Update 1/6/2024: Still great ramen. The best I've ever had. I highly recommend it. Service was slower than usual. We came in just after 630 pm and didn't get our ramen until 745 pm. Really good ramen. It's a very busy place because they make some of the best ramen in the valley. I took my wife there and she loved it. The service is okay and the prices are decent but it's all worth it when you have a huge bowl of ramen to enjoy.

Are you feeling under the weather, sick, or just plain hungry? This place is for you! Their broth and chili oil clears my sinuses better than mucinex, and the flavor and portions are always perfect. I tried other ramen places when we moved and Ramen Dozo always ends up being worth the drive. Incredible food!

My first time here, I ordered the spicy crab roll, which was tasty, 4/5 stars. My waiter kindly pointed me to the most AWESOME ramen I’ve ever had. Easy 5 stars. Garlic added, chewy, soft noodles and melt in your mouth pork, I couldn’t have been happier with their ramen. Incredible service too, everyone works very hard to maintain the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. Tay who served me was funny, hard working, respectful, and put a smile to lots of faces despite being short on help. Spotless bathrooms too, can’t wait to come back and try more on the menu!

WOW, Highly recommend Ramen Dozo!!! You should come here and eat and that is really all you need to know about this place, but I'll give a few more details. Just moved to the area and have some dietary restriction that they were not that happy to accommodate. The staff was super friendly and the most important thing is it was one of the best Tonkotsu broths I've EVER had and I travel a lot. Going back to get some more today and can't wait to try their other menu items. October 22' update: so glad I got to try more items from their full menu and can't wait to go back because it was so delicious

Service was amazing!! Sapporo wasn’t a beer option but was recommended Orion which was a great substitute! Atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. Food was also a huge hit. Best ramen and service I’ve had! Will be coming back 😍

This was a very small but cute and quiet place. The service was great- the chef even came out to ask how everything was. I've never had Ramen so I decided to stick with yakisoba. The pork was marinated to perfection.

First time here and the Ramen was delicious! It wasn't spicy for the tonkotsu broth. The California roll was also tasty! I would come again.

Ramen Dozo has the best spicy miso in all of Arizona. Family owned and operated and they truly take pride in every dish they serve. This is one of our favorite places to eat for that good down home comfort food when you need a little Ramen pick me up. We love this place!!!

Started with the yam and avocado roll. The yams were toasted and added just the right amount of crunch. Excellent. The vegetarian ramen with vegetables and tofu was flavorful and the bowl actually seemed larger as did the portions compared with the other restaurants I’ve tried. My father had the Katsu don, which I tried. The Katsu don was easily my favorite dish of the night and gets my highest recommendation. Enjoy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick service and can get rather busy. I wouldn’t go with more than a group of 4 or maybe 5 but the place was so friendly I’m sure they’d accommodate. The food and the flavors were top notch. More than worth the price with such quality from each dish. My only comment is that the shopping area lighting can be a little dim and creepy at night, but given it’s October the bad lighting does feel dark humorously on point.

The Spicy Miso Ramen is the best it has so much flavor, that I had to take some home for later. The customer was amazing and so was our server Tay! The spicy edamame was also very delicious! I highly recommend this place! ♥️

Best authentic ramen in town. Staff is kind and very attentive.

After doing some research, I decided to give this place a try and was not disappointed. I went with the recommendation to get the Agedashi tofu and Tonkotsu Ramen recommended by the wait staff. The ramen was a killer but the tofu is a hit or miss, which is why I wasn’t able to give a 5-star review for this restaurant. The service was nice though, even recommended a good boba place by the server when she overhead me thinking of boba after the dinner here.

BEST RAMEN EVER! I’ve been to many ramen places but this one wins, absolutely delicious. Service was a little slow but they’re super small and it’s definitely worth the wait. The staff was super friendly. They have one house sake (wish they had more sake options) and a couple beer options. Food was 10/10

This place was so good. Don’t let any negative review steer you away, the ramen was 10/10. Our waitress was sweet and attentive, and our food was super quick! The price is definitely reasonable, since you get so much ramen. The gyozas were also perfect. At the end, one of the kitchen staff gave us free mochi ice cream. It was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Honestly probably some of the best mochi ice cream I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!

Some of the best Ramen I have had in a while. I ordered the Tonkotsu with garlic and asked for it to be made spicy. My husband ordered the salmon bento box with spicy tuna sushi. We also had the spicy edamame (the sauce was to die for). Everyone there was also really nice, so great food and great service!

The BEST ramen I’ve had in a very long time. They have so many veggie based broths. I had the spicy miso and it was incredible. They were so sweet and patient with our 1 year old, which makes a huge difference when we are out as a family. Highly recommend!

Super good ramen and some of the friendliest staff you’ll ever have. Remember your face or name at times and make you feel very welcome. Best calamari and ramen I’ve had in the valley will definitely be regular customers.

Best ramen in Tempe, hands down. Flavors are great, plenty of delicious side-dishes, and all of the ingredients are super high-quality. Wait times can vary depending on how busy it is, but the food is always worth the wait. Service is fantastic, even when it's busy. This has been our go-to place for ramen ever since we moved to Tempe, and that won't be changing anytime soon.

This has been my favorite ramen shop for years. The chefs are amazing people, the waiters make feel welcomed. I highly recommend anything on the menu. You wont be disappointed.

Tay is hilarious, we haven't even been served our food and I love this place.

I had the fried oysters and Tonkotsu ramen. It was fantastic and on par with some of my fave ramen spots in NYC. Will def be coming back.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it was such a great experience. He got the tonkatsu ramen and I got the pork katsu bento box. It was incredible and we will definitely be coming back!

Best Ramen in Arizona and the best ramen I've had since leaving Japan. We'll be back for sure it was well worth the drive!
