer was very sweet, soft spoken, but did a very great job at both of our massages. She got deep into my problem areas on my back and after our massages we were able to use the Sauna and Compression boots complimentary. The front desk who booked us over the phone was very sweet as well, and who checked us out. Definitely would recommend!

Hannah was VERY helpful even before I got there in giving me directions/landmarks to find the location. Her great customer service continued when I arrived in that she provided me with important info as to how to maximize my mbrship benefit in buying a gift card for a family mbr for Mother’s Day! Her assistance was very much appreciated! Also the other associate, I didn’t get her name, was also super friendly and helpful! Overall it was a great experience!

Each employee at this location did an amazing job. From welcoming me at the front desk to facial, massage and showing me around to see how much more services they offer. This is truly a one stop shop for health and wellness. I'm definitely coming back and inviting family and friends.
