This was by far the worst golf course I’ve ever played. Course was beat to absolute hell and greens were unplayable. Clubhouse workers were nice, but the cart guys were jag bags. It was 115° outside and they sent us on our way with 1 bottle of water for each player. Let it be known that there are no jugs of water on the course because they don’t know covid is over. Anyway, at the turn we asked for more water and they only gave us 1 more bottle each. We asked for more because again it was 115° and they denied. They must make commission on how much water they don’t give away. If they spent as much time taking care of the customers as they did playing wiffle ball in the garage, maybe this review wouldn’t be happening. The course also sent the Snack and Beverage Cart Girl home early so there was no chance to get the water we needed.Worst course I’ve ever seen, played, or heard of. Can’t believe they charge anything more than a cart fee.

Booked 18 holes on the Trilogy App. Came to play this morning round the 1st 9 holes and they said we were only booked for 9. Took it up with the pro who was unprofessional. Told us it was an IT issue and our fault on how we booked. Wouldn’t let us play thru without paying another rate (not listed on our 18 hole reservation. Basically told us we were wrong in our booking. Showed him proof from screen shots and email. He wouldn’t honor our booking and was unprofessional and wouldn’t own his IT problem. Needless to say, I pulled my membership that I had renewed this morning and got my money back on that at least. I won’t be back! Many golf options around us to play.

Went to book online and it stated that they had open availability on this morning for 18 HOLES. Checked in no problem and played the back nine. Came around the turn and got stopped by the starter claiming we were only scheduled to play 9 holes, told him we had scheduled to play for 18, he said to go talk to the pro shop. When we went in we showed them our confirmation email of proof for playing 18 holes. Head pro said they’ve been having IT issues with their system but said it was still our fault. I’m Sorry What, how is that our fault? He told us we were lying even though we showed him screenshots of the tee times and the confirmation email. Said we would have to wait over an hour and a halve to play another 9 holes and also pay another 25$. Refused to accept their mistake with there system and horrible customer service. We revoked our memberships!

As most may know that are from around the area, this course just completed a massive remodel of the greens/bunkers. My wife and I have been playing here for the better part of 5 years and have always enjoyed it. I must say, the time and effort that was put into this project was amazing and all the crews involved did an amazing job. Some of the holes were an almost complete change and were very fun to play. Yes, the greens were VERY firm but there are and have been plenty of updates and information provided on the PR website. I'm excited to see how the greens react when they have some time to mature. Staff as always was friendly and accommodating, the range is well kept and the restaurant had our drinks and food waiting as we made the turn. We saw the cart girl several times on the front and back as well. Pace of play was perfect. It was an awesome day of golf! Highly recommend trying it out.

I wrote a 3 star a year ago in Sept 2022 for place of play which was horrible and said that it would be a year before returning. Here is the new review, Sept 2023: 4 stars now. Conditions have improved overall. Pace was about average for valley public courses. Grass cuts were appropriate and not many areas were burned. Fortunately for my game I did not hit a single bunker but my wife hit two and they both looked nice, plenty of sand. The website warns the players that the greens are not very receptive yet. If I can give a player a piece of advice it would to be to go into your approach shot with an entire club less! My game can be up or down on any given day but for this round I was really hitting the greens. Unfortunately they are hard as rocks so even shots that otherwise I was extremely happy with, they would roll off or to the very rear of the green. Advice to the course superintendent would be to keep the cuts very short around the greens during this phase of healing in order to help the high handicap golfers who would like to put from off the green. We had a decent round other than the hard greens so likely will not wait another year to return this time.

I want to preface this review by saying I am a single-digit handicapper and not writing this out of anger because of a bad round. I also played this course nearly every week before the green rehab and know it very well. Anyway, I realize the greens are very new and will need time to reach their full potential. But one major issue is immediately apparent. Whoever designed these greens must really like bowl shapes. Many, if not all, of the greens (at least on the back right now) are sloped in a bowl shape. There are also large lumps and unnecessary slopes all over the place on the putting surface. You are no longer able to hit into these greens without the ball rocketing in one direction or another. Most of the time, your ball hits the green and then rolls into the fringe. And the fringe is a whole different story. It’s deep and very fluffy. If chipping around the green, be prepared to have your ball check and stop short of the putting surface or have your club grabbed. If you choose to give a little more “pop” to try to get out, your ball hits the downslope of the bowl shaped green and flys by the hole. Unless you are a master of flop shots from deep fringe, and can throw darts from the fairway, be prepared to get frustrated and drop a bunch of stokes on these new green designs. A very unenjoyable round overall when you grind around every green on routine chips and putts. I think this has less to do with the newness of the greens and surrounding grass, which does cause an issue, currently. Looking forward, I would argue this has more to do with the actual design. I can only imagine how much more difficult they will get as they settle. I’ll try them again next year. Maybe.

Used MindBody to find a yoga class. Trilogy had one at 3:30 listed publicly as available and open. I got here and they said it actually wasn't open to everyone...just residents. Advertise appropriately, please.

I played last weekend. Several greens are really horrible. But the fairway is good and staffs are friendly. They have to repair the greens. I don't recommend.

7/17/2022 - I think this is my first ever review even though I like reading reviews for literally everything but I felt that it’s time to start writing them. Course is in bad shape, all but a few putting greens were just awful. Just about everywhere was super wet and there was a lot of mud around. The customer service was ok from everyone except for one of the cart guys and he was very rude and pushy. I hit a few balls on the range before our 6am tee time and was putting my clubs away to head to our first hole with a couple minutes before tee time and he was rushing us saying we need to get going. No one likes to be rushed on the golf course, especially when it was unnecessary to begin with. He literally followed us to the first hole….. like really, where else am I going to go man. I will not be going back to this course and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

The head pro in the golf shop is so unprofessional. When we presented him with an issue he completely neglected the issue and acted like we were in the wrong. Said he was “sorry” but sure didn’t act like it. Over $200 down the drain! Plus the course conditions are terrible and have been all year round. What a shame!

Staff is exemplary. Some other clubs in area could take pointers. Variable greens rolling fairways and surprisingly soft bunkers this late in the season. The rough plays pretty well some awkward lies but overall rate of play is medium to long. Prepare to spend some time taking in the scenery and wildlife. Practice green could use some work but overall good experience play often stay late food is good.

Best rates I could find this time of year and the golf course was in decent shape other than most of the greens. The were spotty with a lot of bare spots. Would have been a 5 if they were better. They provided water bottles and ice which was great this time of year. I will definitely be back.

The course is in terrible shape. Putting green is being rebuilt so I'll give that a pass. Tee boxes were OK, best part of the course. Fairways were spotty at best, there were spots of grass but mostly very thin lies or dirt. Sandtraps were hard packed and an actual sand shot was not worth the effort. Actually the rough was playable. The greens were covered in sand, the rakes should have been on the greens since the traps weren't rakeable. Besides the sand there was very little grass on the greens. The staff was friendly and there were water bottles in the cooler but that didn't come close to making up for the ridiculous course condition.

Great breakfast before a perfect day for golf. Course is in good shape right now!

I recently moved close to the course and went there to hit balls and practice putting. The putting green is in awful shape. 45% of it was dead. There may have been two cups worth trying to put at. The range was no better. Probably 2 of the 50 balls had dimples. I may be exaggerating but north by much. The overall experience makes me not want to play golf there. I would be really upset if I got on the course and the actual greens were in that condition:

Good little track for the money. Needs some improvements outside the fairways and greens. The sand traps are not sand and need lots of work. Erosion, weeds and overgrowth around the whole course need some attention. Nice clubhouse and redone restaurant are great. We are told the whole course is getting a make over this summer (shutting down starting in May). This is a good thing and will help revitalize things a bit.

If you haven't golfed here, you are missing out! This course is great. Long fairways, great greens! I will be golfing here again 4sure! Power ranch, thank you for a great experience. And if you go to the bar after you're done with your 18 holes as for TJ, he's a great waiter that's full of smiles and great conversation.

Great people and service. Course is in terrific shape coming out of overseeding. New greens are very hard so it's tough to stop the ball on the greens. But they roll true. Get the loyalty card to save on green fees if you're going to play it more than a couple of times.

Tremendous golf facility. With the range, chipping area and putting green, you can get your practice in before your round. Course conditions are superb. Very friendly staff. The new green complexes are amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Very disappointing round last week. Pro shop said the greens were rolling great when I asked while paying and they were quite literally the worst greens I have ever played on. No bounce at all from chip shots and just plain awful to putt on. We should have left after nine and gotten a refund.

  • 1/5 Eric C. 7 months ago on Google
Atrocious golf course both in quality and layout. Holes were cut several days before, greens rocket the ball forward on chips, but were a maximum of 7 on the stimp for putting. All of this for >$100!?!?!
